I have always received the highest quality of meat! Often I find the prices comparable to other large chains selling the same product. They have a great selection of fresh meat. My daughter absolutely loves the soup and sandwich combo at lunchtime!

They have the freshest cuts of meats and the friendliest staff. I go there to buy meats for roasting or barbecue. And to buy my biweekly quota of dog bones for my two canine family members. One of the staff always remembers why I go there and kindly restocks ahead amd cuts the huge bones into two for my smaller chipin dog. So yeah that place is just amazing.

Asked the lady if this place has prime graded steak and she gives me a hostile look and says "what quality is that". Thats not exactly knowledgeable, or friendly. The place has great reviews so I might buy from here sometime to try it out but quite a bad first experience.

I ordered a 5 lbs pork shoulder over the phone the week before Christmas and was able to pick it up same day. The store looks very clean and open and very welcoming with a great selection. The pork roast tasted delicious! Definitely coming back to this place.

We like to support local but after placing an order for some steaks (that we usually get) then going to pick them up and finding out the price had just about doubled was shocking to say the lest. They said the price increase was due to covid and the prices would change next week which they have not. Sorry we have to find a new butcher..

Awful customer service, over priced. Having very little knowledge in gluten free products. So disappointed. A sign on the door states no more than 6 people. There were 8 customers in the store. I got asked to leave do to no mask. Well, I can sit in my car and look at a piece of paper that does not state all items they have, nor does it tell me if there is gluten in these items. Most of the 8 people had masks around their chins or below their noses. The mask issue, that teenager was nice, not knowledgeable in gluten free. we will never be back. Tell others at the way we were treated in the store.

getting less impressed with the lean ground beef. the last 5 lbs have a lot oil in it when cooked . I have also notice a lot of fat in big chunks in it. the rest of the products are great

Price gouging store during Covid-19. Don't buy here they don't deserve the business when the Cattle producers are barely getting anything for their cattle. I understand supply is low for butchered beef but the amount of cattle ready to be butchered is very high. Don't allow any store to get rich off of Covid-19. Other then that Great Steaks.

Sign on the door says only one person from each household allowed at one time. I'm not shopping without my wife, so we left. As we are driving away, two men get out of the same vehicle and enter. What's the difference? Why do two "buddies" get to enter, and we don't?

I bought some brisket on Saturday Jan 25 2021. When I opened the package I was hugely disappointed. I could not believe the FAT that wasn’t trimmed. Then once I trimmed them And marinated and smoked them I was hugely disappointed at the gristle ( ok I should have trimmed that as well) but when you purchase meat from highly recommended business and then you get this type of meat quality !! It was like I purchased it from a Big Box Store.

I'm here once a week for sausage, steaks, chicken, and sometimes a sub for lunch. They make one that tastes like Thanksgiving and it's delicious. Staff are great as well. Better prices and better cuts than the big box grocery stores.

We ordered a front quarter of beef from them and it was VERY tough so I took it back and they replaced it with no problem. The replacement was also tough so they replaced it AGAIN and he said he'd hang this one for three weeks--(which doesn't make any difference anyway). I asked them were they got their meat from and he told me Casco Cattle Company. The third quarter was equally as tough and I don't understand it because we've bought a lot of meat "over the counter" from them and it's been VERY good. I have a grinder, so we'll have a LOT of hamburger and "Swiss steak" and roasts cooked in a pressure cooker for a long time. I'll still buy "over the counter" but NEVER another freezer order of a front quarter.

Selection is awesome! People are friendly. Prices are good. Cant beat a place that has great scallops, chicken hearts, bones for soup, and fresh pork belly. The list goes on though. Two thumbs up from this guy.
