Nice building, but everyone inside is gross, old, fat, loud, white trash. I got a cocktail, it was so bad I through it away. Then I had a craft beer thinking it couldn't go wrong, but it had no carbonation and cost a fortune. Long story short it's a nice building full of gross people and bad drinks

Cheap rates for bowling on weekends, not much crowd. Food is ok, what I didn't like is the balls don't have sizes on them.bso had a difficult time choosing the right sizes.

Booked and paid for escape room and bowling package. Told us online to pay and book on website. Went to site to book and could not book out until 2 days ahead. Called and was told that needed 24 hour advance notice to use it. Went in person to verify that they would not be able to accommodate us, since we are only in town one night. Rude and somewhat aggressive 'manager' came out and said it is Groupon's fault and they dont tell Groupon that it requires 24 hour notice. Said it is not up to him to notify 'third party marketer' about Regal Bowl's terms and conditions. Yet Groupon requests these terms from the companies they work with so they can be disclosed. If you buy the package, there might be some requirements that they will impose on you. You might need to jump up and down while patting your head and rubbing your stomach. But it is Groupons fault anyway.

Fun place to come with the family, friends and have fun. Small little bowling alley with great french fries. They have bumper Ball black lights and all kinds of fun options.

Worst bowling alley ever. Slow ball return, patrons screaming, no refunds after a slow ball return and a poor ball selection. Manager aggressively gave me cash and told me to leave after I complained. Will not be back.

This place is by far the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. The waitresses are nice but the rest of the staff is incredibly rude. The bartender is extremely rude and if you aren't a regular don't plan on any kind of prompt service. The counter staff is clueless about bowling and also incredibly rude. Constant lane breakdowns and the approaches are covered in dust and crumbs. Don't waste your time or your money here. The best thing that could happen for you is if you hit a pothole on the way there and you can't make it in that dump.

The Escape Room was a great experience. We came across this on Groupon. I was a little hesitant at first, since it was at a bowling alley, but the reviews were great. This was our first escape room. They really did a great job with this room. I was definitely impressed for my first escape room experience. Although we didn't make it out, we were on the last clue when time ran... We we're so close to making it out!! Can't wait for our next escape room!

During the really nasty floods on August 11th 2014, I was stranded in the Regal Lanes parking lot along with a bunch of other folks who had been trying to get home on 696. The folks who run this place had closed for the night, but seeing the impassable roads they opened the bar and let people come in, dry off, and use their bathroom. The kitchen was closed, but they even opened up barrels of pretzels and peanuts to hand out to everyone. While I can't review the bowling experience, I can say that Regal Lanes is run by a group of compassionate and caring people who absolutely deserve your business.

We were here for the bowling and the Escape room. The Escape room was great fun and we were taken great care of to maximize our fun time here. Looks like they have new themes every quarter and we look to go back here more often. Bowling was pretty standard and all of us enjoyed out time here with the wonderful service provided.

I can't thank Shane and the staff at Regal enough! We had an event in their event space - from beginning to end, Shane was helpful and professional. The staff were extra nice, dealing with people who don't normally bowl, and at the end of our event, were patient with people that weren't ready to leave at closing time! Thank you all. The only thing I could have done differently, was asked to have the party room longer!! So fun.

A group came in late for their escape room, so my group had to wait for over an hour. They did give us a free round of bowling for the trouble. The bowling balls here are terrible. None of them have weights on them and they look like balls that people were getting rid of because they were no longer round.

I have been coming here for years. They have the facelift they desperately needed. I love the wall private party area. We are having my sons bday party there this weekend, and I may have to change the review to 5 stars once we are done. I have high expectations of Regal as the buidling sure looks the part now and the food os.very good as well. Great place to bowl!

Did you know this bowling alley has a secret Al Capone escape room? Well they do and they offer affordable Groupons for it, and it was a lot of fun, to top off our hour of fun these 2 guys who are pretty cool by the way, gave us a free game of bowling in the ViP bowler section. Yeah unlike the other bowling alley I reviewed a few weeks ago, this one actually let us bowl a full game for free including shoes...ill tell you that around $15 per person for the whole deal was a great reason to buy a Groupon and mess around In an escape room for an hour with you closest friends.

Nice bowling alley that reminds me of an old school 70s bowling alley. The lanes were not oiled well but I was there on a Sunday so I guess you can't expect much. Overall good place to bowl.

Went here for a charity fundraiser and had a blast. The workers were all nice and helpful. The ladies bathroom is awesome, freshly done and clean not like any other bowling alley bathroom I've been in that are usually gross. Would definitely come back when in the area.
