The blend of Indian spices with Canadian style Nachos, The Honey Cauliflower and few others are what you can get only at Apna Meat of that taste. The staff and management is so friendly. The Chef has inter-Continental experience. Once you get from Apna meat is that you will always go back there.

This place has THE best Indian food west of Toronto. Their mini chicken samosas are crispy and spiced perfectly. The Eggplant dish is awesome but get a side of rice to eat with it. LOL. Worst experience twice. Once I have ordered chicken and they gave me spoiled chicken. Second time ordered chicken, they did the same. When I questioned them, owner was very rude and trying to prove me as wrong. They are not ready to accept their mistake and they wantedly did this knowing the food served is bad.

Very impressed! First Friday night and they were busy. Under estimate on the time of the food however 1 week in and the business is just figuring things out. Service was good. Staff were attentive. Free dessert samples were given for your wait. Young lady on cash handled herself extremely well when dealing with an inpaitent customer, who was not satisfied with the wait, the amount of chicken etc. Very embarrassing to watch as another customer however She handled him perfectly! Great job. And the food, delish!! Large portions, hot, fresh, and tasty. New fav local restaurant. Good Luck Apna Meats.

The food is the worst food on our first we ordered butter chicken with 6 naans the butter chicken was like soup with meat in it and today we ordered chana bhutara it was so spicy and we didn’t like the pickles/salad when we ordered mango lassi and banta lemonade once the mango lassi was to sour and banta lemonade is filled with sprite and cardamon powder the food is the most disgusting food ever.

After hearing many reviews, decided to check this new place out. Stopped yesterday afternoon and picked up a menu. While doing so, I checked the place for cleanliness - and it gets full marks. Later in the evening, we ordered a few things off the menu. Most dishes we were familiar with and others were new to us. We went with the samosas (which were really cheap so we thought they were tiny - they are not!!), curry poutine, butter chicken, palak paneer, chicken marsala, rice and naan bread. The portions were large, fresh and hot. The butter chicken was the best that I ever had! I took off a star from the top because they were very late with our order. We had been told 30 mins for pick up and my husband waited for an additional 40 mins after the time we were told. Needless to say, he wasn't a happy camper when he got back home. This may be that they are a new business and are working out the kinks. Also, I hope they look to expand their menu dishes in the future. There are many Indian dishes that I've come to know that were not on the menu. Will order from again :)

It's okay... The samosas are fantastic and a great price. However - the naan was rubbery and tough, the tikka masala was extremely bland and the Biryani had white rice throughout it and only had a hint of flavour. The price is way too high for the quality and flavour of the food we recieved; willing to give them a second chance sometime in the future.

Previously this place was outstanding but today my party of 6 were all disappointed in the taste and quality of our meals. The chicken tandoori wraps were soupy and wet. Very little chicken and a whole lot of sauce. Spicy and tasty, but more onions than chicken. The order of lollipop chicken was more like Chinese sweet and sour chicken and soggy. Not a good experience at all today. We'll be trying another place next time.

Delicious and affordable! We decided to stop in and try the Take-Out plates. What a great deal 7.99 veg or 8.99 meat you get a variety of flavours and a good portion of food-plus naan and a little dessert - without breaking the bank. We split ours into 2 meals. We went late in the evening so the selection looked a bit dried out but the flavour was really great.

The Chef here is a master of curries. Each dish is a unique and remarkable taste sensation. This is more of takeout restaurant, but you can eat-in at small counter high table. Order à la carte and take it home for the best experience, but there is also a small take-out buffet. It is a little heavy on the pulses, but it all tastes amazing.

Don't appreciate being overcharged when tax is 13% and they want to try and milk 15-16% then argue. As a paying customer do your job it is simple mathematics 13% added to the total it is not brain surgery. Futhermore since their opening there has been no consistency with preparation of food and orders of naan are all over the place never the same. I can say for the attitude and overcharging and inconsistent food I will take my business elsewhere a place that appreciates the paying customers who keep their place open.

Over priced, bad service and expired food. Got some sweets today and the cashier filled the bag up with half expired ones. Charging $3.00 per naan is crazy. I stopped by to pick up some dinner, fantastic service and amazing food, I was offered samples to try and when I found it a bit spicy for my wife, they made me a on the fly bone in goat curry within 5 minutes and 4 out of the world butter naan (bread baked in oven) different than conventional oven but it’s more close to a clay oven “The Tandoor” Once I got home I made a plate for myself right away, it was superb and absolutely the way I wanted it I am so glad they opened this fantastic mainly take out place, we needed one in our neighbourhood. They also have marinated items for bbq or bake in the oven, and fresh meat in the walk in cooler as well, just ask :) Folks If you have never tried ethnic food or naan bread fresh out of the oven, please do yourself a favour go/call to order a butter naan and have it just by itself or with some plain yogurt/curry/anything Cheers!! 16/11/2018 Update: they sell fresh marinated salmon and basa fillet Also sell marinated chicken legs, good to go in the oven or grill You can also call in to get it cooked for you ;) So I baked the Salmon in the oven for 25 min at 350 and then 5 min at 400 just to get it to be a tad bit crispy 30 min in total, and the verdict ? Phenomenal!!! Pretty big centre cut fillet, can serve two people easily with other sides It was tender and moist, the fish tasted fresh!!

The food is always hot and fresh. Recently, I tried Mushroom masala, the spice level was perfect as I asked. I ordered their dessert-sweet naan for first time and it was so good. Definitely gonna try more dishes.

Amazing! I don't know much about Indian Cuisine. I like butter chicken and I like curry. This place is amazing. The food is set up in such a way that you can see all the food and they even let me sample the dishes before buying. The food is delicious. Such a nice change from the usual take-out! You must try!!!

We've ordered from here three times now and we were very happy with the food and the service. The aloo tikki with channa was a new appetizer for us and we were impressed with the complexity and flavours of the dish. The baingan bharta was delicious as was the garlic naan. My main complaint with Indian food that isn't properly prepared is that it can be too salty and everything tastes the same. That is not the case with the dishes from Apna. Each dish has a distinct flavour profile. Our order has been ready at the given time when we go to pick it up, so service is very good. We'll be back!

I would give this place a 5 star rating, but I'm not quite impressed with their butter chicken. I expected it to taste similar to their paneer as I love the way they cook it. Honestly, I'm not a vegetarian but I would definitely continue eating their vegetarian options more than their meat. Their cheese naan is to die for so I would highly recommend that.

Tasteless. Nothing extraordinary, a few chunks of chicken warmed on the same tomato sauce as cheap restaurant offers. A good amount of chicken but not tasty. Prefer some other place. Wait time is longer than what they advise and the pickup place is crowded with people and can't even breathe. Don't RECOMMEND nor going back.

I wish I could give this lousy place a minus 10 star review!! I ordered lrg curry chicken and a lrg butter chicken. FAR FROM LARGES!! We called to complain and spoke with the owner who said this is standard size. So I thought I’d give it a shot. I opened the containers to find that there was way more sauce than chicken. So I went back to the restaurant and ask that they either give my money back or add more chicken. She (the owner) refused. Again said this is standard size. I paid $36 to get a few small pieces of chicken and some naan bread.. clearly you are supposed to fill up with the naan bread because it is huge. This was supposed to feed 3 of us and it should for the price. Generally when you order large it does feed more than 1 person and considering they only offer medium and large?? It didn’t even come with rice lol! Now I have to go elsewhere to order more food & pay more money . I wouldn’t EVER order from here again!

Not professional at all. I got my order completely different than what I ordered. I ordered Paneer tikka where I got ended up with chicken. I can understand that mistakes happened but Owner was keep trying to prove me wrong as it was my mistake and saying that I can’t say anything or blame the person who took your order. I am vegetarian person, how is it possible to mixed up between chicken and paneer. I don’t eat chicken but I know what is chicken. Owner doesn’t have courtesy as how to treat customers. No investigation, no questions to employee who took order instead backed up him. It’s not done yet, got stone in my replaced order which chipped my teeth from the edge. But, there was no point of complaining or asking for reason by experiencing what happened before. Who knows if it was done intentionally. Do not wanted to give any star but, unfortunately this is what I had to select to write review. Thank you for your pathetic service.

The worst ever wrap I had I ordered Chicken Kabab Wrap in which only 3 ingredients (tortilla, kabab whole piece like a pipe and lots of lettuce) And more over the price is $9.99 which is next level hike I would say if you can't know the contents of wrap and how to make it, just delete the item from menu Never ever recommend to buy wrap

I went today to get samosas, i buyed 18 samosas, and the employee Maninder charged me $4 for green chutney,i told her that everywhere you get chutneys free with samosas, that ridiculous that they are charging $4 for chutney.Too cheap and rude staff
