Their shipping department couldn't load a wheel barrow. Every time that I come here 4 extra hours while they do a weight shift, even with a chart on the wall. What a joke

I am not impressed with JBS at all. I don't go in there that often and they didn't tell me I had to scale the tractor and trailer then the tractor alone. I spent 3 hours there. Everyone should start taking happy pills. Enough with this covid-19 miserableness

One of the most unprofessional places I had to deal with in my 24years in the industry! Gatehouse staff is rude,incompetent and arrogant about it. Reworking your trailer 2-3 times the norm. Yard,especially drive onto scale,are third world Country condition. Sucks ass three days from Sunday

very bad attitude of some security staff and some are super lazy. they have control over the scale that trucks use. There is always a long wait for picking up load . they don't even have any plans for empty trailers to park in the rows. very dirty and uneven dusty parking lot that shouldn't be in any meat plant. Big potholes everywhere in meat plant getting a lot of tread wear and is damaging the trucks. This meat plant Doesn't even deserve a single star.

Not enough people to respond to the truck driver's demand coming to get loads. Very rude security guard not prepared to work with people - bad customer service. Load was delayed and when I call to have an estimated time they hang up on me with bad attitude. TRUCK DRIVERS ARE NOT ANIMALS!

Wish i could give them stars in minus. Waited here for 2 days to pick a live load and still had to leave without getting loaded. The security does not know anything coz there is 0 communication between the security and the JBS company. They dont respect your time so its better to stay away from this place. Very disappointed.
