Amazing cuts and service!! We love their lean ground beef! For 1 lb, there's only about 1 tbsp of drippings, compared to 1/4 c from another local butcher's lean beef! The chicken is always fresh (even when frozen!) and tastes SO good!! Can't forget the local goods sold here, too -- pickled eggs, pickled beets, and sauerkraut!! LOVE the Country Butcher Shop!!

WOW!! BEST chicken ive had. Just amazing quality!! Ive jever been a chicken bone picker but damn i was eith this chicken. Very impressed. I have bought their family pack and the variety pack and it was great quantity and quality for the price. That chicken though!! Decided a few months ago this is where we would buy our meat from now on but after that chicken, i am sold for good.

As a new customer, bought Top Sirloin for my wife and I. Excellent. Next week same purchase. Also good. Two weeks later, we had guests, purchased 4 Striploin steaks and it was a disaster. Poorly trimmed with lots of grissle on the edges. Tough to chew.What an embarrassment. Nrver again!

We shop here all the time. Had everything from sausages to filet mignon. We have never been disappointed only more impressed each time. We recently bought an 18lb inside round roast of beef. This was some of the best beef I’ve ever had and it was cooked on the bbq to perfection (that was all me lol). They have cut to order for us many times exactly what we asked for. Friendly helpful staff and locally sourced product. Top notch.

I recently received a $100 dollar gift certificate and spent $59.83 on a purchase, the cashier wrote the balance remaining on the certificate. The meat was awesome and I placed the Certificate on the counter. To our dismay the Certificate was recycled. When I explained to Justin the circumstance leading up to the Gift Certificate being recycled he simply smiled, turned to the cashier and said "give the customer $40.17 worth of meat and no charge" I must say I was caught off guard not expecting his quick response without hesitation. He simply thanked me for my business and looked forward to seeing me again! This is the epidemy of local business at its best!
