There are really only 2 options left in Windsor for bowling and those are the Rosebowl on Dougall and the Superbowl. The Superbowl is by far the better option and is well worth the drive, even if you live closer to Dougall ave. The Superbowl was just renovated in 2016 and is very nice and clean, including the bathrooms which are very important, especially if you have children. The bathrooms at the dougall bowling location are disgraceful-worse than camp grounds! Superbowl offers great food with a nice restaurant/bar area at one end of the building. They offer service right on the lane you are playing on (at certain times) and the service is good. If you're looking to book a party or bring a group of people or just a family outing, you can't do better than the Superbowl.

The girl working at the counter was fairly rude to the woman in front of me, and didn't seem to care about the job. They were too busy to allow drop-in on a Friday. Service should be improved, should also be staffed properly. Not sure if I'll go again.

Walked in with a Tim's coffee and was asked to leave. They didn't even have the snack bar open so there was no other option. A two dollar coffee cost them 20-40$ I would have spent there. Guess all heros don't wear capes lol.

I used to bowl here every weekend when I was a kid and I really enjoyed it. They have updated their lanes and equipment which makes for a fun experience. But the staff there can be pretty nasty. I was going just to hangout with my sister for her birthday and I didn't intend on bowling or anything just to be there to celebrate. I had bought a coffee before hand because I was tired and did not see any signs at all but this one older woman started getting mad saying we couldn't have outside drinks in there. So I was just going to try to drink it fast so I could continue enjoying my sisters birthday and she came back and tried to take the coffee out my our hands. I understand you have rules but I didn't know before hand that they didn't allow coffee inside and she tried taking out of my hand to throw it out?! Who does that? I would have previously recommended this place but now I would say find somewhere with nicer staff if you're going to go just for a good time.

I've been here for two different corporate parties and both were a big hit. The price is fantastic and the food was really good. Everyone had a great time and service was great too. One event I was a guest, but for booking our work party, Dave was very helpful with all of the details. Both parties were for families but I can see this being popular without kids as well. Having children with us, the upgrades are nice as it allows everyone to chat and still keep an eye on things and the bumpers go up automatically when it's the child's turn.

We have taken our Daughter here several times before the Covid situation and always had a great time and made many great memories! Since Windsor has moved to stage three, i decided to go check out the place for myself before returning as a family. I was very impressed with the safety precautions and cleanliness of the entire facility....kichen and everything was spot on! Staff was great and friendly as always! Cant wait to get back in the grove...knock'n down turkeys!!

Don't go here if it is warm only half the place is climate controlled. Make sure to bring a towel cus if you get stuck on the wrong side it is a sauna.

We made a reservation for 30+ people on a Saturday. When calling to reserve we asked for and were told we had the lanes all night. We started bowling around 8pm and were told at 930pm we had to leave as "rock and bowl" was starting. We said we reserved them all night, but apparently this did not include rock and bowl. There was no manager available to talk to and thus 30+ people were asked to leave again. They also forced 30+ people to pay all together so my friend had to use his credit card then collect money from eveyone individually. Miscommunication and lack of customer service were major flaws on this experience. Left a poor taste in our mouths.

Our staff party was here and the man running the lanes was very rude and didn't want to help when there was issues. At one point when the lane wasn't working a co-worker went for assistance and the young man working said "Jesus Christ" never want to go back there as we seem to have been ruining this man's night and I certainly didn't feel like a guest.

Had 2 lanes reserved for rock and bowl on a friday, the lady behind the counter gave our group 1 lane. The lane beside us was empty, along with 8 other lanes throughout the night. We tried having our group split in half and claim to be walk in, they refused to give them lanes claiming you need reservations despite the place not being full.

Usually I love bowling. But we went right at 9:30 and there was a HUGE line up. THEN our scores kept adding improperly. They attempted to move us to three times but it was never rectified. We should have got our money back. The service wasn't great behind the bar either. My friend asked for a water and the bartender said "grab it from around the corner"- referring to this random pitcher of communal water which tasted like bleach! Very gross and very unpleasant experience.

service and wait staff were great. $17 for rock and bowl is overpriced and kind of ridiculous. The woman's washroom was gross. There was toilet paper and garbage on the floor, no toilet paper on the roll and no soap to wash my hands. The bathrooms should be kept clean... especially on a Saturday night when the bowling alley is busy. Considering how much they charge for rock and bowl it's ridiculous how poorly the bathroom was maintained.
