Homey and friendly matcha (green tea) spot that I stumbled upon near Fantan Alley. Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer, but I had the complete opposite experience: super-friendly, unrushed service, a delicious traditional matcha and yummy green tea cookie (I highly doubt Costco has become so specialized as to start offering matcha cookies at their bakery). They have beautiful tea sets for the matcha connoisseur similar to what I've seen in Japan and tons of other small green tea snacks that would be hard to find elsewhere on the island.

An absolute must-see for any matcha lover visiting Victoria ???? Cute and eco-friendly matcha tea shop with super friendly service and a delicious hot and cold drink menu of matcha-based drinks, pastries, ice cream, and chocolates. Also a sweet variety of matcha accessories like bowls, whisks, and matcha packs. Highly recommend!

SERVICE: staff were not knowledgeable, preoccupied, and unfriendly. BAKED GOODS: From Costco we were told. MATCHA: poorly made and rushed by the staff member. EXPERIENCE: We emailed the shop and received no response. This is a trend shop trying desperately hard to be high end in a field where customers are going to be knowledgeable about the product. Better off buying good matcha and making it home or going to places that with knowledgeable and friendly staff. SUGGESTION: Jagasilk.

I stopped by the Pandora location about a year and a half ago, curious to see what a store named "just matcha" could serve. I was not prepared for the incredible variety of drinks to order! The menu is huge, there are drinks for everyone's taste for sure! I love the different choices for milk! Oh and, let's be honest, they also offer delicious snacks! Service has always been top notch, very friendly. Great experience! Been a regular since my first visit!

Always consistently delicious matcha lattes. They have a nice variety of different flavoured matcha lattes to pick from which is really nice and refreshing; changes the taste up a bit to make it more fun. They also offer a wide variety of milk substitutes so if you’re looking for dairy free this is the perfect place. Owners nice and the ambience is relaxing and cozy.

Best ever. Just Matcha has been a staple for my friends and I since high school (late 2015) Tiffany and Kip are super welcoming and make the entire atmosphere pleasant and relaxing. The Matcha drinks themselves are delightful and there is a nice variety of snacks, both matcha themed or regular to choose from. It is a great place to go to meet and chat with friends or grab a delicious drink to go at any time of the year. There are also lots of Vegan friendly & gluten free options including different types of plant based milks which make the experience all the more worth it. Even if you aren't a big fan of green tea or matcha you will find something there that suits your taste. I will always recommend Just Matcha- it has never failed to impress.

My wife and I discovered this shop while we were exploring Chinatown. What a gem...Kip schooled us for about 20 minutes on the benefits of Macha enlightening us so much more of the benefits. Found this shop my first day in Victoria, and I love it so much I've come back pretty much at least once each day I've been here. I love all the different matcha drinks but especially the lavender vanilla latte, it's amazing hot and iced. Each time I've been here I was able to have my drink put into my reusable tea mug which was super convenient. The person working was there each time I was and they were super friendly.

So I like this little shop, it's right close to my school so I can get a matcha if I get a craving really easily. I also can make my own matcha lattes at home. The only complaint I have is that when I bought the Ayia matcha packets (12 packets in a box) I paid $25. Earlier on this week I found the exact same box of Ayia matcha packets (12 packets) at market on Yates for $12. So with my experience they over price their matcha products.

Great place for matcha or a dessert. They have hot and cold drinks. One drink is free if you buy two for students. Excellent value and amazing service. The matcha tea was never bitter. It's also a good place to buy matcha tea powder and ustensiles.

This place is stellar! Staff is really knowledgeable and the drinks are superb. Just Matcha is a great place to study as matcha is known for it's focussing properties, the music is never too loud (if it's even on at all! Love!) AND the store has a fantastic student discount! A real hidden gem.

I tried the vegan matcha soft serve and it was amazing! It was only $4 ($5.50 for the bigger one) and you get a lot. It tasted amazing and the staff were really friendly!
