The second location of the Gibsons Butcher in lower Gibsons is a perfect for all of us living in the area. Not only can we get our quality meats we can also get all our fresh grocery needs. I especially liked the meals solutions they had prepared there.

She always greets us with a big smile, humour, and great knowledge/expertise of the delicious items on offer. Amy gives awesome suggestions, offers pairing ideas, and when we sit down to eat the finished product? Well - we can’t really say because our mouths are too full and we’re savouring every last tasty morsel of Butcher Yumminess ???? Thank you... We love your work!!
