It's Meat & Beead, so, they're very tasty. Very happy to have one in the area :) This location is quite narrow and could really use an order number system or somewhere for people to stand while they're waiting for their food.

Great lunch spot on Broadway. You will get a choice of about 5 different meat options to fill warm rolls which are heated on demand. Can get very busy at lunch and there isn't a heap of seating. Soups are nice in winter. The ginger beef with broccoli special is wonderful.

This is my favourite place to come for lunch. I also come after work because I can’t resist. It’s close to the hospital and they making amazing sandwiches. I love the Piri Piri. It’s juicy and crunchy with the perfect amount of chicken, veggies and sauce. I’ve probably eaten at least 40 since mid-December... I’m so incredibly happy they opened on West Broadway close to work!!!

At 10:48 AM the store sign promptly displayed "OPEN NOW" as I walked into the restaurant, only to be told that we have to wait until 11:00AM. I had no issue waiting for a bit outside , however four customers then walked into the restaurant at 10:55AM and all of a sudden they started to take orders. I suppose a single customer is not worth their time. If the restaurant is not ready to open then don't bother put the open sign out so early.

Tasty food! I would like to see a bigger portion or smaller price point for what they are offering but that being said, I acknowledge the prices in the area are around $10~ and will be back!

Fast service. Small delux sandwiches with mainly meat of different kinds. Vegetarians can order a grilled cheese sandwich or some side dishes. Parking is a challenge during the busy week days.

Decided to try this place because it was close to work and so I ordered this online and went to pick it up. Upon ordering online, it says they have daily soups and salads, but when I clicked to order, no availability to order. Im not sure if it was a glitch to the system, or maybe it was only available if you called in or walked in as it was a daily thing... I ordered the 2 porchetta, 1 truffle parm dip and 1 haberno dip. And 2 pickles. The sandwich was OK. I think the thickness of the bread didnt allow me to fully taste the pork itself. The pork was actually some what dry. I ended up having to remove the bread and eat the inside. The dips were nothing out of this world. The pickles were surprisingly very juicy and big. I expected it to be cut up in thin pieces, but they came as a whole. I think the individual boxes were neat as well, perfect for lunch gatherings during covid times. For the price, not worth it. I think after taxes it worked out to be $12-15. I think there are better worthy sandwich places that are less pricey. If you are not a huge carb fan, you may want to skip this place.

I broke my tooth eating one of the porchetta sandwiches, I spoke to a manager twice named Mike Mcclintock and he hasn't returned any of my phone calls or emails after I sent him my dentist information. This is not a reputable company and doesn't care at all about their customers. As they have cut off communication it leaves me no choice but to go around to all their outlets and leave negative reviews.

nice lunch place for a nice sandwich. reasonably priced, the line moves. a bit loud (hard to talk to your lunch companion). had the porchetta, was well done. side options are fine (wish they had some in house chips or fruit). will likely go back.

Porchetta is definitely my favourite, I love how much meat they stuff this sandwich. Pork is flavourful and they add the crispy skin for added texture. Bread is nice quality as well however I do wish it was a touch less dense. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Great lunch spot.

I've been to Meat & Bread twice in one week. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the porchetta. The chicken was good but the porchetta was on a whole different level of amazing! I've seen some people complain about the cost of the sandwiches but based on the large amount of meat they stuff in, I think it's fine.

Hi, I went to the meat and bread on Broadway today after a friend recommendation expecting to have a porchetta and the only item served was the Turduckein. The website mentions this item, however, it doesn't say it would be the ONLY ITEM AVAILABLE! It is super disappointing to go to a place expecting something and it didn't have. It ended up I waisted my time going to this place and could not try the sandwich my friend recommended.

Wednesday December 16, 2020 - had the turkuducken special and they even packed one up to go in such a way it would taste as fresh as if it were bought and eaten on the spot. All staff wearing masks and covid 19 protocols and mandates being followed by all friendly and top notch staff. All staff wearing masks appropriately and hand sanitization stations present. Plexiglas shields in place. This place is a must try and must return for more. Great experience. Thank you!

Always get the porchetta. A little on the pricey side but the flavor is always good. They pile heaps of meat on the buns so it makes it worth the cost.

Consistent quality, fresh ingredients, and excellent taste. Love their weekly specials- always something creative and delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming, even at the height of lunch rush. The atmosphere is great too- I find they sometimes even match the music to the theme of their sandwich special.
