Placed 3 orders on $350 total, everything was fine. Last order was screwed, wrong item shipped. I called the contact phone number posted on website, it always goes to voicemail. Left VM to call me back to resolve the issue, nobody bothered returning my call. That is enough for me. Not a customer of them any more. Good luck. P. S. Also expect your order to be delivered in a week or more, even if you live around the corner.

Superior Meats is FANTASTIC! Do yourself a favour and stop here! Meats, cheeses, steaks, their own sausage, etc. It's an upscale store with the best selection I've seen. And also, the price is better than Costco for boutique meats. Please support your local shop. He's awesome - we live just up the street, it's a new ritual for our family to walk there. He's great with the kids and always has a treat for my son :)

Sue's is one of the best Grocery stores in the whole city of Toronto! The Meat Department has better quality, better cuts and a better selection of Meat for my and your BBQ needs. The Meat cutter was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I wanted. Their Meat Department IS BETTER than alot of the big grocery chains scattered throughout the city. It also has a fabulous bakery department with a large gluten free section as well!

My staple! The best quality meat and cheeses - hands down! Very flavourful and interesting cheese options. Meat flavoured well, not overly salty - which was important to me for my kids. Mike and folks really know their customers and always know what to recommend. My kids love the samples they offer each week we visit the store at the farmer's market. We stock up a giant box full each winter to last us till we see them again in the spring time. Amazing for school lunches, making homemade pizzas and pastas, good hearty soups. I've only used Superior Meats meat for my charcuterie boards and have received so many compliments on the quality of meat served. So happy we've found Superior Meats.

As a vegetarian, I'm so pleased most of their cheeses are made without animal rennet. The cheeses themselves are artisan-quality and of all the varieties I have tasted, there hasn't been anything I have disliked. I really would like them to source vegetarian/plant based "meats" to complement my charcuterie boards, but for now, they are my go-to place for excellent cheeses I cannot find elsewhere. Also, the staff are very accommodating and pleasant, and they go above and beyond to keep things physically distant and hygienic.

Bought their kangaroo, ostrich, water buffalo and camel pepperettes. Front label on each stated only the wild meats also said no fillers. First ingredient on each is pork. They are already overpriced even if they were offering what was stated on the label. Sorry to say but these are pork pepperettes I paid an obscene amount of money for. These could be 90% pork for all the consumer knows. But are guaranteed to be more pork than the meat they advertise it to be. This is false advertisement and will be reported to the better business bureau

I really enjoy the food but the hours are very disappointing. I went today on a Saturday and the hours online said open and they weren’t. This is the second time that this has happened.
