Everyone should buy their spicy chicken wings here. Kashmiri, Achari, Malai. Get a dozen of each and be content in the spicy glow. Cook at 385 in a convection oven for 40 minutes. Perfection!

Great tandoori chicken, get the spicy and the medium. Cook it on low heat for 35-40 minutes. Best tandoori chicken in Calgary, would recommend. The chicken wings can use some work, slim on meat. Also, would recommend cleaning up the front a bit. Overall good place.

For us, this is the place for all fresh meat products that we need. The owners and their staff are very polite and respectful, everytime.

My very first visit here, I bought half pound mutton keema. They overcharged me. I didn't realize it that day because there was a snow storm, the store was busy, and I really needed my keema. So I didn't ask for the price. Just paid what they asked and left. I did notice it was pretty expensive but since food prices have gone up recently because of Covid, I assumed they also increased their prices. Plus it was just half pound, so I thought no big deal. The following week, I went back for half pound mutton keema again, and the price was significantly different. It was less. Then I asked for the price per lbs. And when I realized I was overcharged during the previous visit, I mentioned it to the guy. His response was "you should have asked for the price and pointed out the discrepancy that day". I was annoyed by this response. It is not the client's responsibility to ensure that the store is charging the right amount. It was a purchase of only half pound and less then $10. Why can't the employees keep track of their own prices? He almost implied that I was lying because it is not possible for them to overcharge. If I ever return to this store, I will make sure to always check their prices because clearly, they are either not capable of doing it themselves or did it on purpose that day. There is another meat shop just steps away, so maybe I'll just stick to that store.

I went today to get some bread there and there was no one ( staff) there to ask a simple question to locate a product one employee was non stop talking on the phone and once I got the oppertunity to ask her a question she took a deep breath and pointed towards a fridge with bitter face! That was very annoying. I barely go that store but I think ots the store where go mute and come out mute ..

I am a customer of maan chickens from Last 4 years.. today i got chicken and it was having a bad smell when i was BBQ... when i tasted it few pieces were good but few chicken pieces were really tasting and smelling bad.. might be expired pieces of chicken.. I will think 100 times to go back to Maan Chickens again
