Happy hour prices are great. They have a great selection of things to Do, nice bowling alley with comfortable seating, food was great and brought to us in the bowling alley, a great set up for laser tag, and plenty of games. My only complain was the employees running the ticket store seemed to busy to help anyone. Overt all a great place to have fun as a family or even without the kids.

Nice place but way over priced. My family and I went there while in the area visiting and it was $90 for 90 minutes of bowling, which seems to be ridiculous to me. I just had an event at our home town bowling alley and it was $30 for a family of 4 to bowl for 2 hours and that included a pizza and drinks. I won't be back.

We started our night off wonderfully. The Location of our lanes were great and our wait team was fantastic! After bowling for two hours we went to get game cards for the kids. The service changed completely to us feeling like we were asking for a major imposition to ask that each kid have an equal card amount to be fair. 5 game cards....20 bucks each. Logically simple in my mind, then to find out that is was the Manger treating us as if this was the biggest problem of her night. In all my years of service experience I wish that was the biggest issue I faced on most nights. We will be back but I know I won't count on that manager for quality service. Good thing there's an amazing team supporting what this establishment is about!

Oh my gosh. Why have I not been here before??? So Tuesdays are $10 for unlimited Laser Tag. It was SO FUN! The staff were super chill and helpful and knew what they were doing. The are open for a long time and the passes work all day! The Laser tag was so legit and had a second floor and an easy system, quick to set up and fast, fun play. (Geez, I sound like a commercial.) The food was a little pricey and so was the bowling. Except the party size Pizza was a decent price. I’d get it. I definitely want to go back. It was totally worth it.

Out of several games we had at various bowling locations, this one had surprisingly low pin carry across all of the players in our team. Changing initial angle did help somewhat, but it still felt awkward. Our best guess was that the lanes are a bit too narrow as usual, but perhaps that effect was created by the unpleasantly cramped seating space in front of the lanes (the single sofa is good only for about four to five players). Another guess was that the lane was dry, since the ball path often felt a little weird after the throw. Another issue was that the smaller ball weights didn't have variation in finger hole size, which caused some discomfort for a couple of our players. Finally, half of our party had an unpleasant digestive system reaction to the food, which was very unfortunate considering the high price paid per average item on the menu... The taste was about average. We had to look for and wait for our waitress after the game, relatively long after we have finished our food, to get checked out. These are small issues individually, but they added up to a below-average experience and some upset stomachs.

Awesome! Very cheap compared to other places and they charge you per hour instead of per game. The service is friendly and a very nice atmosphere. Couches and tables at the bowling lanes and a comfy floor. The restaurant is very tasty and fun games in the arcade. You can actually order the restaurant food at the bowling lanes where the couches are! Big TV's but not to crazy loud inside (surprisingly). If you have kids, I would definitely recommend taking them here, especially for a birthday.

We do the Kids Bowl Free promotion every year! It's awesome the family can bowl 2 games each all summer, we always end up playing some arcade games too... Lane servers are nice and attentive (even if I am more old school and rather get my own refreshments) Great Service, good lanes, and fun, that's about all I can ask of an entertainment center.

Would not eat here again. Service and food were terrible. One meal came out 15 minutes after the others. All meals were cold. Manager came over to apologize, and pretty much offended everyone so we left. The bowling and arcade were fun for the kids, but I had to post about the awful food and service. Maybe just an off night for them.

Great safe fun for the whole family! We've had birthday parties for the under 10 and the over 50 here! Great weekend entertainment with tons of new safely precautions. Food is consistently enjoyable. Nachos, pretzels, pizza, burgers.... with a broad local beer list.

I love bowling and laser tag and this was disappointing on all fronts. The music was too loud for conversation, over an hour wait time for your average bowling alley, a lack luster arcade, and the laser tag arena that claimed to be cutting edge has poor hit detection and ridiculous sensor/base layout. Anything this place has to offer could be found at any other center.

Our 4th visit. It genuinely wasn't fun tonight. We bowled in the VIP area. Supposed to be 21+ after 8. Parents with children were sat next to us at 8:30. Had to go to the bar for every round of drinks as well as any food we ordered. Food was decent but didn't make up for lack of customer service. Bartenders were sterile and unfriendly. Overall just a disappointment. Probably our last visit for a while.

Celebrated my sons 15th birthday here. Yes it was a bit pricey, but they had fun! We got a private lane with the teen birthday package, food and drink. Overall great experience. Staff was amazing and attentive. 8 teenage boys can be a lot. Well worth the smiles on their faces. Great staff. Keep up the good work.

Although there was a 3 hour wait for the bowling alley we still enjoyed ourselves here. I was with my nephew and we played a bunch of games in the arcade and had a blast. They also have a full restaurant/bar to keep you entertained while you wait.

Service is pretty bad, when I go and very slow. This last time I went It took us about 30 min to get there, and the guy at the front said oh if your doing kids bowl free it's a 45 minute wait.. so we left. its so expensive also. I dont think all be going back anytime soon.

A really fun time bowling or at the arcademy kids were entertained for hours and my wife and I had a lot of fun as well. Very good service from the super friendly staff and the food was not bad. I guess the only draw back is that it will be hard for you to get out of this place for less than a hundred bucks, very expensive and it adds up quickly so be disciplined and enjoy the great experience

Fun place all around with things for adults and kids to do. The restaurant has the normal foods, although maybe slightly overpriced for the venue. Good place to stop for a bite before a Colorado Eagles game. You could have a wait though, as they don't seem to have the proper staffing on nights that they know will be busy.

Have been here twice, going for a third tonight. I wish there were other options for an all inclusive place that is family friendly north of Denver - but this is it really. It's spendy for just the bowling... I mean how much better are their lanes than other traditional bowling alleys? They aren't.... At least not the premium that you pay. You are paying for having everything in one location really- games, lasertag, bowling, food, etc. The food is ok, but not worth what the premium is. The service at the lane is always good but the service at the counter is always mediocre at best. I'm sorry to have to disturb your super intense Snapchat session random person behind the counter, but gee golly can I get some shoes? Or even worse is when you have a question or concern that isn't handled by a yes/no answer... They don't do Groupon anymore which is fine because the last time I did it - the ad posted was not what I got and by the time we started playing and realized it wasn't as advertised, it was too late to return the promo or get a refund. TL;DR Only go here if you want a one stop shop for all the things they offer, otherwise seek out better places for bowling or lasertag or an arcade individually.

I have never been to The Summit before but I received a coupon for free bowling and I figured I would give this place a try on my only day off. I am not from Windsor and I made the drive from Greeley. The place looked really fun just off a first impression and don’t get me wrong, we had fun but bowling is just fun in general. The service was incredibly awful. We went 30 minutes without even any water and we thought maybe we had to request a server or ask for drinks but no. I went to the bar and asked if we needed to request a server or how everything worked and they told us the server should’ve already came to us. Finally 30 minutes later our waitress arrives but we had seen her tending the parties right next us who had arrived AFTER us (????). She took our order and then it took her another 20 minutes to get us two waters and two fountain drinks. We planned to order more but only saw her one other time and it was to ask us if we wanted our check. How do you just pick and choose which table you want to give good service to? We still tipped over 20% because they pool their tips but it’s honestly a shame she does this disservice to her coworkers. We won’t be back and we’re glad we didn’t have to pay for this awful service.

This was my first time coming here. There was a 2 hour wait to bowl. We thought maybe some laser tag in the mean time. The credit card machine was broken and we were told 3 different ways we could purchase passes. It was a very bad experience but I'm giving it 3 stars maybe next time will be better.

Pizza was decent; bar service was just okay; "cosmic" bowling was way under par compared to other venues; arcade is, for my taste and experience, rather underwhelming; venue was, however, fairly clean compared to other bowling alleys and arcades. I'd have left right away had I not been there with my brother who made the reservation. The Summit tries to be a Dave and Buster's in terms of an all-ages, multi-service entertainment venue but falls slightly short of the mark.

Not a bad place to hangout. It is extremely loud and busy, which normally wouldn't be an issue for me, but everything is bunched together in the game room, so it's basically impossible to not run into people. Also everything is really expensive for what it is, but overall - if you have enough money it is a cool place to hangout. Please mark this review as helpful, if you thought it was.

This place is phenomenal. We just went in for dinner and the service from Brittany was incredibly fast and attentive, the food was fresh. This is so much better than almost all the restaurants in town! We had the chips and fresh made salsa, the prime rib dip, 2 burgers, and the fish tacos. I really can't say enough good things!

Today was the last day of summer for my son and his best friend before school starts. I surprised them with a trip to summit! The level of service we got was beyond 5 stars. More like elevating the service to a insane level which we love. Blake one of your employees the last few times we have been in has more than wowed us. He engages the kids with humor and kindness. He is always smiling and ensuring all customers are having their best time possible. I wanted to tell the management team how amazed and got Craig. He listened to my compliments and was so happy to hear how Blake is treating the guests. Craig was great to talk with. So impressed by your stellar staff service for us families. We will continue us to come and spend our money with your company not just because it’s a great time, but more so because of your staff and the people who work there. Especially Blake. A++++++. Look online or sign up for their discount emails. The food is delicious! The service is on point. They bring your shoes straight to your seat for bowling. You can buy socks if you forget them. Laser tag is a blast. The arcade games are almost all in working order and give good prizes. The whole place is such a fun family environment!

Beautiful facility, staff was awesome, and the food was delicious! Great place to bring the kids. Video arcade is awesome, all the best games. 98% of the games all work. (Can't say 100 because one game was not working) Laser tag was really fun. Bowling is top notch, the the lanes are super fast, they arranging the pins in only a few seconds for faster play time. The seats are large and very comfortable. Plenty of room for large parties. Free bowling for kids if you sign up for it. Can't wait to go back again!!!

It's a huge family, offering bowling and arcade games, and an adult section which is all very cool. The food is good but overly priced and most the time you have to be willing to wait 2 to 3 times longer for your food than other restaurants. I waited 20 minutes for a bowl of ice cream. However, most the staff are friendly and apologetic for the wait.

I can't speak for what it's like when it's busy. But we were there for lunch during the week and there was plenty to like. The atmosphere was fun, people were nice and it was overall a good experience. I'm sure I'll be going back periodically in the future. The best way I can think to describe The Summit, would be, if you put a bowling alley in a Dave and Buster's. We didn't bowl, but I'll take a chance and say it would be fun. Oh, and if you're looking for a job, just so happens they are hiring (according to the giant digital sign out front) haha.

I personally do not like this place at all. I would never go again. When you're bowling the music is so loud that it combined with all the other guests bowling makes talking with your friends very challenging. Good luck hearing anyone who isn't right next to you. Unless, you want to yell all night to have a conversation, I don't recommend this place. I mean, I feel the big reason why you bowl is for socializing so it kind of defeats the point. Plus there are obnoxious music videos that play right above the lanes. For someone who is easily distracted, it makes it hard to focus on anything people are saying. It's also really cramped because you only get one bench to your lane which only fits maybe 5 adults if you're really close. There is also a small table where they put food and drinks you order, but you share half of that with the lane next to you and if you choose to sit there then you really wouldn't hear anyone. I feel bowling is a very boring sport, so maybe they try to make it more exciting with all the fun videos and and loud party music. I think what makes bowling actually interesting is being able to do something while chilling and talking with friends. Now I gave this a 3 start instead of a 1 or 2 because, one, I can see some people enjoying this. Mostly kids, however I would rather take my kids somewhere even more fun like Fly High or Roller Land. Two, The food is pretty good. I didn't get any, but the pictures and what other people had on three table looked very delicious in a comfort food way. Three, the arcade games looked fun. It looks like they had a lot of them. They the only thing worth it there to me.

Wow we LOVE the Summit. My family and I have been to the Summit a few times and have always had a great experience. Today we did our sons 12th birthday party there and it more than exceeded my expectations. They were super busy and ran out of room in the general seating for our party so we got a room which was awesome. Our Servers Jade and Austin were just AMAZING! They were so attentive to our needs and made our experience memorable. Afterward we went bowling and had a great time. So happy that we have a great establishment like this in the Windsor area.

This place is incredible! Bowling, arcade, lazer tag...the kiddos were so thoroughly entertained that I didn't even care that my wallet was emptying itself before my eyes. The "VIP Bowling" area is definitely worth the extra $$: didn't have to worry about the kids wandering off, private bar right behind the lanes (with an awesome bartender to boot!), and they even bring everyone's shoes to you and pick them up. Very cool!

We went during spring break, it was busy but still got on a lane right away. The pizza was ok, it was part of our package. The 2 story laser tag was fun, 13yo boy and 17yo boy enjoyed it as did both parents. The arcade was more suited for the kids. Overall this was an enjoyable experience and we will be returning.

This place has many options for fun and I love them, the laser tag is fun because of the multi-floor gameplay. The arcade has an average selection of games. The bowling alley is very fun and I would recommend it. Last, the food is very good; like the fries and pizza are good????????. The price is a little high, but it's fun either way. And of course the ticket price of the prizes (which is a good selection) is high.

Awesome fun place. Be leary about booking online for the Eagles Nest. They may have a party going on that you won't know about. The system will still let you make reservations for it, even though it's booked. This happened with our reservations. Manager was nice enough to comp drinks for us!

While this wasn't my first trip to The Summit, this was my first (mandatory) company function here. The staff was very accommodating to our party of over 100 people. There was always food to eat and beer to drink. I'm certain that the experience was that much better thanks to my bowling score. Out of the entire company, I had the highest score for a female. I absolutely look forward to our trip next year.

Customer Service very poor, staff rude, manager won’t call you back, don’t sanitize machines, very hot in arcade! Only assist when it benefits them! Our family spent way too much money to get the poor treatment we received!!! Lack of service from the time we entered the premises! We should have turned around and left!

Went here for Mother’s Day, and they had a very good special. Unfortunately, the management apparently didn’t plan accordingly for the additional crowd, and they were grossly understaffed! Although the staff were all working their hearts out, there were unnecessary lines for everything, and the experience definitely suffered as a result. Aside from the staff shortage on Mother’s Day (who runs a big special and doesn’t staff for it?), the bowling balls are in rough shape. The finger holes are all rough from extended use, and after trying 4 different balls, I ended up switching between two balls; one that was rough on the thumb, and another that was rough on the middle finger. If it weren’t for the staff working so diligently to compensate for the lack of employees, I would have given it two stars.

We often take our kids to The Summit for a fun family night out. We usually skip bowling because the wait is so long but there are tons of games to play in the massive arcade. If we end up bowling we have a blast. The food is good..there’s always someone walking around to help you out and the atmosphere is just great! This is definitely a great place to have a family night, date night, work party and more. Be sure to get there early or you will be waiting a little while to bowl. ????????

The summit is an awesome place to bowl. However, when bowling yesterday, my first throw I immediately noticed there was no oil on the lane. Literally non. This was in the eagles nest. It seemed like all of the lanes had little to no oil. Just disappointing when you spend 80 bucks for 2 hours.

I love this place! It's perfect for date nights and group outings. I've alwayd had excellent drink service and the food is on par with what you'd expect. This place can get quite busy, so I recommend reserving a lane online in advance. When it's busy, you can always okay arcade games or hang out at the bar to kill time. If you don't like to hang out with a bunch of rowdy children, go late and night and skip the summer break all together.

Best birthday party ever! Said by my, now, 7 yr old. Honestly, this was the first time I did an event birthday party and I was blown away. We had a LARGE group of friends, family, and kids show up. Absolutely everything was taken care of. Set up, activities, food, cake serving, clean up...everything. We had our own party host, all the food was cooked there and served. Gone in a flash because it was so good. Our party host never batted an eye and fielded at least 20, 7 and under year olds, like.....a.....PRO. Bowling, lazer tag, and arcade. Um..can I turn 7 again. Sometimes the employees ignore you and make you wait longer than I perceive is necessary. This has happened to me at least 3 separate times I’ve been here. Typically at the bowling shoe check in/out. Kind of hard to rate this place. Came here 1 time for a get together with my co workers. Waited for a out 25 mins for a server after asking 3 different people if we could order food. When they rang my bill up the total was wrong. Also the machine for the arcade wasn't accepting debit or credit cards. Disappointed with the whole birthday party experience. The check in process is so disorganized, you should have a separate line for check in like most other places do or have it better organized considering allot of what was coming in was parties. The party packages are not what they are expected to be. When it states a dedicated party space, you are not expecting to be in the bar area with 4-6 year olds, I think that is not appropriate. I think that when a customer comes in and is upset and no one gets a manager to take care of the customer, that is poor customer service. I told my Host how upset I was and she didn't help to resolve the problem and neither did the manager that gave my husband the bill at the end of the party. He just wanted to make sure that the bill was paid. Very disappointing to spend the money to make both of your kids' birthday special and for this establishment not care.

The bowling area is really nice and well maintained. My one big regret about this place is the huge cost that comes with it. Sure, it's really nice, but not a place that we can enjoy as a family with the cost being what it is. Laser tag is fun and they have a pretty large arena - Huge arcade with lots of the faves - a restaurant with many choices - and even a private party area with your own private bowling lanes. It's nice, and if you're ok with spending a decent bit of money, go for it!

This is a bowling, Arcade, restaurant, sports bar place. While it is a lot of fun, it is extremely expensive for families to attend. The music was a bit too loud, you could not hear your group talk. Staff did great, it was clean. Smothered French fries were excellent cost around $9.

There is one sign on the door and zero enforcement. Not an issue because it is their choice. About half of the staff wears a mask. Also fine. But please don't tell me you do what can within the confines of local organizations. (Eye roll) enforce or don't. But read the review I wrote. It was put in place to caution people and telegraph how great everything was. *************************************** There is no enforcement of any kind of mask requirement. If you get nervous about that kind of thing, this is not for you. However! EVERYONE is kind and bowling is fun! Good place!!!

The only down side would be that it is a bit pricey. We paid $20 a person for our package. I could see how this could be difficult for a large family.

Are you looking for a quiet night? Do you want to sit in silence with a nice book and get lost in the pages? Then The Summit is not the place for you! Music, tasty food and most likely one screaming child. The Summit is like a smaller Dave and Buster's. With a smaller building comes better service. The staff is great. We went memorial day weekend and we were pleasantly surprised with the bar tender/waitress. There were four of us and she took our order without writing anything down. I know what you're thinking "isn't that what waitresses are supposed to do?" Well, I'm not sure, I've never been a waitress but I will say this, I can hardly remember my own phone number so her remembering four orders from four picky people left me very impressed. If I could remember how to spell her name I would be dropping it right now so her manager would know how great she was. You can bowl, play pool, laser tag or enjoy one of the many arcade games they have. The only complaint I have is that the gentleman bowling next to me made me look absolutely horrendous. I know that scoring 139 isn't that impressive but I felt good about myself. Then the guy next to me starts picking up 7-10 splits and turkeys. He was a regular Earl Anthony. If you want a fun time with family and friends head to The Summit. Just watch out for better bowlers.

3/6 of our family is high risk. Needless to say we haven't been out since last March. The kids really needed fun so we chose Summit. We felt very safe bowling, we witnessed first hand sanitizing between groups and the secluded lanes helped us feel safe. We had the nicest server ever, we believe his name was Thomas! We had so much fun. We decided to wait for a weekday to do the arcade and laser tag so it was less crowded . Our only complaint is both times we witnessed several families not wearing face masks in areas where it was required. When we played arcade on Monday there was a dude who had his kids with no masks and he was casually chugging a beer next to the game machines. If we go back we think we will stick to laser tag and bowling to avoid other people not following the rules because of our risk factors .

I don't know about you, but I don't love bowling. I do it for social interaction alone, and the atmosphere here about killed it. That said, there's an arcade there that looks promising, a restaurant, and food that looks fine, but I didn't try all that.

Will say the arcade portion is a little expensive with the cheapest game being $1 and the most expensive being $9. They always seem to be having some sort of special going on for bowling thought; which is the whole reason while I go. The facility is very up to date and clean.

We were looking for a place to take our 10 year old son for some fun and The Summit didn't disappoint. They have a decent-sized arcade with a mix of games. They also have some skill games which distribute tickets, like basketball and skeeball. If you are familiar with Dave and Busters, it's a similar system, card-based and the games aren't exactly cheap. Laser tag was fun. Games are advertised as 15 minutes in length. Didn't pay attention to time, but it went by quick! In addition to the video games and laser tag, they have lots of lanes for bowling, a restaurant, and private rooms for events. The bar had a good selection of beer with a nod to some local breweries (Black Bottle). The 23oz. "summit" pour is a nice option. Plenty of parking and a helpful staff.

Get a strike in some kind of a reward system and they ignore it. Get another and they ignore it. Hunt down another server and ask for service and finally get some service. Just moved back to the area after 3 years and I seen this facility was finally finished, we left as it was being built. We decided to bring the family here and enjoy a snowy Presidents’ Day Monday. We came at perfect timing 3pm because it’s $20 per person 3pm-close for unlimited bowling laser tag and arcade games. With a family of five that’s a major savings for us to do any kind of family entertainment the kids enjoyed everything and the food was great at their grill but as other reviews say expensive. The waitress went and put our appetizer in like 5mins before we ordered and we instead got it at the same time as our meal, I was a bit confused seeings how an app is suppose to be served long before a meal and we did not get to enjoy it. Also nobody was in the restaurant but a couple other tables yet the waitress came back once pretty much a couple minutes after we received our meal then we preceded to sit there another thirty mins with empty drinks. Only suggestion is some lockers for families to put their jackets in. We had to wear our huge winter jackets in because of all the snow and me being the mother was stuck carrying them around the entire time. Also this isn’t something I’m quite upset about and it really isn’t surprising but the staff should mention to people on these unlimited mondays that the gaming point tickets don’t count toward anything because you don’t receive any points off of the games to use toward something in the gift shop since it’s unlimited we didn’t know this and didn’t figure it out until our son went to see what he could get, maybe just mention it to people who have never been here before or on these Monday’s. Otherwise great atmosphere spent a good 5hrs here and our family enjoyed it most definitely will be back.

Service was excellent...even though I didn't show up until 10pm! Ordered a nacho with a side of steak because apparently they do not offer Steak Nachos anymore as of a little over a year ago. Was a little bothered that it was $16 for the steak add-on with the nachos, but the manager gave me a little price break when I asked him why it was no longer a menu item so I was very happy! Game play was about like most other times, except I saw a new VR game. It was extremely fun but I think it could have been a little cheaper then $7 a game to play it!!!

Crazy fun place for bowling, and a decent assortment of food options. The lighting around the bowling alley is really psychedelic, all red and blue and green and constantly flashing and rotating. Not for the faint of heart or even mildly epileptic, so just keep that in mind ;). The arcade is fun and all, just really spend. Most games are a dollar per play. I think I saw 2 that were only 50 cents. Just be prepared to spend a lot and you'll have a good time. Even our toddlers (2-3 years old) could okay some of the games. Beware, the left Monster Ball game is not working, and of the two sides to the ducky game, the left side works wayyyyy better than the right side, it has very little water pressure.

Party of 5 for a 13 year old, had a blast. Arcade, laser tag were superb. 90 minutes of bowling was a bit much but still fun, food was mediocre but good for an arcade, better then Dave and busters, prize shelf was cleaned out but the teenager just kept the tickets for a later date

Bowling is great, machines are okay - never tried the laser tag. Only gripes are that MANY of the machines have been inoperable for a few month (Possibly covid issues, idk) and the shoes stick/slide inconsistently when bowling. But otherwise it's a nice atmosphere and a good time! But for the price I expect everything to be working properly more often than not.

We came in on a busy Sunday afternoon for our daughters birthday, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive to our needs amongst the chaos they were already dealing with. They worked their tails off from lane to lane, table to table. Always happy to help with the customer experience being the focus. Even gave them birthday cake as our appreciation. Ashlyn was our waitress and was phenomenal! I don’t recall the names of the managers in the blue shirt or in the maroon shirt but they were also amazing! We used to love this place. It has the potential to be so great. We wanted to come and watch the Nuggets, Av’s and Rockies along with March Madness all going on while letting the kids play. The TV’s aren’t on different channels, most of them are all on one channel, it’s insane loud, the sound lags the video on the TV’s. Had a 30 minute wait, even though there were 11 open tables the hostess told us they were understaffed and not seating all tables in hopes of creating a positive expirence for all guests. Not exactly sure what that meant, but when we were seated the service was awful so maybe I do understand why they are hesitant to fill more tables. It’s friday night guys, come on staff up, tidy up some of the details and this place could be awesome again. We won’t be back until some changes are hopefully made it’s not worth the headache. Would rather go to fuzzy’s.

The Summit provides a great bowling experience that deserves one star just because the lane themselves are nice and new, not because of the experience. If you need help on a lane for any reason they have buttons to request a service for help. If you do this you will find yourself stuck and without it, and you'll end up having to go and find someone at the front desk yourself. The food is very good, but getting the food on the bowling lanes is near to impossible. I come to this place once or twice a week because it's the closest lanes to my hometown, and I wish there was another place that was in range for me to go to. The wait staff is God awful, to the point were we've gone whole nights without even being asked if we needed anything when the waiter/waitress is serving the lanes right next to us. We request a waiter/waitress through the button service they have by the lanes, and a screen turns blue. We hit that thing every 30 minutes and sometimes nothing. Tonight I ordered a burger and after a half hour of waiting walked up to the bartender whom i ordered from and he didn't have a clue why It wasn't there. The burger must have been sitting out because it was microwaved. I could tell because the fries were cold but the plate was scorching hot. The bowling is great, but if you want service this place isn't worth is one bit for the service you receive while you are there.

Great experience for family and friends. I love that they have different deals pretty much every night of the week, and if signed up to receive texts you will be up to date with timely specials. The bowling and laser tag are quite fun and these always seem to have some kind of special. The restaurant on site is good and allows for food while bowling. The lack of five stars is for 1) the normal prices and 2) the inconsistent service. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff seems to vary. The normal prices are rough and would make this far less frequent of a trip. Beware the video games - want separate cards for your kids? Minimum of $20 per card and I guarantee they can blow through that in just over an hour. Other than the arcade area, this is always an enjoyable expect for the family. Keep your eyes on the weekly deals!

The Summit has very nice equipment and the place is very clean. We ordered some food while bowling and found the kitchen to be rather slow, but the food was good. The set-up of seats around the bowling alleys makes it hard to sit down because there's not enough space for the next bowler to move past the people who are sitting down comfortably. The overhead automatic scorekeeping boards are nice, but I think it would be useful if they would flash some "courtesy rules/bowling etiquette" on the boards occasionally instead of all the goofy pictures that come with a split or a foul. Maybe even a video or two on "how-to bowl" interspersed with the music videos or sports on the other monitors would help novice bowlers with their game and experienced bowlers with their frustration at the novices not understanding etiquette. Overall we had a fun time bowling, just a couple of suggestions.

Every time we go it just gets worse and worse. Before lockdown we were here every week, knew the staff and service was great. Now I can’t even get someone to come take my order. Just last week I had to ask for a refund because they never brought my shoes and a server never even came to take my order. When you go up to a server they say they’ll be right there and never come. I would understand if they were busy but there are plenty of people just standing around. We try to avoid this place as much as possible but sometimes it’s the only thing to do around here. I wish you would just give guest service, that’s really all you have to do to make the experience here good again.

This place is great fun, Bowling can be expensive during busy hours so hit up Happy Hour, Food is decent, Video games are fun and most of them provide rewards. Unfortunately, there is also allot of games that do not function properly and many times it has been short staffed, so it gets crazy. The employees for the most part work hard and do their best to make sure everyone is happy. Be prepared to spend some money, one money goes fast, two, time flies by quick, three some things are pretty pricey.

I had said do NOT start a tab, I DO NOT want to start a tab. When I handed the girl my card the first order she came back with no receipt. I was very confused, but bowling so I was distracted. We ordered one more order and when I asked for a receipt, she had started a tab.... Honestly how the situation was handled I'll never return. Booked 2 lanes of bowling for a birthday party and we were beyond happy with the service and hospitality of the Summit staff. First off we underestimated how many people we had and they were very friendly and adapted to suite our group. We never had to wait for service, our server Levi was very nice and even helped me put together an awesome desert last minute for the birthday boy. I didn’t get the name of the manager at the time but she helped us out so much with shoes and making sure we had everything we could want. The over all atmosphere was extremely nice, very well kept and clean. Thank you again to everyone at Summit. We will be returning for more great times!

The line sucked. It took forever before someone even got to the front counter. Once we got set up it was great. The server tonight, can't remember her name, was fantastic, even though the kitchen closed she snuck in and got us some chips and salsa. She also let us leave to bring in some food. There was some craziness going on the parking lot, drunk guy who got cut off, but it was a fun time. I would recommend that you keep your restaurant open later when you're open till 2am. Here’s the thing we had fun, but sooo expensive. Dumped half my paycheck for my two kids to game it up. They collected these cards that would give them lots of extra points. We turned the card into the machine and got zero extra. Then when we asked the ticket boys was clueless. So now my poor kids are out the cards they collected, out the extra tickets and I’m out 200. The prizes are lame, mall arcade at best. Come on Summit if your gonna charge an arm and a leg and crush a kids night at least have a few good prizes. God knows we pay for it.

The theme of this place is great. The customer service is horrible. Had to wait in line forever to get player cards then found out they can't plot amounts on different cards at that counter(super inconvenient) so jad to wait in line at redemption center which took an hour. Finally got to player cards right the $250 I purchased for my kids. Went to sit and have a drink while the kids were playing and the bartender was super lame and don't hardly talk. Then we decided to spent another 200 on bowling and everything we asked for from shoe sizes needing changed to requesting certain size ball to needing socks took most of our bowling time that I paid for. Everyone seemed super rude and annoyed everytime we asked for something. I would expect this at a cheaper establishment but after spending over $500 after ordering food I think I'm pretty disappointed.

We have been twice the first time was FANTASTIC food was great service while bowling was awesome so we decided to take my husbands parents when they came to town. Talk about embarrassing. We told the lady when laying we wanted to bowl and eat… she didn’t tell us the grill was apparently closed or closed early? Who knows. Took us about 30 minutes for someone to stop talking and come get a drink order then we told her we wanted to order food. She disappeared and never came back no refills offered no chance to order food. Then we went and sat at a table thinking we could get food ordered there finally my husband went to the bar only to then be told the grill was closed. Such a major disappointment considering how great it was the first time we went. We talked it up to the parents only for a disaster didn’t even finish our game and left to go get food. Waste of money.

Went to the over 21 area to watch NCAA finals game. It wasn't crowded and plenty of TVs to keep up with all the action. Lots of people bowling, we did not. We did play pool and the tables and sticks were in good shape. Very nice atmosphere, but noisy enough to make conversation a bit strained.

The Summit is one of the best places in town to take your family! Between bowling, the arcade, laser tag, and the restaurant there is no shortage on things to do. I took my family on Saturday afternoon and we had a blast. The arcade games are more expensive than I would have liked but that was the smallest thing to complain about. The bowling was probably the best bowling alley I have seen in a while. It is SO CLEAN. When I say clean I mean CLEAN. I look around and I see 3 different people cleaning all the tables, shoes, and chairs. It was super comfortable to take my kids. They also include these fun kids ramps so even the smallest can bowl! They even have servers to take your order and bring food to your lane. There food is no typical bowling alley food, they have the best burgers and nachos of any place near by! My favorite part of the Summit would definitely be the laser tag! I do not share this opion alone on Saturday's the wait for laser tag can get up to hours! It is well worth the wait. When we got our turn to go in we had an odd number of people and our referee Blake was happy to jump in and give us some competition. He was always smiling and super helpful with my kids 18000 questions. After the game he even switched my youngest son score with his own so my son thought he won! We will definitely be back soon for even more fun!

Went there for a Farewell Party for work on Friday 3/26 and there was quite a few of us, and im sure some of us we're a handful, but Nathan, our waiter, was a trooper! He did a phenomenal job with splitting our bill, keeping it together, professional and just everything really! This place is really just a great place and the staff is pretty great as well! If you ever go there and get Nathan as a waiter, you'll be in good hands!

Always a good time. However the wait staff you end up with while bowling makes the difference. I love when you arrive at your lane and the wait staff sees you and comes to greet you and get drinks coming then comes back and takes the order so food arrives while you're playing. Its fun and you don't have to worry about hungry kids or miss getting their attention when your up bowling. However I have been multiple times where I've had to walk up to the bar and order drinks or food because no one comes to your lane or continues to walk by. It's more annoying when the wait staff walks by and says I'll be over in two minutes, yet you find yourself at the bar still placing an order for drinks or food.

$89 for 2 hrs on a single lane. Too much. Would be nice to have a [reasonable] per-game charge for folks buying food and drinks. Bowling should not be a timed game. Machines are not terribly quick. Combine that with most folks needing two throws each frame, and we barely got thru two games; no messing around between bowlers. $20 for a pitcher of MILLER LITE. Really? Four adults and a child was well over $200 when all said and done. First time I go to CO to visit my daughter and do NOT bring my equip. Oh, oh. Did not realize how oily house balls are and how sticky house shoes are, wow! So much for getting anywhere near my 215 average. The good part was a friendly staff and clean facilities. Very nice folks in every part of the place. My grand daughter of course got distracted by the game room. They had a txt signup $5 game room coupon. That worked well for my daughter after we came back home.

Fun place to drink, eat, and play games. The arcade games are fun, and the laser tag arena is well made with two floors and good lighting. My only gripe is that the bowling lanes are very dry. If you're a league bowler or you throw a hook, your ball will slice like crazy. I was chopping off the left corner every time while throwing my usual line and had to adjust my feet big time to hit the pocket. If you're someone who just bowls casually, this certainly isn't a problem. It really only affects those who hook the ball. Nevertheless, great place for fun with family or friends. The staff have always been friendly and willing to help however they can.

The service in this place is terrible! I'm here now and I waited at the host stand for 15 minutes and no one came to help me. So I went to the bar to order food for my kid and I. I love this I go here all the time. The staff are super nice and their arcade Lazer tag and bowling are all pretty cool. The arcade games are about the same price as any arcade. Their food is good but a little pricey. I like their bowling and Lazer tag they did a very well job on there. The arcade is what I go here for. The arcade has lots of different games to play. But one problem. I think if I'm going to pay 2 dollars to play the giant crane they should put stuffed animals in them. Their deals are really nice if it's your first time coming here I recommend you getting a deal. I miss having their 10 for 20 summit pass deals. And you can win lots of tickets from the games. They are a great place to take the family and have fun. I'm in love with this place and I come here all the time. Also their ticket shop is pretty cool. They get new prizes often but give you enough time to save up for what you want to get. If you have a good chunk of tickets buy something because their prizes do go up in price. If you need assistance with something they are sure to come an help you. love this place and will definitely come again.

Great place to bring the kids after a king hard day at work. I never seem to catch a break but when I come to the Summit, I feel like all burdens of life have been lifted from my shoulders as the friendly staff and reasonably priced food/games ties the night together. I love the summit so much and without this establishment, I probably would have been divorced by now. The best thing about this place is the Happy Hour Deal for bowling. Service is the worst on the planet. You will be lucky to get a server to a knowledge you let alone take your order. If you want to refill your $3 fountain soda develop a good rapport with the bartender and be prepared to walk it back and forth yourself. Also, they have a bit of false advertising. They have signs around saying $4 appetizers, but the bartender told me it’s not true really they are $5-6 during happy hour.????‍♀️ Anyway, go here to bowl- forget service- it’s always bad.

It a really big place with an arcade and a big restaurant. A handful of private rooms for meetings. Big screen televisions all over to watch all the big sporting events. Restaurant prices were pretty high, the burgers were the most reasonably priced. It was very crowded with most people unmasked but what would one expect in an establishment of this type. "This type" meaning one where kids are running around playing and having fun. If you have kids and don't mind crowded establishments the summit will be right up your alley. If you're leaning toward being cautious or have health issues, I would avoid it.

It's a fun place with bowling and laser tags and arcade games. It also has good food with a variety of options. However it's extremely loud and the price of the video games are insane. Most games are over$1 play some of them are$1.75 and more.

This place has a lot to choose from between games and bowling, food and laser tag. Do not expect to come here and spend a few bucks. It's expensive but worth the time no matter who you go with. There is a 21 and up area called the Eagles Nest with cosmic bowling and a personal bar as well.

Bowling lanes in the Eagles Nest are narrow and short, makes for a horrible game. The service is super slow, order 3 drinks at a time as you may only get one chance to order. Food is expensive and normally not that great. Fun arcade and laser tag.

Last night was our first night out in a VERY long time. I took my seven year old son, and met friends for bowling and games. It was very busy, since it was a Saturday night. I really enjoyed how they had the bowling lanes sectioned off for Covid restrictions. Unfortunately, because they were so busy, there was an issue with our food order and people who had gotten there after us, recieved there food first. As soon as I noticed this, I was headed to find our server. At that moment, she was headed to our lane. Before I could even complain, she was apologizing, and ready with four $20 game cards to give the boys for the inconvenience! I was shocked at her attention to the problem, and readiness to make the situation better!! You did a GREAT job Skylar, and I hope your boss Joe Rosner recognized that!!!! I was impressed a second time, by Joe, when he allowed us to sit in one of the closed off meeting rooms at the bowling alley, to finish our food once our game had ended and there were no available tables! He understood that we had recieved our food late, and needed the bowling lane for the next guests. So without hesitation he sat us in the room and gave us all the time we needed to finish. The customer service we recieved last night was absolutely incredible, thank you ALL!!!!!!!

We came on Saturday May 18, 2021 around 6:20 pm it wasn’t that busy. Our waiter took our drink order. 35 minutes never returned with drinks or nor did he check in with us. Another table down from us were waiting for water but they never received it either and they left. I would say go somewhere else because it just seems like they cater to people that are in the bowling lanes and the gaming areas!!!

We hosted our company party here in the Eagles Nest room. Talk about amazing service!! They took care of absolutely everything, and everyone had a blast at the party. The sales team made everything a breeze. Great communication throughout the whole process, and every staff member we dealt with was cheerful and enthusiastic (even after I had them change the menu for a third time!!). Visited for the first time 11/4. I was not impressed. Let’s start with the smallest arcade room I have ever seen in a place like this. Half the games don’t work and there are no signs on these games. I played ice ball and scored 25000 and my son scored 0 and some how we got the same amount of tickets, 3... Most of the games last 10 secs for $1. The music is way to loud. Your kids can’t even here you unless you are right in their face. I’ve never felt so ripped off as I do after coming here. Next time Ill take the drive to boondocks.

The restaurant in Summit is less than desirable. While the food was good, the service was slow and and waitress didn't even come around to check to see how our food was. Me and a buddy were one table out of 4. We saw plenty of staff standing around talking and they brought my salad out WITH my main course so my food got cold while I ate my salad. 5 Stars mostly because I think that the genuine idea of an experience to guests is there and every worker who works their deserves it. I personally worked at the summit in the arcade, and all the employees were super awesome and professional, while management may have been chosen better. They don't give raises near what the employees deserve, so next time you come into The Summit, make sure to give the employees an easy time:)

This place is great! They have upscale pub food with a great gluten free menu. The options for fun are limitless. They have bowling, Lazer tag, arcade games, any sports game you could imagine,and great adult beverage options. There is also a 21 and up lounge if a less child filled atmosphere is what you are after.

We usually go to the summit Windsor forthe kids bowl free program over the summer. I would say service is mediocre at best.. Most visits we can bowl the majority of 2 games before anyone comes to check on us for drinks or food. We usually don't buy any anyways so it's not a huge deal, but frustrating. On the flip side we just had a birthday party there for 2 of my kiddos, and it went amazing!

The manager told me i couldn't have my mask down to have a drink of the product they sold me. On top of that some of their employees freinds where walking and talking with their mask down. As she was telling me that. Also they have a gathering of more than 10 people in their bowling lanes with no mask. I came here to have a great family time just to be harassed and threatened to be kicked out because they couldn't figure out where i can have a sip of a drink they sold me. In America you shouldn't feel like you need a baby sitter to have fun.

Quick, what is the first thing that pops into your head when you think of Bowling? It's great service, right? RIGHT??? Ok maybe that isn't the first thing that comes to mind. Which is why we were so surprised when we ordered some appetizers while we bowled. We were served by Savannah, who gave exemplary service normally only found in nice restaurants. We just visited The Summit today for a couple of hours bowling. We had a wonderful experience. Summit management made us feel completely safe from catching or spreading Covid-19. They implemented many measures to keep their guests as safe as possible. Plus the staff were nice and friendly in making sure that we were enjoying our visit.

Wings were served with blood still oozing on the plate. We did not notice until we had ate a few. A few hours later we were all sick to our stomachs! It doesn't take more than 3 seconds to put a thermometer into the chicken! Will definitely not be returning!

Went Bowling and played some video games. The social distancing measures were appreciated. We bowled for a couple of hours and it was great. Had no issues with too many people. Staff were masked and very polite. Great job from all the employees to make people feel welcome and the service was also great.

Was there for a company Xmas party and overall it's a great place for that. Food was ok(wings, salad, egg rolls)except for probably the easiest food there is to make... pizza and it was literally the worst tasting pizza. They brought out 6 pizzas and hardly any of it was eaten. It's just so blah...no taste really at all. It's not hard to have a pizza with taste.

I had a great time bringing my management team to the summit on Mon Jun 24! The staff was great and our visit went really smoothly (which isn't easy for 15 people). After a small miscommunication, Sullivan was very helpful and kind and got his manager involved right away. She was also extremely helpful (I wish I had caught her name) and made our visit easy and fun. Overall, the staff was GREAT and the service was great. The service can be hit or miss, they advertise promos for bowling/laser tag but don't seem to staff up for it. From my experiences, the service is always friendly, they just seem overwhelmed. I do league bowling there which is a lot of fun with the alternating lanes. The arcade and laser tag are also great.

Ive had amazing experiences here. Great place for kids as well as adults to have fun. The bowling lanes are really nice. The arcade and laser tag is fun. There is a restaurant as well as a bar. So really there is something for everyone. I've been here alot with my kids and I haven't had one bad experience. The employees are always nice, friendly and accomdating despite things being hectic there sometimes. So if in the area do stop here for any occasion.

Really fun environment. The prices tend to be very high but if you sign up for their email list you get some really good deals from time to time. The games are fun as long as you just plan on playing for fun since their prizes are a little steep as far as ticket prices go and how many tickets you get for how much money you spend. If you're an adult without kids I highly recommend going late at night because it's way quieter (still not quiet but it's drunk people instead of crying children which is more tolerable in my opinion)

It was way overpriced for what you get. 75% of the time our cards wouldn't work even though it showed we had plenty of money on them and their arcade selection is bad. Food is way overpriced. A burger with mac and cheese I saw was $22 and a small pepperoni pizza was $14 and the size of a personal pizza. I'd rather drive 30 min to Dave and busters where my money would have gone further and there are 4 times the games.

The summit has brought me some great experiences, however, Hunter has made some of our visits unwelcoming. There has been multiple times where she has seated us on a lane covered in food and smelly shoes, while we could see multiple clean open lanes to both sides of us. As we bowl we have asked her politely many times to clear it off for us or switch our lanes and she had walked away and ignored it. Other than that, the service has always been great and my friends and family still love the summit.

Decent place if you have loads of money to blow. The arcade was fun and had a lot of updated games but some cost $2.00 per play! After the arcade we ate at the tavern & grill area. Again, very pricey. It was $14 for a 12 inch three meat pizza that was incredibly greasy, had very thin crust, and the overall taste was mediocre at best. Lastly, the service was awful. When we sat down there were only two other tables occupied but the service was still very slow. After I finished my glass of water I had to wait over 5 minutes for the server to even come over to refill it. At one point I watched him just stand there doing nothing while I was waiting for my water. If I'm going to be paying this much for not so great food, I better be getting good service. Not coming here in the future.

I have had a few experiences with this place and not yet have I had anything worth calling good service. You walk in he door and the people at the bowling desk look and treat you like you are this huge nuisance. I have also had my daughters birthday party here, but it was way over priced. I looked into having my sons birthday here and told them I didn't want the birthday package just couple pizzas and two lanes for our family. I got a response back that it would cost $215 to have the party. Once I said we would book they sent me a contract for $333.00 because of all the fees and extra lanes. I looked up the cost for just renting a couple lanes for myself without the party package including food and drinks and it would cost $170ish. The party package is a rip off. I am not pleased with this place and feel taken advantage of. Beware when booking parties, do your research. There are plenty of other bowling alleys with exceptional service who would love our business and cost half the price!

Prices are ridiculous. Reserved a lane and paid over 70.00 to rent it for 1.5 hours and then had to go pay for another half hour to finish the game. Shoes were another 27.00. Soda was 4.00 each. Food is pricey, but wasn't bad. The 3 stars is for the waitress who was awesome, she would get 5 stars, but overall experience was 3. The bowling counter people were good too.

It has potential but the bowling shoes are completely worn out holes, sticky bottoms, leather so soft they feel like cloth. Tried 2 pairs both the same. Music so loud you can't hear your party. The Summit in Thornton in is much better won't be back.
