I picked up some beef and bacon patties yesterday and they were incredible, awesome mix, they were the best burgers I have ever had and my whole family said the same thing. Always the best meats I feel at Irricana Meat Market.

We have been buying all our family's beef need here for over 5 years now, 1/4 cow at a time; we used to use another local butchershop but that butchershop was hit or miss with the fat content of the ground beef and beef cuts. Irricana meats has been consistently lean or extra lean ground beef and the beef cuts are SPOT ON every time with the meat / fat ratio on steaks and roasts. The butchering is restaraunt quality. We have also had the bacon and sausages and they are VERY GOOD, such high quality from this butcher. And they have smoked or raw bones for the doggos, Well worth the drive from Calgary / Airdrie.

The mobile butcher is very quick and efficient. The cut and wrap quality is great and the price is very reasonable. Irricana Meats has a large selection of options for sausage, pepperoni, jerky and burgers. We did have to be on a waiting list for quite a few months so if you have some cattle you want to butcher book far in advance.

Simply outstanding. We on a whim decided to drive through irricana on our way back from a nice drive.. we bought a rib eye and were very impressed. Great price. . Great cut. Cooked up nice

I had a cow brought in to cut and wrap and am very happy with the results from the butcher. It was aged for 21days and with the order form I had a vast selection of cuts. The steaks are cut nicely, ribs are great. The different sausages and smokies I ordered is what impressed me the most, a large order of all flavors and premade burgers and turned out amazing. I highly recommend the farmers sausage they make. I will go to this butcher again for my next cow to come.
