This is always a great old place to visit for really good burgers.. the menu in general is really tasty. During my group indevour at the "Bowl-O-Drome" I had mixed emotions. Although the bowling was amazing and I totally destroyed all my friends, we were treated with nothing but sass and disrespect from the employee named "Cheryl" . It started with her striking fear into our group and making us suffer with incorrectly sized shoes due to the possibility of her wrath. Also, during the act of serving our food she violently raised her voice in an attempt to find the owner. This was a terrifying and rude experience. My dreams will be FOREVER haunted by CHERYL. Fries were good.

Bowling is a favorite American family tradition!!!! I loved the watching PBA championships when I was growing up. That said, I don't bowl unless it's Pho Golden!!???? I am rating Bowl-O-Drome on their chicken wings and phone mannerisms. The JUMBO (I HAVEN'T USED THAT WORD SINCE THE 80S TO DESCRIBE A CHICKEN WING)chicken wings are phenomenal!!!! We order them crispy medium Cajun with extra blue cheese!!!! Best chicken wings in the city and towns surrounding Niagara Falls, New York!!!!

Absolutely SICK!!! We waited an hour for pizza, we were starving. When we got the pizza it was not cooked at all! We went up and said something and were told there was nothing you can do about it. We went to the actual restaurant and were told since we ate it there was no way we could get our money back. Now there are three girls who are sick.

Had my brother's birthday party here today, the staff were nice, and there was only one mishap with our lane!!!! All of the kids had a fun time! It was not too crowded today but it seemed that there was a friendly-gathering in other lanes and another birthday party at the other end of the bowling alley. The staff made sure that each party was spaced out so we wouldn't clash together. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Could've been a 5 star review if it weren't for the terribly rude older blonde woman. I wouldn't call her a bartender and am not really sure why she was behind the bar if unwilling to work. Everyone else had been normal, pleasant, but she managed to completely ruin the experience. The owners need to replace her with someone that won't turn away business and has any customer service skills. Ignoring and arguing with paying customers is bad business.

Best place for a cheap date with a water view! This is not gourmet food, and it shouldn't be. This is where you go for nachos, fresh cut fries, and dollar draft beers. The service is quick, the staff is spunky, and you get a great view of the Black River. Summer is best because you can enjoy the boat traffic, but it's peaceful during the day any time of the year. I don't hang here at night, so I don't know what it's like then, but it's good for an afternoon snack when your chilling downtown.

It's fun for a few or many! The lanes are good enough for them to hold competitions, and they are good wood lanes. They have a little of everything else, including hot food, adult bar in the middle with a few TV's, games for kids, quick pick, and lanes upstairs. There's also a wall of 300 game winners at this place, park where you can, but I had no trouble finding a spot, for a 10 second walk.

If you're a local this place is a great place to come with friends and family to have a little bar food, hot some pins and shoot some pool. This was place of course during pub crawl, not overwhelming packed and didn't play the same generic rock and roll. I'd give it a 5 ⭐ but the place is getting out dated.

We hit here for lunch about once a week. Dollar beers, lunch specials, amazing servers who order our drinks for us before we sit down... We love this place. Oh, and it's on the river, so we get to boat watch (or ice watch in the winter). Our favorite among many choices.

Took my 3 star review down to a 1. Open bowling after 10 and the alley closes at midnight. We got treated like we shouldn't be there when we showed up at 10:30. We would have paid for another game and got more drinks if we weren't encouraged to leave when it hit 11:30. They turned all the music off and bowling was shut down. We sat in silence while we finished our drinks and left. ????

Our waiter sucked. She never refilled our pops, she only brought food to the table, too busy talking to the other girls. The food was beyond gross. That chicken wrap was the worst I've ever had. I'll never eat here again. mozzarella sticks were burned and hard as a rock. No thanks!

You know, after being a new citizen to Port Huron I sure didn't know what to expect. But golly let me tell you that I had the most swell of a time. I constantly received smiles, courtesy gestures ,sexual ineuendos, and a humble staff. This is a great place for any family of all ages to occupy. Reused our pickles...you read that correctly. Room temperature pickles sliced up as burger condiments...my family is a few bites into our good cheeseburgers and server Suzie tries to take them away though not done with it, said not done.... she says well I need it for my other tables. literally off of our table and onto the table next to us.... disgusting. Horrible service and horrible attitude from Suzie the "Manager". Food was good until seeing how they reuse it, which made me nauseated to think about the fingers and germs in those pickles.

While walking in there with my family we were greeted with a nasty disgusting hoard of individuals with the utmost ignorance who began shouting and yelling In a very rude tone to take our shoes off...as if we didn't see the multiple signs walking in that advised us to take off our wet shoes. The obvious overconsumption of alcohol perpetuated by the obviously under trained employees does not make this establishment warm or welcoming for a family fun day.

I normally go here for trivia on Thursdays with a large group. We all used to eat the food here but after reading the city's health report NONE of us eat there now. We go somewhere else after trivia. The service has been lackluster on a good day. The only bonus was the trivia. Too bad it would be decent if thier health score went up and if they actually found good service staff.

I was only in bowl o drome for about 5 mins to drop child off for bowling try out. I was not allowed to stay due to COVID regulations. it was nice enough as far as bowling ally go--it has bowling lanes and screens for the scores. There was a cafe/bar area however it was closed so no review for thay part. There is also an upstairs but my business there that day was on the 1st floor.

Suzy was incredibly rude. Didn't greet. Didn't give a name. First word's were "something to drink" in a snappy tone. I asked for menus because I wanted to know all the choices of beverages. She scoffed and said "for drinks?" And made a face. So I ordered pop that I didn't want. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for menus. Then I had to wait another ten minutes for her to return. By that point I was so annoyed I asked to get 3 specials to go. She flat out said I couldn't get them to go even though I was willing to pay normal price. So I said "I'll just pay for the drinks and leave," she rolled her eyes at me and snapped "$5.75." I paid for it and when she returned my change she went on about how specials aren't to go. I snapped back finally "you're rude, you didn't say hello, no greeting, didn't introduce yourself, didn't provide menus on request, you're the worst server I've ever had." She said "i don't have to tell anyone my name." I said "I want your name to talk to management about you." She said "good luck with that, I am a manager," I didn't reply and left. As long as that woman is there I will never return. The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

There is no possible way to beat their hamburger / cheeseburger deal on Mondays and Wednesdays. That's what keeps me coming back year after year. My only complaint is that they've switched for real silverware to plastic ware. I get it then they don't have dishes, but I'm eating inside not picnicking and I'd like a real fork and knife.

Bar tender had the WORST attitude. I came after work to unwind and my coworker was buying me a drink. The bartender told me her that the person she was buying a drink for needed an ID. No problem I went up to show her. She grabbed it no problem. After she got my drink my coworker wanted a drink she screamed "everyone who is drinking needs to show an ID" as my coworker was buying two drinks for herself. My coworker had her ID already so she said I have out for you. The bartender proceeded to say I'm just saying everyone needs one but she kept on about it being very rude. I told her to calm down because she was very rude from the beginning. She said we can leave if we're gonna have an attitude. She screamed and embarrassed me in front of everyone at the bar. I WILL NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN. EVER. Don't waste your money coming here, the bartenders hate their jobs and are rude and annoyed.
