Foods is great but worst customer service. All the time. More than once and I think it’s one of the owners. Always the older Persian men that are rude. Don’t know how they do it where they come from but this isn’t Iran, it’s Canada. Start treating people with RESPECT especially if I’m giving you my business!!!!!

This is a butcher/take out/grocery store. The staff is very friendly about explaining their options of food choices. They serve a kabobs with sides and rice. The kabobs are fresh with a strong bbq flavour and the rice is perfectly cooked. Also, FYI the meat is halal. The beef kabobs comes in skewers of 2 and the chicken comes in skewers of 1.

40$ for a plate with 3 skewers and white rice + 25min wait + wrong order when you arrive at home = you deserve 1 star... Save your money, and go somewhere else.

Great selections of Meat and Iranian products. As a professional butcher shop, you can find great pieces of lamb's leg. Also there is a preparing food section which you can consider it as small but fresh food takeout restaurant all the time. Don't miss their Baghali Polo and Mahiche "Persian Lamb Shank with Fava Beans Rice"

A colleague recommended for us to go there pick up some food after a long day of work, and so we called ahead to order a meal, as well as extra skewers to bring back home. The meat and bread were amazing - fresh and tasty and just perfect! I had planned to freeze the extra meat we bought, but I didn't need to: it was devoured by everyone as soon as we arrived home! I do recommend however that you call ahead, as they are very busy and you might have to wait if you don't order by phone first.

I was very excited when I found this place but just had one of the worst customer service experience in my life with the man doing the kabobs, who I believe may be the owner. Would have spent much more if not for him and will gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to Yonge and Finch for persian groceries to be treated with common decency. As for the food, it was overpriced. Much better quality and exceptional service at Sedaghat Restaurant at Danforth Road and Danforth Avenue.

Ordered their waziri plate today...did not like the kabab at all...plus it was cold....the chicken was over cooked and some parts were burnt...not really sure what they are upto...ordered rice with cranberries...rice came with non....the grilled tomatoes tasted old....over all the food wasn't good at alll

Stumbled upon this place tonight. I'm always curious about ethnic strip mall stores. This place had a lot of dry goods and flat breads, but I was distracted by their steam tables. The food looked soooooooo good I had to try it. Got the lamb shank ($9/each), some kind of lentil stew with dried lemons, some kind of spinach stew with dried lemons. Their saffron rice looked really delicious, but I decided to skip the rice and got some lavash bread instead. All of the food was really delicious. Definitely going back to this place to try more Persian food. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. (Sorry no close up photos of the food we ate it all... mmmmmm so good!)

Food is great however service poor!. Asked at counter for a kabob dinner, was told to ask the person at the bbq. Waited there 20 minutes in line-up, it was busy. A person came into the store walked in front of me and the cook took his order right away. I walked out!. Terrible service

If you're going there expecting customer service and all smiles then don't go. Everyone seems to hate their job at this place (except for the young girl who has a life outside of this place since she smiles somewhat). Just place your order and stand quietly aside. Don't smile don't say nothing! Having said that, if you want good tasty food then you have to check out this place.. amazing bbq chicken. I don't worry too much about customer service since I'm in and out anyway .. So I'm giving 4 out of 5 because of the above average pricing... (Keeps going up all the time).

The person/cook who answered the phone was very rude and should never ever answer the phone or even speak to a human let alone a dog. He was talking to me like he's too busy for me and in a condescending tone, must have been because I was speaking English after he answered the phone with salom. I know for a fact he wouldn't of talked the way he did if I came in person.

The offerings from the hot table here are really delicious - have tried it on several occasions and have not been disappointed once. The lamb shank was really good for the value and the servings of rice is generous. Highly recommended.

My friends and family have been ordering food regularly at this location for over 10 years. The short, stubby manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. He gave my employees and myself rotten rice with a mold taste. I called back to explain we are regular clients and this was not normal. He yelled at me and was screaming on the phone. He said " next time you come you ask for the manager , you ask for the manager". I don't want to ask for the manager to get fresh rice, what kind of business is that? Do I have to see the manager to get fresh rice? Awful, awfulllllllll customer service and he didn't want to accept the disgusting left over food incident instead he yelled and made me feel useless. I will never ever go back to this market, it is awful and he is so rude to everyone I have ever seen him interact with. The rice situation has happened twice the first time I let it go and thought maybe it was a bad day for someone but the second time around I knew this was not normal. I would call public health on this store, extremely unsafe to re-use food.

asked if they had steak, they said they had t-bones and asked how many we wanted and how thick. we spent the $15 uber trip to get there to be told its veal and they don't have t-bones, which I could handle until he brought out this. I asked what he did to my meat and he said he "tenderized it" I didn't ask for it to be tenderized, its veal it doesn't need to be tenderized. I shouldn't be able to see through my cut of meat 2 beautiful cuts of meat wasted for no reason.

The entrance is narrow until you are at the the store where the butcher is. There is hot and ready for available here, lots of lentils mostly Persian food though looks like lots of other Middle Eastern cultural food as well.

Great place to get fine cuts of steaks from. Take out restaurant is a hidden gem! I highly recommend trying Lamb shank on dill rice, or Vaziri Kabob plate with cranberry rice.

Extremely bad customer service in particular the owner and guy making kebab are very rude. No one is wearing a musk. Almost everything has no price tag and when you ask the price, it's twice as much as other places. There are better persian stores in the area than there theives.
