Very knowledgeable and personable staff. I have done a few wild and domestic animals through First Choice from jerky and sausage to roasts and hamburger, and I continue to remain impressed. It's a bit of a commute (from Edmonton) but it is worth every drop of fuel and second of time.

Our family has used First Choice for all of our wild game processing for many years now. Amazing service and even better quality workmanship, the jalapeno cheddar smokies and hunter sticks have turned many "I dont eat wild game" type friends and family members into "when can I get some more of those?". Most of the sausages and special meats come vaccuum sealed, labeled and dated and any straight cuts are wrapped in butcher paper and labeled very professional set up these guys run. Last year I even requested to have a whitetail of mine done up with tomahawk style bone-in steaks and they did an exceptional job, the only tough part was not eating them all winter so I could have some for the BBQ this summer! If you're looking for a butcher that's going put in the same amount of care and attention to detail into processing your hard earned game as you put into harvesting it, then i would highly recommend using First Choice Sausage and Meats!

5 star friendly service. Just picked up some Wild Meat from there. Trusted them with my Elk and Beef many times and have never been disappointed. I recomend the jalepeno cheese smokies.

Their sausage is World Class and processing is second to none! Well worth the drive without a doubt. Wouldn't think of taking my processing to anyone else. If you are looking for a wild game processor look no further! Exceptional service, a phenomenal end result of your product , at a more than fair price is what you will get when you choose First Choice! I would recommend bringing your harvest to Roman and his family 100 out of 100 times even if it means driving a ways to get there! No where else comes close. You probably want to bring a few extra dollars to buy some of the stuff they have in their fridge and freezers too (smoked pork chops, bacon, breakfast sausage, camping sticks) I could go on, but just go there!
