Love the meat from here. We used to shop at the butcher in kingsville. Ted Farrons has a far better selection and his prices will not be beat. Well worth the 35 minute drive for us.

I presented a gift certificate for $150 would not honor because it was from the previous owner. They did say they honored get certificates from the previous owner for one year December to December. But because today is the eighth and they still would not honored. Very disappointing, poor customer relations, very very disappointing….

I live in the Cabana Howard area and go to Ted Farron's frequently. While their prices may be a little high, I don't mind paying for quality. The staff there has always been very helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work guys.

Purchased a Prime Rib for Christmas Dinner. Had to pay a deposit when I ordered. Should of realized then something waS not right as last year no deposit was required. When I went to pick up my order I was told my order with the deposit taken off was another 401.00. I was totalling shocked. I was told we only buy the best meat. He said did they not tell u it was 38.00 a ib when ordered. I said NO and if they had I would not of ordered. When we got home with it we came to find IT WAS NOT seasoned as instructed. They even called 3 days prior to check as they could not read the sales persons writing. In the future I believe the sales people should be more clear when taking orders so this does not happen in the future to someone else. I have been a customer of Ted Farrons for years and never had a problem like this. Now with the New Management I hope that the poor service does not continue. My advise is to have better comunication with your customers. After this experience I am very reluctant to shop at Ted Farrons again. Thank-you

Got 2 Farron's "Keg" style steaks they are not edible. Also had 2 Chicken Cordon Blue literally no better than prepacked Zehrs. Overall this place was a huge let down. Also tried the hot Italian sausages not worth the money. Any grocery store chain has better. Will not return.

Hands Down one of if not thee BEST steak in town. A bit pricey but the quality easily makes up for it. The steaks are cut evenly for perfect cooking and searing. They also offer to season'em bad boys up for you on the spot for no cost and its actually well seasoned and ready to grill. I've been to many different butchers throughout Windsor and this place never lets me down.

Great service, but just about had a heart attack when I seen the price of the back ribs $10.99 a lb. Most expensive butcher in the world maybe? I will never be back unless the come back down to earth with their prices, or they plate their meat in gold.

Went there on 4-7-21 purchased some steak kabobs & chicken kabobs. The steak tasted like a lysol wipe no one ate it. Chicken tasted fine though, called the store just to pass that on to them, was not looking for anything in return, however they were very defensive. Will not return, a simple acknowledgement would have been sufficient for throwing out $20 in kabobs. Not gonna return now. Also bought ground beef and chicken breasts, hopefully was not on her gloves and everything else tastes fine have not cooked the rest yet...

I recently moved into the area and discovered this butcher shop after trying out a number of different ones in Windsor. This place is by far the best. It has such a wide selection of excellent quality meats, and the shop is kept in tip-top cleanliness. I can tell the meat quality is excellent because I can go there and buy about 5 days worth of meat and still have the meat taste great on the fifth day. In the past, when I've bought meat from other places, the meat goes bad within 1 or 2 days. The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! I highly recommend this place, it's truly worth every 5 star of its ratings!

Beef tenderloin was 3 pieces tied together, really wanted to have steaks, ended up with an expensive stew ($75). By the way, call first because web site is not updated, they are closed Mondays and Sunday hours are different. I do not want to drive by to know the hours.

The deli turkey meat I got on Tuesday August 13 went bad within 3 days. The meat was stored in the fridge. Very disappointed that the clerk didn't disclose the expiry date.

The best quality and tasting meats anywhere hands down. My wife and I get two nice black Angus rib eye's every weekend and it is ridiculous how delicious these steaks are. This weekend we decided to grab a few black Angus burgers along with our weekly rib eye's. We had them that night when we bought them and no surprise they were the best tasting burgers I've had in my life. Thank you Farron's and staff you make our weekends delicious every time.
