Very cool! They have these smart carts with a scanner that also weigh items without barcodes and each cart comes with debit/credit payment devices. Makes your shopping swift and high tech.

Overall a clean and tidy store. Good selection of Natural Health products. I always found the hot Noodle bar had incontinence hours. Other than that good experiences.

This store is immaculate, staff are exceptional. The fruit however, never measures up to LONGOS. For the prices we pay the customer, deserves better. Sorry Sobeys, you need to get schooled by the fruit guys. I've worked for both companies and Longos have this market covered.

One of my favourite grocery stores. It's beautifully laid out, everything is fresh and there is a boutique market feeling about it. During COVID, all protocols are in place and the cashiers clean the food belt after every customer

Great staff, product, atmosphere. PAPER bags are used it you do not bring your own reusable bags. I really appreciate this environmental decision. Paper bags are a little more cumbersome, but worth it considering the lesser carbon footprint and biodegradability. Prices similar to Fortinos and Longos. Never very crowded. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and well maintained store. Love the ample parking space , right beside Starbucks and Marshall’s. Canada blood services , service Canada and driving test center nearby . All products on the store are easily accessible. The employees are really friendly . Love the service , love the clean washrooms and variety of product.

What a first experience shot here. The staff are very friendly. I went to purchase wine and when I saw the pre made food, I had to get some. I purchased dinner but since I only had two hands with two bottles of wine, the woman behind the counter came around to help me carry the food to a cashier. Now that is service, I'll be come here from now on.

Good location lots of parking available. This store is well organized and stocked. They usually always have advertised flyer items available. It is a clean store with friendly employees. The fresh baked, in store products, selection can sometimes be limited depending of the time is day you are shopping.

Great shopping experience. Spacious, good prices and choice. The only complain is the brown paper bags for bagging things. Breaks each and every time so not baggage friendly at all as it is hard to carry grocery’s especially wet and frozen items after leaving the store-might work for short distance like from store to vehicle but a waste and not worth 5cents.

This is always a clean, well laid out store. They recently adjusted their hours from open 24 hours to 8am-10pm. These are great extended hours, especially on a weekend. However, I've seen zero price adjustments downward to compensate for the elimination of the midnight shift. They're still one of the most expensive grocers, but it's a price you pay for convenience.

The store is well laid out and is clean and modern. They have great cheese and beer and wine selection. I do find produce pricey but enjoy finding meat bargains with usually a supply of "Enjoy Today" products substantially discounted.

Store is always clean, and staff friendly. Greeted at the door. Cashier always wishes me a good day. But, the sale stock is horrible! Consistently horrible!! I realize flyers are printed/conceived well in the future. All the more reason to have sale items in stock! Second time no advertised 6 packs of Diet Pepsi, or ham. There are other grocery stores that have what they advertise, or at least give a rain check! Not a fan.

Outstanding customer service, super friendly staff, very fresh produce, and nicely laid out!! During COVID this store was the leader in preventative safety, introducing door screeners, belt sanitation well before other retailers I frequent. Dwayne runs a great store, and all of the front line workers should be commended!!

Sobeys kitchen and all the staff there are the best with amazing customer service skills. I just made an order for sandwich platters, fruit kabobs, pizzas and wraps for my son’s party. Everything was amazing, the gourmet sandwiches and wrap platters looked so good, tasted great and were arranged in a very presentable and super clean way. Portions were very generous and there was more than enough for everyone. The fruit kebabs were a hit and watermelon slices also were so fresh and sweet. I made the order 24 hours before the event and I made some changes later and the staff were all very helpful and accommodated all my changes. They were all very nice and everything was ready on time. Special thanks to Declan and Barb and the sweet lady who works in the produce section. Thanks for helping me throw a great party.
