Dissapointed , Worst night ever! will not be coming back here, Wasted $13.00 on a Sausage Pizza that was Over cooked! The person who makes the Pizza's needs to be fired. Decently clean and priced alright. On the website they don't tell you that the weekend special of 10$ for 3 games for one person is only after 8P. Staff could have been more friendly but they don't bother you during a game. Balls were very grimy (more so than at other alleys I've been to). The machine occasionally knocks some pins over after placing them so you'll start some frames with only 7 or 8 pins standing up.

Excellent customer service from the employees and the gentleman who runs the pro shop there. I bowled one of the Midwest tournaments here and the all around quality of the lanes and equipment was fantastic. The kitchen has a fabulous menu with a huge selection to choose from and the prices are all around the best I've seen in a long time! Highly recommend stopping in here to have some good quality fun whether you join a league or just swing on in with the family sometime! I promise you won't be disappointed!!

If you pay for games and have more than one person bowling, the people who go after the first bowler will not get to bowl their last frame. Facility is nice, and we didn't have any issues on the lane. All is well maintained.

Very disappointed... I am a regular customer of Thunder Bowl one. Every Thursday I participate in $1 bowling after work. I leave straight from work and usually arrive around 10:00 pm. I called to check 2 hours prior of door closing time and they told me 10:15 p.m is when doors are locked. I arrive with my friends and we are locked out in negative weather, no sign up warning of this or anything . I call and explain that I’m standing outside and doors are locked, we are told that since there was a cat fight doors were locked. Now, I understand that this may be an inconvenience to them but this was much more of one to customers. I wasn’t even offered to be let in by an employee or the manager. I explained that a fight has nothing to do with customers and they’ve forever lost my loyal service . I’m so angry right now that my grammar is off so excuse me. If I could find a corporate number I would call. Smh!!!

My son and I really enjoyed bowling. Nice bowling alley. Employees have great customer service skills. Employee did a great job making finger holes bigger on bowling ball and got it done in 5 minutes so I could use ball same day. Very satisfied.

Horribly busy and aftetwaiting an hour, we overheard an employee telling another customer that only half of the people on the waiting list would be accepted in! That is not acceptable when you have people waiting. They should have stopped accepting people on the waiting list and turned them away. We have young children. We spent money on food and games during the hour we were there and would have gone elsewhere to enjoy ourselves and not just to eat and play games. They took advantage of the situation.

The bowling alley is wonderful! Excellent service. The bar has great service as well. Was very displeased though during Sunday Night Football, was ushered out by county officer at start of the 4th quarter because of their "closing" time. Football fans beware if you're looking for a place to watch SNF, this is not the place. Of course if your interested in watching the earlier games you'll be fine.
