Product was great. Customer service not so much. We drove 6 hours and stopped here to pick up some beef jerky. The lady serving us was on the phone and made us wait which usually i wouldnt mind if we didnt get dirty looks from her. When the lady finally served us she was just ignorant and insulted us. I would not go back just because of her attitude.

Be careful when buying beef jerkey from this place. Your perception of jerkey will change forever and you'll never find anything that comes close to the quality and flavor of Wilhauk jerkey. I've also tried the ham garlic sausage and the smokies which were just as good as the jerkey. The staff are always welcoming and friendly as well. 5 stars just doesn't do this place justice.

Best beef jerky you'll ever have but be careful because it is extremely addictive. It is a bit pricey but that is in line with the quality. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. LOVE that they wrap their products in paper (aside from the jerky) as it is more environmentally friendly.

My wife has us drive in from edmonton just for this. The only jerky that she'll eat. The staff always treats me well and put a smile on my kid's face (even if it is behind a mask right now).

The slogan is true, "Best Beef Jerky". Me and my wife got curious today and bought worth $15 to try. Unlike the beef jerky you can buy in store that is to dry and hard to bite. The beef jerky here is SO good. It’s easily the best jerky I’ve ever had. How good is it? I used to work up in Fort McMurray and guys that transited through Edmonton would take a cab over to this place, get a few hundred dollars worth of jerky and then fly/drive up to site. I mean - it’s a really good way to win friends lol

No word of a lie, this is the best jerky you will ever have. I have walked in , slapped down a $20 with the intention of taking some home for my dad. It's never made it through a work day. This stuff is tasty and addictive. Spicy pepperoni is good, smokies were good, although the ones I picked up were pretty small. Friendly staff, great service, and the smoke smell is so awesome you don't mind the wait in line.

Great food selection, usually have a great experience but when we purchased our steaks for Valentine's day and asked politely for a different meat with a little extra marbling, we were given an attitude that is worth the 1 star rating. Not looking for a Hilton experience when buying food but maybe keep the attitude/harsh comments to yourself when a consumer is purchasing 2 steaks for $80.00

Great jerky, absolutely love it. The only reason it gets 3 stars is the inconsistent schedule they keep. I try to pass through when I drive to Edmonton from Calgary for work, or further north. The hours displayed are not accurate and the last 2 out of 3 visits the store has been inexplicably closed. I would love to get jerky here more often, but when I can't trust the hours posted it makes it difficult.

MUST STOP HERE! My buddy told me they did the best jerky he's ever eaten - he wasn't wrong. The meat is such good quality that it's soft on the teeth without lacking an ounce of flavour. Perfectly salted, delicious and not sinewy at all. Pricey but ultimately worth every penny. I will be back.
