For the most part, my visit to crazy pinz was very fun, and I was very satisfied with the environment. The staff at the bar, especially, were extremely friendly, helpful, and full of cheer. The staff in each attraction were kind, thoughtful, and pleasing to be around. The food was a solid 3/5; probably a little pricey for the quality. Though the service was wonderful. The drinks... Those bartenders aim to please, enough said... 5/5. The service as a whole at the attractions... almost a 5... But no cigar... Negativity is contagious. Environment... Very well well planned, laid out, and easy to navigate. My only real complaint were the staff in charge of the laser tag arena who were not helpful and did not explain the details of the game aside from the video they played. They just seemed very inconvenienced with working in that area and that negativity definitely spread to the customers. I feel as though it's a wonderful place to be, and well worth it on evenings that offer specials. Overall, I feel a 4 out of 5 is fair, and I'm willing to amend this review at a later point if future visits impact my opinion.

This place seemed really nice, unfortunately it was so busy the day that we stopped by that we weren’t able to secure a lane to play in, so I recommend that you do make reservations in order to guarantee a spot. Hi t appeared to be very clean and well organized . We chose to visit the other bowling alley in town and let me tell you if this particular place is unavailable then it’s best to just wait for another night because the alternative is certainly a let down , we spent more time waiting to get our lane and pins repaired then bowling. So again I believe if you reserve a spot snd check this place out, you’ll be super happy with your decision . Hope this helps have a great day !

It's been years since I've been here. Took my 4 kids and the staff was great and patient. Did a fantastic job at explaining how to do the arcade as the tickets are digital. We had a 20 minute wait for bowling that flew by. So much to do in one location. It truly does seem to get better as time goes on

Employees seem to hate there job they tried to avoid to server us. They were not polite and you have to pay for refills. Lot of lazy employees there are 2 cash registers and 1 of them is being used and you have 4 employees behind the counter talking.

I really don't enjoy crazy pins the lights are to much, how am I going to bowl when I can't see. It was only us and 1 other family bowling and they turned on the colorful lights half way through our hour and when we asked if we could keep the normal lights on they were rude.

Staff was incredibly friendly and friday nights they do karaoke. Had a fire Cesar Salad and loaded nachos were clutch. Also, they had some of the CLEANEST bathrooms!

We were able to walk right in a little after 4p. My son wanted to show me his bowling skills, yet all I experienced was him complaining about the dry lanes. We also had to ask twice to get his ball returned at the end of his hour. The food was ok, though.

I brought my family here to have a fun filled family day and instead was treated as if we were interrupting all of the staff members from their phones!!! This was absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a family fun center! Instead of making fun memories our day was filled with the irritation of trying to get staff to tend to the activities to actually play! And the young gentleman at the front counter was the absolute worst! He didn't explain anything at all! And trying to get him off his phone and pay attention to anyone was beyond ridiculous! We will never be coming back here which is unfortunate as it does look like it could be an extremely fun time had by all. Too bad your young staff members don't care about their jobs or their customers enough to make it the fun filled atmosphere that it could be!

Some of the perks are, lots of games like laser tag, ball pit, arcade games, for the kids. For the adults there is a full bar with many TV to watch sports. The down side is kinda expensive if you want to do a little of everything, tables were filthy nut cleaned right after being asked. We had to wait on 2 open lanes for 2 hrs and 15 min. The biggest plus was the pizza's were delicious. I'd give it a better rating if there wasn't such a long wait for a lane and being kinda pricey. I'd recommend it to someone though.

I like crazy pins the food, the games, for example: bowling (but espcailly laser tag). Thanks to Crazy Pinz I am decent at laser tag the rules and how to win are pretty easy.... I mean I still fail more than I win though, LMFAO (like I said "decent"????), but the ones I win are higher than any place I go to with laser tag. So kudos to u Crazy Pinz, keep it up with ur games and espcially Laser Tag....And please I gotta know, when will the Vr section open up I I have been patient enough???? (4 stars until it is opened back up then.... ???? ????)

We had our daughters 6th birthday here. It was reasonably priced for the package we chose and the lady assigned to assist us was very kind. The kids had a BLAST. It was a little crowded but it is to be expected on a Saturday. We plan on coming back!

I love it here! The environment is wonderful and it's so fun. I would definitely go back. Thursdays have dollar jello shots, long island, and Miller lite bottles. Bowling is unlimited for 8 dollars a person. If you go you will not regret it! We had a party of 6 and we got served quickly. The food wasn't top notch but it was still pretty decent for bowling alley food.

We had our Christmas party here and Trevor, the general manager, was amazing! He was attentive to our party's needs and very customer service orientated. Our entire staff had a blast. I highly recommend this for place a large group party for all age groups.

Enjoyed taking the grandson here the last couple of years when he came for a visit but was disappointed this year. Granddaughter was finally big enough to go up to the upper level in the enclosed ball play/climb area but found out after driving 45 minutes to get there that the age had been much lowered. grandson is now too old (8 yrs) to enter so it wasn't worth the drive for us. Playing the arcade games is rather expensive. Looking for other options now.

We bowled for one hour then they shut down for clean for “COVID”. We came back. They have an unlimited package but it’s not unlimited for bowling you only get one hour. Never spending another dime here!! We spent $250 there. We even had a little bracelet for 3 hours but it’s not ALL UNLIMITED!! RIP OFF!!

We didn't bowl, we used the black light miniature golf with the grandkids. Some were young and some were grown but everyone had a fun time. Nine holes went quickly and we laughed our way to the end.

Great place to go bowling with friends. I went here with a decent size group and thought it was loads of fun, but I don't think it would suit a single bowler very well, it's a little to flashy and definitely made for groups. The lanes and balls were in good shape, the scoring system was a little hard to figure out at first but after a few minutes we got the hang of it. Might come back every once in awhile if there's a big group.

I love this place, but had some issues today. I called ahead for information as was told that if I came right in at noon I could get my family on a lane with the pizza Pinz and pop deal. So I brought my family in and found out that I'd have to have a coupon and reserve it 24 hours in advance. So needless to say I was quite dissatisfied. I had told the kids we were going to bowl and they were very upset that we didn't. Make sure you get all your info straight before you go.

Decent selection of arcade games. Played laser tag, and for some reason my vest kept resetting knocking me out for half the game. Good food too. Friendly staff that were willing to explain some of the deals. Prices a little high but you get what you pay for. Intend to go back. Would be great for a birthday party.

They had some great deals, the Lazer Tag was fun, I didn't play the bowling. Game room was fun, but a lot of the games were out of order. Honestly it seemed like a lot of the big ticket games were the ones out of order, so check what games are working before you load one of their cards. It works so you can do a little bit of everything depending on the plan you buy. Great for birthdays, bachelor parties, and fun outings.

My family and I visited for the first time tonight. We loved every minute of it! We ate first. The food was inexpensive and the portions are very large. We had the Speedway Tenderloin and the Chicken Nachos. I would recommend them both!!! We didn't bowl while we were there but we played lazer tag a few times, went through the rope course, played putt putt and my daughter climbed the mini rock wall. The staff members were polite and helpful and everything was very clean and well maintained. I have no complaints and we are already looking forward to our next visit!!!

Recently went for a child’s birthday party. Multiples in our group had conditions which do not allow them to where facial coverings. Crazy Pins staff accosted these members the entire time, continuously. The birthday party was very difficult to enjoy. . I will not go there again.

I've been here both for work and family functions. This place is really fun, the bowling, arcade, and laser tag are all great. The only issue I have is the membership cards can be a little moody - tickets and cash don't always register correctly and we frequently have to work with the employees to make sure all the perks are loaded correctly.

This is THE place to go with kids 5 and up. Bowling, laser tag, jungle gym, arcade, cosmic putt-putt, and the sky trail!!! There's a restaurant, a bar, and a concessions stand too! And the restaurant has the legendary Fort Wayne's famous, Speedway Café TENDERLOINS! This is a must go on any day but especially on a rainy day or a birthday!

Delicious food for the affair and buckets of beer were fresh and ice cold. More seating for snacks and belongings would be helpful considering none available on our trip. Watched bowling lanes sit empty for hours because they were "reserved for a later time". Seems like a mediocre reservation policy if revenue per attraction, table, or venue determines profitability in the wavering entertainment market share. Too much potential exists at this facility to miss the easily manageable opportunities already available.

Our visit was a good one except for the girl who was working at the first counter where we purchased bracelets for the kids. She was either just rude or having a stressful night. I'm betting on a stressful night. I completely understand those but that stress was not due to anything done by anyone who was with us. Especially since we had just arrived at the establishment. I wish I would have paid attention and got.her name but unfortunately I did not. Outside of that one incident and the tad high price of the pizza it was a good experience.

The kids will love everything about this place and the adults and relax and have a few drinks at the bar or over a game of bowling. There is a little bit of everything going on here.

Very cool place but expensive if not on some deal. Claw machine games come out to $2 per play minimum (good prizes however and decent tension so one can actually win). $80 in credit (of which $40 was free) lasted 40 minutes on mostly claw. $120 / hour is steep, but the kid was smiling and won 5 legit prizes (2 pokemon, 2 funko-pops, and a Rick and Morty- all plush). Had he won nothing, it would have been a slight disaster. So if one is flush, it provides fun, just not sure on the value proposition.

Their website should give a heads up that most of the specials and attractions are not available during certain hours. Only the arcade and bowling were open during our visit. The kids had a good time bowling. The pizza and funnel fries were great! We still enjoyed our time.

Went here for Big brother's big sisters and did donation's very nice place we bowled for 2 hours and then played some arcade games and played putt-putt enjoyed every minute of it their putt-putt needs to be redone it's harder to see where the balls need to go because there's no markings and they don't have markings for their par on the holes

Crazy Pinz is not what it used to be. We paid for a 2 hour package that was supposed it include bowling, laser tag, mini golf, and the skywalk. The only problem is that there were no bowling lanes open until 10pm, the laser tag was a two and a half hour wait, and no one was there tending to the mini golf area. So basically we paid about $200 and got to do the sky walk. On top of that the kids play area was closed due to Covid, which I could understand if it wasn't for the fact that they let the place get packed full to the point were it was standing room only. I could say more but at this point I'm beyond exhausted with the whole situation. At this point I'm only writing this because maybe someone will read it and be spared the hassle of going through what our party had to go through.

I was not impressed with the organization of the party planning. We got there before 5pm for our party that was from 5-8 and no one knew what was going on. We did the party there to take the stress off of us and it still stressed me out. They had no idea what lanes we were bowling on or what our artinarary was for the day. So needless to say we didn’t start bowling till like 5:40 and we couldn’t get the monitors to work correctly to put our names in, so we had to ask the workers to help (and they weren’t the politest), so that took longer, so we didn’t get to do very many activities, bcuz of this. You kind of had an adviser start us out, but they should have stayed with us until we got started and made sure we had no hiccups, that would have been nice. And instead of giving you the 18% gratuity you should definitely give it to the waiter/waitress, they do all the work. I know we had an option to do both, but really? That’s aweful expensive to do both, when your already paying $500 for the party. So needless to say I’m not impressed with your party planning abilities. I was very disappointed to say the least. I bought the party package for a reason, so we didn’t just come and have nothing planned, it was to be all planned out for us.

Overpriced and overhyped. Parents let their kids run rampant here. Mini golf is $6 for 9 mediocre holes... oh and kids kept running through playing tag all over the place preventing us from playing because no star was nearby or parents for that matter. Just kids going crazy all over the place. The guy who runs the Lazer tag honestly seems like he hates his job and should probably find a a new one or place him elsewhere. Plan to wait hours to ever bowl btw. You can’t make reservations either. Oh and I saw ONE bottle of sanitizer in the whole entire place. And they only have one register that accepts cards so expect long lines.

Checked Facebook and Crazy Pins website and nothing was noted about being closed. So we drove well over an hour and a half with our kids only to find the business was closed to the public for a corporate event. Called the manager and the only response was “we don’t post closures online”. Pretty pathetic… Ruined 2 kids fall break

This place is certainly not cheap! My kids love it; especially the VR and Laser Tag. For about 5 hours of their entertainment and my sitting in the snack bar area (physically limited) it ran $251.00.

I agree with many of the reviews. The past year or so this place has become awful and very expensive at the same time. Insane to pay more for a bad experience!! You have to pay to get in, to pay! They are the most paranoid place I've seen in response to Covid. They need to open up the kids' play area and learn to maintain their machines. Chuck E. Cheese, Sky Zone and Jungle George's are fully open, so what is their deal?! At Jungle George's there's like 9 bounce houses and a brand new indoor putt putt golf area you can use for free, they are clean and friendly too!!!!! They also have a huge selection of kid friendly games while crazy (stupid) pinz has like 2. I used to take my daughter there every visit I had with her nearly and now haven't been there in months!!! I don't know if I'll ever return.

Fun entertainment center for older kids (4-5+ yo) and adults. It's overwhelming and overstimulating for young children. I brought my son here to the ball pit for a birthday party when he was 3 1/2. It was crazy for him. Bigger kids "ran him down." I had to climb in get him a few times. Not a terribly fun experience. But now he is older and he loves it. There are so many different activities to participate in. He could spend all day/night here.. We had his 8yo birthday party here - bowling/laser tag/arcade...it was a great choice. Both the children and parents had fun.

The place was very nice. Very expensive. They did not have enough staff. Always waiting on staff to show up. Very hard to buy food and drink. Only1 person working. Took over 30 minutes to get drinks. I wouldn’t mind the price if I got good service, but for $150 I expected better. Not enough staff to run the attractions. Rock climbing over 15 minute wait. 1 hour and a half for ropes. 25 minutes to check in. Only 1 staff member checking people in to get tickets and such.

On Friday, March 30th 2018 we went. I Used a coupon I found online for savings of $36 on each child!! I took 2 grandsons age 9&14, they enjoyed their time there. The soft pretzel was huge & delicious, all the employees were friendly & nice. The place was neat and clean. We did the upper zip walk, mini golf twice, laser tag, rock climb wall, and one boy was small enough for the climbing house. My 14 year old loved the Star Wars arcade game, the 9 year old loved the laser room challenge. Both had lots of fun doing laser tag. The glow in the dark mini golf was something the boys liked a lot, we did it twice! Overall I would definitely come back, this was our first visit and I live in Ohio, close to the state line, so not a far drive. $12 per child for 4 hours of fun was pretty decent!! ????

Called around noon to make a reservation, but was told that they don’t accept same day... must be 24 hours in advance (crazy rule). Yet I was told there was a 7:30 opening and we would need to show up in person. We did at 7 and we were told there are none available.. clearly someone got to reserve the 7:30 spot... Their people couldn’t care less. Bad customer service, dumb rules, they clearly need more competition in town to force them to do better. Very disappointed.

Went for new year's eve, was a little disappointed that they didn't have any specials and wasn't much of a count down. Some if the machines in there arcade were either out of order, malfunctioning or weren't restocked (for the ticket claws candy games etc). Still not a bad time, good food and drinks!

Really fun. Laser tag was an awesome pirate ship. But the bowling lane malfunctioned like 5 times in 2 hours. So we really only got to bowl for like 1.25 hours.

I had the whole family here and they all had a great time. The babies bowled with the big kids, mom and dad. We all played glow in the dark mini golf. Even got everyone into the laser tag arena, and the little ones had a big advantage being small targets. The big kids got to go on the sky bridge and the little kids got to play in the ball land thing. The arcade had a bunch of two player games and even the little babes got to pair off against the big kids and have a great time. I was super impressed by how well everything was laid out and run. Fair warning to anyone headed here, you will spend a long time here if you do everything once. Make your plans accordingly. You'll have a great time.

Pizza actually wasn't half bad, solid 6/10. Bowling was pretty unique too with custom animations ft. photos of us we made. Pretty neat place with good amounts of fun.

Being winter break it was busy! Wait for bowling was 2.5 hours, Lazer tag 1 hour, rope walk 1 hour. Definitely check website for deals to save a few dollars and there are in house daily specials. Excited for the addition of Go-Karts and more arcade games.

The kids really enjoy ball city and for the price it is a pretty good value. The arcade is really nice, and it seems they update it regularly, but the price is steep. Overall it is worth the trip and there is plenty to do.

Booked a birthday party this past weekend. Terrible service. Actually no point in having paid for a party room which includes hostess. My guests were NIT greeted at the door as she left her station there at 12:20 (party at 12:30) and came back to the party room to wait. I took the sign with my grandsons name out to the entrance & led the guests back. We did literally everything ourselves, nothing was ready in advance yet they are strict about “ timeliness” . Our food sat for nearly 30 minutes, our hostess kept saying” I have s buzzer. It hasn’t gone off.” But she never investigated or she’d have found the food was sitting as well as our pizzas were taken & given to another party. A pitcher of drinks was placed where we were bowling but no cups, and the hostess said she could “ just hang out with us unless we really wanted her to go monitor the kids in ball o city. Seriously? Before the party was even over she left the kids more worried about getting the pizza paid for .. yes the ones that were given away & had to be reorders. My adult guests(parents of the children) were not happy with any of it. My advice is do NOT waste your money.

Grandkids had a ton of fun. We had free bowling games, all we pay for was the shoes which was 3 bucks and the arcade games had lots of variety for all ages.

Fantastic place to take family and children for a great time. Many different kinds of activities . Modern & technically advanced facility. The food is actually very delicious. One thing I love is the easy chairs placed strategically in front of the huge jungle gym so parents can comfortably watch their children play. Now that is awesome.

Crazy Pinz was a great stop for us on our vacation. They did a great job keeping everything clean and working even during these difficult times. My 6 year old twins really enjoyed it and they were nice and tired when we were done.

Had my son's 16th bday party here. Baca was an awesome hostess, very kind and courteous. She helped where we needed her to, and kept our drinks filled. They have reasonable prices for all the things they offer and all of our guests enjoyed themselves. We only paid for the bowling, but that included $5 arcade cards for each of our bowlers. We had a blast! I definitely recommend Crazy Pinz for an easy birthday party option!

This place has turned into a seedy poorly maintained bowling alley where you might expect to find week old vomit by the front door. It used to be a nice place with good food. Now the food is sub-par, the lanes get oiled once a decade, and the floors are consistently and disgustingly sticky. I could come bowling a week later and still see the scuff marks I left on the approaches last time. Machine maintenance is nearly non-existent and there isn't a soul who knows how to turn on league style bowling. Truly a very poorly managed facility.

This was the worst place ever to have my grand daughters birthday party. The staff was extremely rude and harassed us constantly. They did not fulfill their contract with us and totally ruined her first birthday party. I'll never return to this place again! That was s lie we were not asked to leave just to remove the food and you'll be hearing from our lawyers.

Staff was friendly in the bar area. The counter was ok but if you want the best friendly service go to the bar. Food was good. And the place is nice with lot of things to keep your self entertained with and full of music such as karaoke. Would go again especially with the daye night special. Best price I've seen for a bowling date night.
