As someone that does not eat meat, I go to Ray for the best meat around. I've worked in the food industry for years and many famous burger joints grab their ground beef from here. My boys love the sausages and various cuts of steak. Good people, great shop.

This Butcher Shop is top notch! It's my go-to place in Hamilton. All their meat is very fresh and the butcher knows exactly what he's doing and takes pride in his work. If you enjoy making homemade burgers definitely get the 80-20 lean ground beef, it's perfect! Also try the skirt Steak it's incredible, I use it for steak fajitas.
