The staff at Rua Meats are very accommodating and helpful. It's busy on the Friday you take your poultry in so be prepared to wait for your turn. However, it is well worth the wait. Your birds are treated humanely and your meat is handled by experienced butchers. For first timers, be sure to get your green card from the meat inspector when you arrive and join the line of vehicles. I plan to use this business for all my poultry.

The cleanest and most professional abattoir in the area will also do turkeys, ducks, chickens! They do send out to smoke for your pork and other meat. They are a little more expensive but well worth the costs for the high quality product. This is the second time I have dealt with Rua have used other abattoirs from the area and consider Rua tied top with the one in Yarker with out mentioning any other names.

Great butcher! I bought a brisket and burgers from Rua and they were both amazing, great taste to the meat and the burgers had great taste and very lean meat. I have also had my chickens processed from here, they are super efficient and professional. Great friendly knowledgeable staff. 10/10 recommend! Call ahead if you're unsure if they have what you want prepared.

The only place for all your meats . Friendly atmosphere and top quality products. I highly recommend their beef tenderloin as it is the best I have ever had!!!! It’s a great place but even better that such a superior product is reasonably priced. I have recommend it to my friends and family and they are just as happy!!
