Tried beef chicken and shrimp, it was good quality but the whole panel is presenting marinated meat, probably due to sand but I wish I could see different cut of meats non marinated, aged steaks, etc.

Pourtant si simple. Aucune viande vieilli. On y va pour la viande à fondu et la viande fraîchement hachée. Pour le reste, non. Pourtant le potentiel de cette boucherie est immense mais inexploité...

I went home and put my $ 35 filet mignon in the trash and vowed I would never go back there again. It's a shame because the service is good (apart from the sanitary aspect), the prices are correct and the quality of meat is excellent ... Ending on a positive note, I would say that if you want to put your immune system to the test, this is a great place to hang out! (Original) À ma dernière visite, le boucher m'a coupé ma pièce de viande avec ses mains nues, a ensuite opéré la caisse (et la machine à interac) encore avec les mains nues, puis est retourné une fois la transaction terminée pour servir un autre client et tout ça sans se laver les mains (ou porter des gants). Ça ne donne pas vraiment une bonne impression côté propreté... Il me semble qu'il y a un sérieux problème d'hygiène avec ça! Je suis retourné chez moi et j'ai mis mes 35$ de filet mignon aux poubelles et je me suis juré de ne plus jamais retourner là. C'est dommage parce que le service est bon (mis à part l'aspect sanitaire), les prix sont corrects et la qualité de viande est excellente... En terminant sur une note positive, je vous dirais que si vous désirez mettre votre système immunitaire à l'épreuve, c'est un excellent endroit à fréquenter!
