Very disappointed... no stock bad cx service I purchase 250$ a week there and I'm done. Never going back to that store! Closing my account with them .. would not recommend this small store ... home Depo is where it's at.. home hardware is way over priced! Go in and find out yourself cause you will walk right back out that door!

I went to this location Sunday, May 23, looking for a window. The clerk informs me that the department wasn’t open on the weekend and that I would have to return during the week. I thought this was strange but took it for what it was. So I returned Wednesday, May 26. I inquired about a window again, and he says “You need to do this during the day. And that they close in 30 minutes”. “It is 5 pm; what is during the day considered as?” I ask. “The guy that takes the window orders is already done work and will be back at 7 am”. So I have to be at home hardware Bathurst at 7 am sharp to place an order for 1 single prehung window. This was a painful experience similar to getting my wisdom teeth pulled, but there was still utility to the process. Thank you so much for wasting my time and for the deplorable customer service. Add you to the Boycott List ????

Great service, i actually just had an order delivered free of charge because i broke my shoulder and cannot go pick it up myself for a few months. A small item. Manager, Eric, went out of his way to bring it as a goodwill gesture!

The few times I've been in here, I find the customer service from the older employees below par, asking questions about certain products they seem very rude especially if they aren't spoken to in French, so I try to ask the younger employees (high school age) which don't really know the details of everything, and unfortunately for them they have to ask the older employees, they get a snotty attitude from the employees they have asked, just for asking questions. My last resort is to go in there just because I know either I'm gonna get treated like second class citizens or the poor kids get the same treatment
