everything i’ve bought from them has been excellent. one of the best local producers of fresh sausages and cured meats. don’t hesitate to try any of their charcuterie, the lemon pistachio salami in particular.

I have brought my game meat here twice now and I don't usually take my game to butchers, but these guys are hands down the best butcher in town. Everyone i have met there seems very passionate about their job. Everything i have brought in has been processed and package above and beyond compared to other places. There is nothing I have tried here that i wouldn't recommend, everything has been excellent! Keep up the great work pioneer meats

How does this place have so few reviews ? ????The lemon pistachio salami and the prosciutto were delicious and unique. I really love lemon/sour foods so I really enjoyed the salami. Also... Free delivery on orders $25+!? So convenient and a reasonable minimum order amount.

These sausages are the best I've had bar none! I had never seen flavour combinations like this before, and they are delicious. The chicken, apricot & sage breakfast sausages are insanely good, as are the beet, feta, and arugula sausages. I've been back every week.
