Truly why you shop at a butcher shop, for their expertise! Great staff, super friendly and knowledgeable, and the manager is awesome. I always look forward to cooking with such high quality meats, especially their ribeyes and flat irons. Consistent across the board, I have shopped at all their locations and am never disappointed. Highly recommend!
