I am reading the reviews and it's hard to think we are talking about the same sellers / owners. It's rare that they are polite to customers as they are always rushing you out more than often with a raised voice whilst discussing with each other in polish. Although their products are not so bad, my rating is 1 star as respect of the customer should be a priority and not a whim and for sure I will not be returning there.

J'ai acheté avant de sortir 4 saucisses au porc, que j'ai bien hâte d'essayer. Une chose est certaine je recommande cette charcuterie très fortement, je vais y retourner pour sûr!

Very rude and impolite staff rushing you out without leaving you the time to decide. Always raising their voices and commenting between each others inappropriately about customers in polish...The only few times I found nice stuff was when they had part-time students. Although I was a client for more than 4 years I finally give up...I will never go to their store again! It's a pity for the products though, they taste well.

Cracovie is a land mark for anyone who enjoys fresh made on the spot meats DAILY, imported cheese and grocery items that you will not find at your average retailer. They have been around for the last 25 years for a very good reason. You will not find better service and quality European Foods anywhere in the south shore.
