New downtown store just opened a few days ago. Pluses--dog friendly, fair shoe collection. Minuses--not a very large store, a huge "exercise" clothing section (and most people weren't shopping in that area), not enough check outs and smaller (very tiny) designer collection. I did get a $120 T shirt for 39.95 though! I think like all Winners stores they just need time to work out what will be their big sellers and the customer base will shape the store. The staff were all friendly but they obviously were surprised at the early popularity of the location. I hope they downsize the exercise area--literally no one in the store was interested--whereas the shoe collection and women's clothing area were packed and hard to even get near the racks (this was 2 days after the store opening). They have a tiny housewares section (busy), men's clothing (not busy) and jewellry and handbags (sort of busy).

I've been shopping here many times and the first time I met a cashier who had a bad attitude to the service, I wouldn't come back to this store.

Very good deals. The quality of their products are excellent. The staff are very friendly. A good place to shop. In particular, the one at The Bay Centre.

Always a beautiful & interesting collection of items. Also, I really appreciate that I can bring my dog into Winners/Homesense. We were shopping for Nusu, so he got the chance to pick his own toy who we named Slothy ;)

They didn't have what I was looking for and found one larger and cheaper at Walmart. Apart from friendly helpful staff at counter, but I got followed downstairs and asked twice if I needed help. I understand they're just doing there job, but also felt like I was profiled..

worst winners ever and I'm a major winners shopper . I get it's new and going to have some issues with the location and products but this is bad. setup of store is horrible and not thought out to attract and increase sales . staff are not great , even with staff coming to help from other locations. long lines at checkout as not enough tills or staff to operate. hope you get it figured out. I'll shop at the other locations and marshalls instead.

This winners is not large enough to be a winners location, so it's a bit disappointing. Missing entire sections, such as wall art and furniture. There is not even any small furniture items. The staff are wonderful here though, and it's nice to have a store downtown now regardless.

Liquidated prices on stuff most people use. Need I say more? This location is new, wide open floorplan and clean, so easy to shop here during Covid. Be careful not to buy way more than you planned!

Clean and neat. COVID measures in place. Did not have any big bags for the pillows and blankets I bought. But sale assistant made a blan with white dustbin bags for me. Good quality and good prices

Located inside the Bay Centre - and a good, positive addition - offers goods and products on two levels: woman's wear on ground level, plus beauty, personal and hair care products with lower level - escalator and elevator available - to men's wear and household offers. Great location - centre of the city, major bus stop right outside. Kinda messy sections - need better zoning. 3/5

For some reason even though the floor space seems bigger than the other Winners I did not find much. I don't know if this is a supply chain issue because of the pandemic or something else. I think the children's department had a little more than the other one, but the women's department seemed to have less. The organization was confusing and I didn't like the way the changing rooms were downstairs whereas the women's clothing was upstairs. Safety protocols seem to be in place. The staff were very helpful. But in the end the prices were not that good and there was not much on offer that interested me.

Has good brands with cheap prices. If you need cloths which are expensive in different stores you can get cheaper in winners. Has different catalogue of brands with variety choice easily accessible without any restriction. They really return your money if you return it on the time they mention when you buy and they keep their words

Customer service was friendly, but if you’re a male - much like almost every other clothing store, except this one is especially bad - don’t go here. The entire top floor is a maze of women’s clothing and, to get to the males, you have to take the stairs to the basement where it is mostly kitchen, baby items, and bedding, with a few measly isles of male clothing and not even a pair of shorts to be found; because equality. If our ladies are going to cry about equalizing everything, perhaps they should start with their many advantages in society....not to mention the homeless/self-deletion stats.
