Garbage service, we ordered food from them and the minute we go to pick it up, they said someone else already did. They didn't ask for a number or anything, they just gave it away. Wasted our time. A joke of a restaurant. Never coming back or ordering again.

I call them and ask “Do you have Wraps ?” They said “ Yes we do “ I say “ Ok make me one chicken tikka and one fish tikka”. When i went to pickup they prepared platter tikka instead of wraps. Same guy works in kitchen, wash dishes and take orders and they blame customer for that saying u didnt mentioned ‘wraps’. Poor egoistic people acting wrong with customers and i ended up paying $30 insted of $15 because i dont reject any food. May you guys know the value of that from someone who drove 30 mins to get his lunch and u guys do that.

We had stomach pain after having meat bought from this store in our BBQ chicken get together. It was not only me, few of us those consumed meat. I think, they don't throw old meat rather mix with other and sell it. I have been heard these type of stories from many meat stores across Brampton and nearby cities. But I never paid attention. But this is true, meat is either old or almost rotten. They must have some quality check on their products. Else, I recommend to buy form some other Canadian store where they try to check on quality.

I have been going to this place since a while. And the quality is hit and miss. Little bit here and there was okay but had terrible experiences recently. Once I got the chicken. After wasting 2 hrs or so in preparation and all, realized the chicken was stinking and tasted stale. I called the owner. First of all he didnt agree atall. Finally after few minutes of arguing, the guy agreed and said, bring it back. Though I dosnt really call to het my money back but it was more for them to realize that they need to keep a check on their quality. Just few days back exact same thing happened again. I had guests over. Had brought some $40 worth of chicken and had to throw everything in garbage. This time I preferred leaving a note here instead of calling them I dont think they deserve any more chances. No more Nath chicken for me and my friends.

I visited this location many times the food is delicious. I love kashmiri fish and the butter chicken is amazing. I had party week at my house every one like the food. I recommend this palace specially for food. The marinated meat also very tasty. Love this place I will give five star rating for this restaurant.

Not sure why there is unnecessary hate in the comments. This place does the job. This is not a restaurant, so don't expect great service. Someone said they don't sell beef, so what? Go to a different place. If it's not on the menu, why are you expecting? Food is decent. One of the better biryanis (not best) compared to other places around here.

Don’t know about the food !! But 2star is only for the customer service, lady up here really doesn’t know how to talk to customer, I had change in my order and I gave her cash! She couldn’t return the money as she already punched the order lol!! I didn’t want to argue as they are making my food I don’t want them to screw up with my food!! Good luck to the owner, if you want to keep doing good business you better start focusing on your restaurant .

Very poor customer service. I had notice this twice, First went to buy lunch and they have no tissue, spoon or fork etc, not sure who does this ???? Second times went to buy naan and they charged me $2 per naan and the menu beside cashier was advertising $1.50 for naan and when I ask first they have no answer then just to make it something they have said this is the old menu and new ones are coming soon. Again not sure who does this.. Im pretty much sure they just have over charged me and pretty much sure no new menu are coming either... I hope this help other people before they go...

fish pakora is not healthy not fresh they mix old fried pieces with order .and i think they use only salt and ararote on fish pakora . every piece have different smell different taste.

We had a party for 70 guests we called at 2pm to make sure everything is ready. 5 minutes before everyone is arriving and we are going to pick up our order they cancel on us and say we cannot make the order.

Their customer service is the worst. They are increasing the prices of everything on their own. In such hard time of virus people have no jobs and they guys are taking disadvantage of everything. I asked them that what is the reason of increase in prices and who gave them the right of doing this they had no answer. This behaviour is so irresponsible and completely selfish.

They used to make good kebab and paneer tikka. Its not the same quality now .Kebab was raw even at the top layer . paneer tikka was not cooked properly and there was water all around . I used to recommend people about this place but not any more .

Worst restaurant I have ever seen in my life. Worst service experience. They make you wait for an order for atleast an hour and when you go inside and ask them about your order they say we gave it to someone as we didnt see you and tells you to take someone else's order. Worst Experience. Disrespectful customer service. Disrespectful atmosphere. My father was looking at the menu to place his order and the worker disregarded him & was not interested in providing him service & yelled to keep it moving or leave. This by far is the worst experience I’ve ever seen & for my father to be spoken to like this is highly unacceptable. They laughed when explained to them of their behavior. Not only have you lost a customer but I will be sure to make sure no one else is recommended to go here too. Absolute disgusting behavior.

I have been ordering from this place for sometime. They “used” to give good fish pakora. Reasonable price but lately the quality has been reduced a lot. Ordered fish pakora and found they gave me stale pieces of fish pakora despite making me wait for 20mins. Only a few pieces seemed ok but all other were so hard and any one can tell it was old left overs and heated up a few times to dump it on customers. Pic of some pieces attached. They think they can befool anyone but please know that the people who have knowledge of food quality, they can know if the food is stale or fresh. Highly disappointed!! If you are charging regular price, please give the quality to do justice with the price. I went there despite seeing the awful most recent comments. I guess they are all right and NOW I agree with them.
