Dave and Carol always look out for thier customers. In the tough times they have still created a great place to have fun and enjoy some good times. I have bowled in a league the last couple years and always do the best they can with the guidelines given to make sure all in Woodstock have a safe and fun place to go. Most over price place in Woodstock, and the most ghetto of all, need to step it up in that place or shut it down, lanes are horrible always were getting stuck, was told to just hit the ball or gate it didn't matter, make sure you bring cash of you are hungry or want any Drinks, and be prepared to be ripped off when you buy a bottle of beer, 5.50 for a bottle. And you can imagine the rest, no ATM machine so make sure you get cash before even going, cuz they don't take debit for anything but the bowling. Complete rip off at this ghetto place. Go to the movies or London's bowling alleys, any of them but here.

We meet here my sisters and I and all our kids. We had 20 of us and they accommodated us with four lanes for 2 hrs all we could play. Our one lane broke down and they moved us over and added more time to the end of the night for our inconvenience. We had a great time once the lights went down and the music blared and the strobe light was cranked to party.

Best bowling ally in Woodstock! :D Seriously though, it's an older building but they've done a good job keeping things fresh and fun. They have cosmic bowling at night as well as, according to the signs, different leagues that play during the week. They host fun birthday parties and have a decent food area, pool table, and mini "arcade". Lots of room to sit and relax while bowling with friends/family. This place makes for a fun night out. :)

Was quoted one price for a birthday party and upon paying the day of the party the price was more. When I asked the lady working she said the other girl must have quoted me wrong and she didn't offer a solution. I ended up just paying the extra but she shouldn't have lied as she's the one who placed the party on the phone and quoted me the wrong price.

Exactly what you expect from a bowling alley in Woodstock. 10 and 5 pin games were available, and the most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. Would have been nice if there was dedicated staff at the concessions.

New to the area. Kind of bad business practice to say you close at midnight but refuse to let someone play one game at 11pm especially while others were still playing. Dissapointing to say the least .

Went there in the summer with family (there were 9 of us) very old equipment, service was slow, and the lanes kept jamming up. 3 of us took our own balls and they all ended up with scratches on them (they were all new balls this year) and a sticky black substance on the balls. Will never go back.

Lanes are set up funny where you have to walk across other players lane to get to a seat. Food was okay but a detailed menu would be nice. The balls are so old that you can't read the weights and I was not able to find a ball that fit my figers

The last couple of times coming to the bowling ally with friends and family I have experienced a very unfriendly gentleman who has very little customer service. I have worked in customer service since I was 13 and I can never imagine treating customers the way I have seen this older gentleman treat some people. I have witnessed him be very rude and yell at multiple people. They’re was an insistent where two young boys were bowling and accidentally stepped over the line on the lane and he came charging over yelling at these boys and threatened to kick them out if they did it again. I understand you are not supposed to step over the line but there is much nicer and friendlier way of going about things. This is the second time I seen this man over react and be very aggressive. Not only that but like I said above he has very little customer service if any, when you walk in and he greets you, he doesn’t smile, he doesn’t ask you how you are and he doesn’t even let you get a full sentence out before rudely interrupting you. I have experienced both of these things a handful of times and because of this I do not think I will be returning to C&D lanes. Which is sad to say considering I enjoy bowling very much and there isn’t another bowling ally very close to Woodstock. Thank you,

It's what you would expect from a bowling alley. This location offers 12 lanes of ten pin and 12 lanes of five pin bowling which is great for whoever wants to bowl! It's got the typical black lights after sundown on weekends, but great prices! I've found the owners and the staff to be very friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. The only thing they may lack is a larger selection of bowls. When it gets busy a lot of the good balls get taken so it's good if you can bring your own. Otherwise a great place to bowl! We will be back!

Meh too busy even with reservation. Only get 1 hour to bowl and our lane shut down because the pins got stuck took them 20 mins to fix it and they didnt add time for it being down that long

Good old fashioned bowling lanes... great for a date, family outing, birthday party, or a night with friends. Plenty of lanes available any time I've been there. They also have great deals on regularly... such as a summer promo where kids bowl free Tue-Fri and just have to pay for shoe rentals (registration required online).

I have been to many bowling alleys across Ontario and CnD lanes is my favorite bowling alleys. They have leagues cosmic bowling birthday parties or just a night out with friends. CnD Lanes is a family orientated company that cares fir their customers and employees.

Really nice bowling alley. The staff are really friendly. Only complaint was the girl in concession touched my drinking straw and poked the top with her fingers after handling money so a bit of a sanitation thing so that was kind of gross. I took my straw into the bathroom and washed it with soap.

One star because the staff tries to do their best and are always smiley. This is the only bowling alley in the area, therefore I assume they can continue running it with minimial (null) investmente. Its dated, equipment malfunctions, the food is blah tending to bad. Dirty and smelly. But the worst of it all is this individual at the shoes station. If he is not the owner of the place he should be fires or sent to training on how to treat clients as the latter are the ones who bring food to his table. This guy is trying to be funny screaming on the microphone to people not to break the equipment otherwise the parents will have to pay the expensive equipment, but what really left me a bad experience was the fact that he dared to scream to the girls attending a birthday party, why? Because they were chasing each other, if the policy is to not let run the kids that attend a party then fair enough, however you explain this in a decent fashion to the kids or even better to the parents or adults in the party, do not take it with the kids. Try this place at your own risk, but if you are able to i recommend you to drive down to London or Kitchener.. This place is one of the worst "entertainment" places I ever had been.
