I showed up at 345 today as a first time customer. As entered the door and it happened to be the wrong one a very nice lady told me the service staff have gone home .... really it's 345 pm and they close at 430pm I drove all the way from Acadia, lesson learned about a place I could of been a regular at

Some of the game meats sold by this company are not from anywhere in North America. Meats like Caribou, Red Deer and possibly Boar are imported from Europe. This information is not published on their web site.

Chicken production very safe though don't trust anything else ! the ownership is the problem, food safety is low on the priority list though the ladies in the seperate chicken production room won't let you down they are by the book!

Quality not what it once was. After going back and forth and waiting a long time for the smoked elk salami the product was full of silver skin. It’s like chewing rubber. Threw it all in the garbage. Very disappointing.
