Does size matter? Maybe, but for this burger joint, no. Just a regular burger joint. Nothing special. I do feel it is a bit over priced for what is being served. I'd go five guys or in and out all the time over fatburger, for some what mid-price ranged burger spots.

Good food, good quality, but for the price, i expected to be taken on a flavor adventure..i was not. Service is friendly, and fairly quick, but its just not as debilitatingly delicious as i has hoped. i'd give it a 3.5 if i could. The atmosphere is cool, though. Retro, almost diner-esque.

First time there. Very good customer service for a fast food place. The chicken burger was delicious, and the burger was well wrapped to avoid spilling ingredients as I ate. Not five stars because there was often a bit of garbage left on tables for a while.

Good, big burgers, good handcut fries. Longer wait time, but worth it, due to them being made and cooked on the spot. I do NOT like the bun though. Sweet, soft, chewy. Get a good firm bun and I'll change to 5 stars.

This place is located in the food court so finding it is a breeze. Fatburger never lets me down with their juicy burgers. This place offers really efficient staff with fast service. The place is also really clean. I've orderes the regular burger without cheese and a combo. The burger itself is full of flavor and really juicy. Topped with fresh cut lettuce and tomatos really hits the spot. The fries appear hand cut and was fluffy and airy. For anyone looking for a quick bite quality food this is one of those burger chains. I think got food poisoning from this location. Ruined my vacation weekend. I ordered the chicken grilled burger. I woke up in the middle of the night nauseous and had bad diarrhea. It's been 24 hours and I still having a bad immune system reaction. I've slept the whole car ride back home and slept from the time I got home until 6am today, woke up when I had to go to the bathroom.

I have been going here for a number of years now. I really like the food here. They have a good selection of burgers. The staff is really friendly, and quick. I usually get the buffalo burger with bacon, which is really not that hot, but hot enough for my taste.

My colleague and I always wanted to try Fatburger. Big mistake. $32 later for 2 burgers, fries and drinks. My bun was stale, his burger was slathered in bbq sauce. A&W has better burgers at a fraction. Then the option to tip...awkward. The girls were friendly though. Thankfully it was expensed.

I got a combo for to go and after I left the place I realized they didn't give me the fries. There is also not any numeric system when you order and they put your name on a piece of paper with a marker. It means that you never know how long you should wait for your meal or if your name has already been called...

This place... I'm going to give you the run down right now. DO NOT GO HERE This particular fat burger is run by disgusting morons. First, the lady at the till should not be operating a cash machine let alone work in a restaurant with food. She got our order wrong 4 times until finally we requested our money back since the food was hardly edible. Seriously, BETTER BURGERS AT MCDONALD'S. On top of that, she had the most disgusting facial boil on her forehead leaking puss and fluids everywhere. Touching her face, then touching food. GROSS. We asked the manager why she couldn't place a proper order or if she had hearing problems, and she said she was "new". Meanwhile, we asked the woman how long she's been working and she said a year....... I am so embarrassed that I took my family here when they came all the way from the Island. Raving on how famous Fat burger was (not having one on the island). Triple O's is where it's at people. I'm telling you.

Food was good. Had the bacon cheese combo. Fries were crisp but they are stingy. Service is extremely slow during busy lunch hours. Sometimes 15-20 minutes for a combo. They can't seem to spell your name remotely correctly. Not enough space to wait inside the location. Free soda refills is nice. Strawberry lemonade was very good. Not many soda varieties.

3.5 stars for breakfast only. Have not eaten at lunch/dinner, which is obviously their strong suit. We had a breakfast bowl with bacon. The “hash browns” are large pieces of fried potato, but well seasoned. Nothing too spectacular.

Ordered the chicken tenders combo online and it came out to 23$, when I arrived to the store I realized the whole online menu has been jacked up significantly as what I ordered was just 11$. I told the cashier working and she said just order in person next time for it to be cheaper and showed no remorse and denied me a refund to order again.

Within a food court but also had it's own 'eat in' area' with delivery to table after ordering at bar. Prices are high for what it is. Quality reasonable. Also does Pacific Cod Burger - cooked freshly to order. Batter a little oily but crisp. Sadly, the mayo based dressing competes with the cod for flavor and wins. Bottomless drinks available and the original lemonade is good. Staff polite; service efficient.
