I was a customer brought my moose here guy didn't even have a scale to weigh it. His wild game room was empty which is weird for the end of sept, but what ever, every where else is full right now it was a nice moose at least 390 pounds dressed 3x3 moose that I double lunged, I got maybe 180lbs of meat no ribs at all, so I call the KID HE TELLS ME THE THING WAS FULL OF HOLES AND THAT THERE WAS SO MUCH BULLET DAMAGE THAT IT WAS CRAZY I DOUBLE LUNGED HIM NOT THREW THE SHOULDER, I know he took the meet and sold it. I'm First Nations and he just treated me like some dumb Indian

I recently had a side of beef cut up at Kam Lakw View Meats. There was a mix up with the order and I drove some hours to pick it up when it in fact wasnt ready yet. Ron went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the mistake that they had made. He gave me some complimentary meat, complimentary cut/wrap and he personally delivered the meat to my place in Osoyoos when it was ready. One's true customer service skills are demonstrated on how mistakes are handled, and I've never been treated so well after a mixup like that before. It was a true testament of his character that premium customer service is the foundation that his businsss is built upon. I will gladly make a trip up to Kamloops to buy my meat through Ron and his team any day!

Got cheese jalapeno smokies made but they forgot the cheese.Ron said he had a new guy mixing up the recipe but he did not put any cheese in smokies.We are six packages in and no cheese.Ron did a much better job when he did it all.
