Great butcher, they cut me a beautiful porterhouse steak, and we bought delicious crab cakes. I wish the fellow packaging my steak would wear a mask though — that’s my food, man — though credit is due to the ladies who wore them.

Stopped in today & bought 2 Porterhouse steaks in my way through town on my way home. The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, something I’ve become accustomed to with my visits here. Came home, BBQ’d these amazing steaks...by far the most tender, flavourful cuts of meat I’ve ever had. Worth every penny!!! Will definitely visit again!

Whitecourt North Country Market because has Waygu beef! We got a few New York strip loins and did them on a Himalayan Rock salt block over the camp fire, dressed with a beautiful chimcuri sauce and grilled veggies. I'd also suggest Denver cut of the Waygu steaks
