Great to see a local butcher. The staff here are working hard and are excited about what they sell. Got some prosciutto and speck that was exceptional, along with some smoked Gouda and all beef hotdogs that we will have tonight. I am looking forward to seeing this place develop and add new and interesting items. Please support them and buy local!

The evolution of this butcher shop has been incredible to see. Not only do they serve up some of the most delicious meats but they also support other local businesses as well. Fresh bread on Saturdays and amazing stuffed potatoes can be found in their freezers. Their bacon and sausages are two of my favourite products to buy from Burgardt’s. However, I’m also a huge fan of their whole chickens and steaks. This family run business is such an asset to the community and they should be commended on their hard work and quality goods.

Just got back from a holiday visiting my grandsons in High River. Stopped by Burgardt's and bought a few things to BBQ at my daughter's place. Holy cow, what an experience. Met Ryan the owner, what a great guy to talk to. The beef jerky is amazing. I told my doctor this morning that it was Ryan's fault that I gained 10 lbs. while on holiday. Hope to be back soon.

AMAZING!!! This is a Real Deal Butcher Shop, asked for Maui/Miami/Kalbi Ribs and they cut them perfectly, 1/4 inch thick. I'm a Cheese Monger at St Lawrence Market in Toronto and this place is on par with the best Meat Shops I've been too. If you want proper cuts of meat...you will be impressed!
