Great strip loin steaks, fresh and lean bacon, lovely spinach/feta sausage made in-house. First, we got the tour and learned so much about the foods they make, the produce they stock and the grocery and sauces they carry. Knowledgeable, helpful staff member really knew every product well. Love the clean, bright surroundings. Very helpful suggestions. Quality meats with no hormones or antibiotics. An absolute pleasure to shop there!!!!

That's not Bibs fault, its google map that puts the coordinates out. Bibs has the best proteins.... and the staff is friendly and kind, they will answer any question you may have. I only buy my meats from Bibs, my local butcher.

Ive been buying meat from there for a least 8 years and I meen I spend about 65.00 a week there sometimes more sometimes less but this I think is my last time buying ill be going to Gilmours meats now that there cuts are going to hell I just ordered a t-bone and received a piece of meat 1/2 a inch thick and as lond as a paring knife for $11.00 lol terible. Very disappointed.

Shepherd pie was amazing however the lasagna was terrible the meat in it seem to be ground porc definitely not beef and the noodles were far and few in between will avoid in the future no name frozen lasagna is better.

We visit family in Belleville and drop into Bib's on most trips. This time we wanted a piece of beef to roast to keep 20 people happy on New Year's Day. Thank God for Bibs! It took us almost a year to come across this wonderful butcher shop, and we are so glad we did! This place is packed with customers all times of day, for good reason, their meat is second to none. Not only that but their fresh and tasty ontario produce is less expensive than even the cheap grocery stores. Friendly staff, the very best quality meats, bibs will cure you of your grocery store meat blues.

We were looking for a deli that had good sausages and Bib's deli came up on Google search. We were not disappointed! We drove over to Belleville from Campbellford to check it out, they had a great selection of in store made sausages to choose from. Their fresh meat was plentiful and competitively priced. An added bonus was the in store prepared single serve dinners. I tried the Shepherds pie, it was better than I could make, full of delicious ground beef and the fluffiest mashed potatoes. My husband got the Lasagna and again, it was spiced perfectly with a lot of ground beef and cheese, he could not finish the single serving! I noticed you could also purchase a company sized tray of them both along with a chicken Alfredo penne which I will also be trying. Very good service and prices, will definitely be making this store one of our regular stops when traveling over to Belleville.

Highly disappointed so far Bought a frozen pack. So far tried the bbq steak. Cooked on the bbq, marinated beforehand. Cooked medium. Its soo hard to chew. I feel like I'm eating a shoe. It taste like the cheap meat at the geosserie store. Had so much expectations for a butcher....

I was in there to purchase a fairly decent size order. Not only was 1 staff member rude to me, TWO were rude to me. I said my please and thank yous and asked a couple simple questions and they were very short with me and very rude. For to price I paid for meat for such an awful service, I don't see myself going in there again. I have been a regular buyer and so has my entire family. I'm a really easy person to please with a simple smile, but not once did either of them smile. They made me feel like a major incoviniwnce to their day.

Good meat and produce. Prices are high, but average for other local butchers. Seems however that when they are grabbing you your steaks or chicken or whatever they will grab the worst cuts they have to get rid of them first.. makes no sense, but have run into this many times. Simply ask for better cuts and they will grab better, but I don't think I should have to do that.
