Worst customer service. Double standard for "certain customers". Extremely disorganized and the owner is a very rude person. Staff lives in la la land. Clueless. Never again. I would pay more for all my products somewhere else. We have them 3 hours notice to pick up our order and waited another 90 min and again, they were super disorganized. Terrible terrible.

Crown is a Calgary food scene staple and has been providing restaurants with the goods for decades. We've been buying equipment and supplies for our restaurants at Crown for over 10 years and it's always been a great store to get everything we need. They stand behind their products as well. We bought a panini grill a little over a year ago that needed a piece replaced. After disassembling a floor model to see how we could fix my grill, Nick didn't just replace the part, he replaced the entire grill without hesitation. We were back in business without delay, and that's the kind of excellent customer service that will keep us coming back for many more years to come.

Just received delivery of new half-convection oven from Crown. Dealing with Crown was 'first class', from the sales rep Russ, who sourced the proper oven for us and ensured it was properly set up prior to delivery, right through to the delivery and installation team who went above and beyond with extra effort to troubleshoot a wiring issue which was ultimately found to be in our panel. In the end our oven is up and running great. Russ even dropped by personally to check on us.
