I love buying nice steak cuts from here but can’t rely on them for marinated meats. I’ve ordered in advance twice but in both occasions I was told that the order was not ready. Really upsetting when you make plans and drive 15-20km and then to find out that your order could not have been made even after 4hrs of making the call. I hope the owner focuses on the service and hires reliable people. The meat is one of the best but the service has been disappointing. Update: they were most likely short of staff when I wrote the above. But I’ve had good experiences with them past 1-2 years. Highly recommended and they have tons of new marinated options.

Very kind and helpful staff. One of the nice brothers gave me curry powder from his kitchen because they ran out of stock from their shelves. I bought meats at this location a few times when I was living in the area, and it's the best tasting and nicest cuts I've ever seen. This being said, even if I'm a bit further away, I'll make sure to come to the savvy butcher to buy all my meats again. Keep up the good work - Jazak Allah Khyrun.

It is an amazing option in Brampton. It's the only place I have been able to find grassfed beef. The butchers are knowledgeable, but when the place gets busy, they have a tendency to ignore all new customers until they are finished with their current ones. It would be nice to get a hello or head nod of acknowledgment! Also, I have shown up before and there's been no one around even during open hours. A sign says someone will return, but I've waited around and usually left within ten minutes before anyone shows up. The selection for grassfed beef is really limited and I would suggest calling ahead of time. It's pretty hit or miss and you have to make your meals based on what they have on hand. I don't think they have the clientele (yet). Once the place has a higher turnover, I'm sure they will have a bigger and fresher selection. Looking forward to it!

Bad experience, This guy basically cheated me. Sold me a small goat meat and was so rude on the phone. I will not be returning here and I will not recommend this to anyone else.. I will tell whoever cares to listen that this place is a SCAM.

This place is well kept and clean i feel very comfortable buying my meats and poultry here and you can taste the difference compared to the stale stuff u get in the supermarkets. Ask for their seasoned Jerk chicken its really good! Way better than walkerswood sauce.

First thing you notice about this place is the cleanliness. Tried the marinated chicken. Everything is prepackaged and ready to go. Also has selection of hot sauces and marinades by the bottle. They even sell farm fresh eggs!

Always fresh meat. Cut and prepared how you want it. They also have already seasoned chicken prepared the same day. My wife loves to buy that. Easy to throw in the oven when you need a quick dinner. Very clean! Very clean!!

Not your typical desi meat shop. Butchers here are professional and know their trade well. Shop is clean, odour less and simple. Great selection of meat and properly prepared cuts. I have tried their top sirloin (marinated) , ribeye steaks and short ribs and all were good quality pieces of meat. If you can’t find what you are looking for just speak to the friendly staff and ask for their recommendation. I really hope more halal meat shops will follow savvy butchers standards in regards to quality , cleanliness and friendly service. Great job guys, keep doing what you are doing ????????

Good fresh meat Cleanest store Run by 2 brother and needs lots of customer svc training. Go to the store and these guys will ignore you until they are finish with the other customers no acknowledgment, no hi no good day or salam. Many times they will not have what you may want chicken, Some times the store is closed during regular hrs. Last bad experience was during covid the close the doors and take phone order which I placed over the phone told u order will be ready in 1hr to 1.5 hr I show up just over an hour and the small bro Th r came out and he was so upset seeing me and start to talk to me in hatch tone and said my order will be ready by the end of the day because they were backed up I said that is not acceptable u Said 1 hr. He said u want it or no and slam the door on me was not let in the store. Then he open back the door a few sec and ask me if I want it or not I said forget it. Also previous experience when I did Aqeeqah and never get the liver . One excuse after another so I told them keep after about 2 months. I normally go there at least once a week. Try to support a new business ran by 2 young brother but They have lots to learn. Not going there again.

Love their selection of products and their ethically sourced meats. Service is excellent. I also love that they make certain products in house like sausages, beef patties, burgers and I'm sure much more. They have a wide selection of premarinated meats as well which is good because sometimes you need that variety and flavor.

Very clean store run by great people. Great quality meat product. One of the very few stores to carry all parts of the cow. Great selection of stake pieces. They also has greak variety of pre marinated chicken and beef BBQ (in summer only). They use fresh spices to marinate compated to other stores who uses boxed spices. They are very polite and professional.

Very clean place..They have good knowledge of different meats. ..but they never have what we need when we call. They tell us a delivery is coming one day and we wait..then they tell us its not in yet..then they give another day..it dosen't come...you waste days waiting for an order and it doesn't come when you need it. They should just tell customers they are unsure when an order is coming in..Very frustrating!

Wish I could have given this place 5 stars but I felt cheated not once but twice. First time I asked for medium ground beef and was charged for lean and this last time on the board it said steak for 12.99 a lbs. I was willing to spend but when he weighed it, the scale already had weight on it and he charged me like 18.99 per pound. Without a fuss I just left, though feeling like I got rinsed. Anyhow, that was the last time I’ll ever be there. If you’re going to go there, make sure you ask the price or else you’re definitely going to pay more.

If you want some high quality ethically sourced meat, this is a great place. The selection can be limited but I've always found what I've needed. Call beforehand to ensure they have what you need. Its a bit pricier than your average meat store, but this isn't your average meat store!

Great service and when I say great service it doesnt mean fast service...these guys are butchers and they are cutting diff meats to customers preference...you cant expect to walk in and walk out with butchered meat like a grocery store...its done in front of you....worth the wait. You can tell they know what they are doing. Pre-marinated meats are done well. I'll be back.
