A spontaneous dinner decision for steaks led us to T-Bones Meat here in Kelowna. We were promptly and pleasantly greeted by a young lady offering to help us. However, we hadn’t quite decided on what we wanted yet. The lady just said to give a wave when we were ready. When we were ready, Sarah M. was prompt and ready to help. Sarah M. greeted us with her exuberant personality filled with confidence, joy, and a passion for costumer service. She was so vibrant and bubbly and just a lot of fun. She made us feel so welcomed and valued as costumers. I hope anyone who shops at T-bones has the opportunity to be helped by Sarah M. On top of service we received from Sarah M., the team at T-Bones Kelowna was so friendly, willing to offer suggestions, and reaffirmed our choices with their own personal reviews. The were knowledgeable and everyone was eager to help. Definitely recommend T-bones for all your grilling needs from dessert, appetizers, grilling meats, and side veggies. From a clean store, excellent selection, and outstanding costumer service, we will be back again and hope everyone else gives them a try too. You will not be disappointed!

I've always shopped casually at T-Bones, but lately I decided to try a freezer pack from them. I was really pleased with how patient and friendly the person who took my order was. They didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time at all, they were very accommodating to my special requests and didn't sound rushed at all. When I picked up my order there was a slight mix up with it, but in this, T-Bones showed literally the best customer service I have ever seen. They were not only quick to fix the problem, but they went way beyond the normal to make sure that I wasn't inconvenienced. Many stores only do that for angry customers - and even then don't display the level of kindness that T-Bones did! A massive 'Thank you' to the incredible staff; You guys really made my day!

I’d like most of things I’ve bought in this store, but I don’t like the frozen grass fed beef burgers that comes in a box with 24 of them. The hamburgers are too greasy and maybe for that reason they don’t taste good. Its tastes like very “meaty”, no matter what seasoning you’re adding it still has that strong meaty taste. Unfortunate it’s going to the garbage.

Great beef and pork. Very fresh. And their steak also have plain and seasoned option. This is what you don’t usually see in a regular meat shop. Even the kabobs are very good. However, they don’t jus feed you, they also have the bone for your dogs.Best meat shop in kelowna.

I love that the chicken breasts still have the tenders attached to them. All in all this is one of our go-to places to buy meat. Sometimes the meat is chewy even on the tenderloins we prefer, so that's why I am only awarding 4 stars.

Great quality meats, but during this COVID pandemic, it is not being managed properly. Today I tried to load up on beef and chicken for my meal prep and noticed the signs on the front door "6 customers at a time". I opened the door and saw a dozen people inside. I was told to leave and wait outside. I waited outside in 32 degrees in the sun, and watched 6 more people enter without coming back out. Nobody is managing the line. I got sick of being left outside and went somewhere else. No complaints about the products, just the management of the store.

most things ive gotten have been generally good but please advertise your burgers properly. i spent 25$ on 8 burgers to find out they were half pork. no mention of this as i was buying them and no mention on the label.

My son and I just tried to buy some steaks for dinner and I was told cash was not an accepted method of payment. I did not have any debit or credit cards on me so we were unable to purchase anything even after speaking with the manager. We are long term customers and feel very disappointed.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I pretty much buy all my beef purchases here and have always been extremely happy with the quality of the meat. Recently though, I had a small issue with some prime rib, and to say that Sam and the staff at T-Bones went above and beyond to fix the situation would be an understatement. I was completely blown away. Amazing food, plus excellent customer service is definitely a winning combination!
