Very impressive customer service. I placed my order two days ago for my chicken skin and chicken heart. And I was told to pick up Wednesday anytime after 12 pm. when I arrived today they told me the stuff I order didn't come, without any notice and apologize, ask me to come back on friday. That's fine. My guess was wondering to have pork gum. The owner wife doesn't understand at first place, she thought pork tongue.(so you better fluent in Tagalog, so she will understand easily). The owner wife told they dont have and told me "we're not living in our back home or wild place, we dont have that." hang out the phone without proper manner. These two stars are for the sir placed the order for me. Sounds ridiculous, eh? You can try! :)

I always get pork shoulder and boneless skinless chicken thighs here. Decent selection of spices, rubs, sauces and marinades as well! The owner is very friendly and does his best to accommodate any order

Fantastic butcher shop with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kurt consulted me on a cut to buy for dry aging beef at home. We settled on a swinging rib which he then cut to size to fit my fridge. I'll be coming back here.

Was very disappointed with this store. When I was shopping, an individual came in without a mask on and began coughing in the store. The store staff did not ask him to leave and continued to serve, not enforcing the Toronto bylaw.
