Neat and clean in the retail, but buying equipment is difficult and it seemed like they wanted me out of their hair. The staff don't know anything about the specs & features on their equipment, and can't even locate it in the warehouse. I had to go hunt for the Hobart 4146 grinder back in there by myself and eventually the manager came to help me find it. I quickly looked it over for 5 minutes, which seemed to be hard on his patience. He couldn't understand why I needed to look at it before I buy it. I asked if we could plug it in and run it, but he refused. Then I bought it, for $5,250 +HST. Next story: yesterday I walked in there to buy a sausage stuffer. They didn't have any. No alternative options, no other recommendations, they just simply couldn't help me. I walked back out, disappointed that I drove there for nothing

Drove from London to stock up for opening a new restaurant. Worth the drive. Awesome staff, selection and prices. Saved a pile of money over local options. But seriously, the staff are super. They know what they're doing and they are pleasant about doing it.

This place has everything. Except friendly staff. I spoke with a guy who was very impatient. In the end I did get exactly what I wanted and I will go back again. I got the impression that they don’t need business. No one to help load the huge product in my truck. They are great at taking your money though. That warehouse needs cleaning and organizing. In the end, you will probably get what you need and pay through the nose and don’t expect any help or kindness if you have an problems. So buyer be ware.

Went in here out of the blue to get a very specific deli table- exact sizing, single shelf etc. Not only did they make it perfectly and at a reasonable price...they made it in 15 minutes while I waited!

Awesome place BUT it's not a 'restaurant', it's a restaurant supply store. If you are starting out in the restaurant business or an avid home cook great selection and prices. I get most of my higher end equipment from here. Even bought a cooks kitchen sink for my outdoor kitchen.
