Full disclosure: I used to work here, though I don't anymore. Got laid off :( It's a pretty nice place, and it's worth it to try out VR especially if you haven't before. I did think the prices were pretty high, especially if you're a student like me. However, it is a nice place to book for an hour with friends and try out VR. There are also demo options you can try if you don't want to book for 30min-1hr. The game selection is pretty good, and when I worked there they often were picking up new games, so hopefully they've continued this trend.

Had the best experience playing multiplayer games together with my husband. They have really good equipment and powerful computers to allow for great graphics and better immersive experience. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We did have a problem getting in the multiplayer mode in one of the games (tried 3 during one hour). We were trying to connect for about 10 minutes. Failed and just had to come back to the previous game we enjoyed. Pleasant bonus - we were given extra 10 mins for the hiccup. Loved it and definitely will be back again!

Infusion edutainment is way too much fun. It's such a cool experience and something semi- active to do when the weather's not great. My wife and I've been a bunch of times and always have an awesome time. My fav is Elven Assassin - go check it out.

Please do not waste your money here. Management is horrible, the place is full of rodents and they rip you off. Not worth the money by any means. We did a group party and the kids barely got 10 minutes each to play. Over a dollar a minute for boring games that if you want to switch you have to wait for one of their over worked employees and waste very expensive minutes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pros: Friendly staff (definitely) - hundreds of games to choose from - Discounts available - Snacks available for purchase Cons: Was my first time, and I wanted some privacy while I made an ass of myself. So I booked the "Queen" room, with a friend. 95% of the time, the game was frozen or not working. We had to call staff in more than enough times, that we ended up just giving up and leaving early. At several points the staff couldn't fix the freeze, that we had to reboot and start again. Felt like I flushed my $60 down a toilet leaving, however I'm happy I experienced (kind) VR. Another down fall, is because we did have to restart several times, we were forced to listen to the games story line, which ate a lot of time up that could have been better spent. Suggestion: Go with someone who knows what their doing, or how to fix any hiccups. Otherwise, do shorter time your first round to get a feel for it. Once you've mastered either, then decide if you want to continue. Add: I understand you did offer me 30 mins additional time for the glitches and errors and while I quickly learned the pause button, those were not the cases I was referring too. An employee had to come in, put on the gear and try to navigate us to the restart - Pause was not the issue.

I visit here regularly as I don’t have a vr system at home, the staff are always wonderful and make sure that everything is working correctly. The vr set ups themselves have very good cable management and padding, this makes them safe for people of all ages! The attention to making sure players understand how to use the vr interface is excellent. 5/5 would recommend! The prices are very good as well.

An awesome way to spend some time downtown Victoria. Whether it's shooting space pirates, experiencing immersive VR environments or creating art in three dimensions, you can't really go wrong! They offer excellent, low cost demos for anyone wanting to give VR a try and have tons of games, videos and educational activities for almost any taste or age group. I've been a few times - most recently watching my partner try not to fall off her chair during a rollercoaster demo - and it was absolutely hilarious. Give it a shot, Infusion Edutainment is definitely a local company worth supporting!

Awesome experience!!! Staff are super helpful and friendly. They made our introduction to virtual reality as fun and rewarding as it could be! For the sake of an honest review the only downside was the decor/lack of privacy between rooms. This is only noticeable for 5 minutes and then you are fully engaged in a virtual experience, so it really doesnt seem to matter!!

Games were glitchy and half the menu wasn't available. Then we asked them to do a group experience for the kids, but they never did so they were disappointed. And when we complained and they did try and set it up, they had the 5 kids in different rooms so they couldn't even talk about what they were doing. My kids were pretty disappointed. The staff was nice though.

Its definitely one thing to see virtual reality videos on youtube, but to actually see it for yourself is a totally different experience. The owner gave me a tour of the place and I even saw customers come in just to check it out. Their $5 autoshield competition is super fun as well! Good price for a really great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved it, played beat saber and dreadhalls. Screamed like crazy during that one. Nothing was more entertaining than watching my boyfriend lose it and scream like a pre pubescent child when the ghosts attacked him. Great service as well.
