Hands down my favourite butcher shop in Peterborough! Everything I've ever bough has been phenomenal. If you have a gluten intolerance in your household, this is the place to go! It's a huge relief to be able to just grab and go without worrying about ingredients.

staff medically discriminate against and refuse service to a customer for not wearing mask while. all three staff members were not wearing mask in violation of the bylaw

I’d like to be able to comment on the product. I went in to buy something and there was a large dog in the shop. Not a service dog, just a dog that a customer had brought in. I love dogs. I was on the way back from waking my dog when I dropped in. Dogs in Canadian tire, fine. Not cool in a butcher shop where they serve food.

Great experience! I went in feeling unsure due to having little to no knowledge on what cuts of beef I was looking for. The rep behind the counter was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel dumb for going in with questions. Helped me pick out some steaks as well as provided some great advice regarding preparation. 10/10 would recommend.

The Carbonara authentic homemade from scratch sauce is better then any hi end restaurant I have had in Ontario. I make my sauces from scratch also, I have had many people tell me, I make the best sauce they have had. I order pasta if it's just my son and I. Not anymore though after the sweet beast. The container is deceiving, way more then what I thought. My son and I can eat alot of pasta. We were both stuffed after one normal for us serving which is alot. We got 4 good size servings from a 25 dollar sauce. So much meat and flavor. Amazing

Best steaks ever!! We bought 2 strip loin steaks and cooked them up on the BBQ, absolutely delicious! Can't wait to try the burgers and sausages too. Service was excellent, fast and the shop is clean and simple, we will definitely be back.

The staff are great and the quality of food is fantastic, I will rarely buy meat from the grocery store now because it is so much better getting it from Sweet Beast. Highly recommend checking them out!
