This Bowling Alley is included in the category of Restaurant.
Incredibly slow service, mediocre food, absolutely would not come back again. Only good thing about this place is the view, service and food are awful.
Ordered for my first meal and time there the Lobster Spaghetti. The service was fantastic, the food was as great as the meal. I really miss the coast and I can't wait to finish work and bring my spouses along as a vacation to the Crest and try out another Waterfront menu item.
The Seafood pottage is divine
Super tasty, plus friendly service. Had a really great birthday dinner.
Great place ????
Tried there waterfront restaurant which has a very nice view of the ocean. The food was really good and the service was up to the mark as well.
This is the fanciest place in Prince Rupert. The decor and views are very nice, and the food is priced accordingly. I ordered a vegan nourish bowl. It looked amazing, but was basically an overpriced salad. I paid $20 for some veggies, a handful of chickpeas and a whole lot of lettuce. It is sad that this is Crest's idea of vegan food. I wish they added vegan dishes with more substance to the menu.
Always good food with a great view.
Was really disappointed. The bathrooms are dirty, and drinks are overpriced given the location. These prices are higher then places like Tofino and whistler with a product that does not reflect the cost. Front of house staff were unprofessional. My review is not intended to ward off local patrons but to warn tourists of the area to support smaller and more local businesses.
Beautiful spot in Prince Rupert. Amazing views and great food and drinks.
Excellent service
Had two really excellent dinners in the last few days: the aged steak - delicious - and the halibut pictured here. Good service and even better chef staff. Outstanding views. Happily surprised by the quality. Thanks!
Always friendly staff. Great food. We always stop in for a delicious dinner with a great view.
Delicious as always !
Great view. Good service. Overpriced food.
Horrible service, changed our reservation without telling us, took almost fifteen minutes to bring menus, ordered food and drinks then they forced us to move tables due to overbooking, got our food and had to watch three booths be empty for our entire meal, no quality check in or drink refill, after meal sat for ten minutes waiting for table to be cleared, then had to wait over twenty minutes after all was said and done for someone to bring us the bill, no apologies no attempt to reconcile bad service. I've spent years in the industry as a chef and my Mrs as a professional fine dining server, never have we ever seen anyone treated so badly.
Great food, presentation and atmosphere!
Nice egg Bennie's, great view, cozy
Best clam chowder in town. It is the classiest place in Rupert. Worth it for the good food and top notch service.
Ordered the steak salad .the steak was cooked perfect .med/rare
This place is too fancy for my liking, the food is kinda over priced, but it was fast and good, not very big portions tho overall it's a meh for me.
Always good food.
Excellent service and food. Steaks delivered as ordered and friendly service. Superb ocean views.
Good food, fairly quick service
Breakie was small but food is good. Coffee is yummy
Awesome food and service
Excellent restaurant at this nice city , which we visited for the very first time. We started at Charleys Bar with a lovely bottle of Burrowing Owl Chardonnay and to move later on to Waterfront Restaurant, when Jennifer R rudely asked us to pay the bill and to grab by ourselves the bottle of wine with the bucket..... not impressed .....when at this type of hotel it must be continuity in the service and gentleness to customers...... anyhow we are so happy we did a great move because at the Waterfront restaurant we were happily and professionally received by NUCHY, who is so lovely and we then had a great time with delicious food and another half bottle of same wine. When the people has the full world in their head, it is much better to provide excellent service as we experienced with NUCHY, great suggestions, fast service, pleasant conversation and fantastic moments in a elegant ambience with great view to the open sea.
Location is spectacular, service is so-so, food is so-so, wait time is on the edge of tolerable, prices are spectacular.
Probably some of the best food and views in Prince Rupert
We ate here 3 times during our stay in Prince Rupert and it was excellent every time. We had a few different servers and they were all so helpful. The service was great. The food each time so good! Drinks were very good too. Would definitely suggest going here while your in Prince Rupert. Would definitely make a reservation though. They fill up every night.
Killer food always willing to accommodate a change to a dish as best as they're able. Thanks guys and gals
The best place to have your lunch or dinner. Prices are high enough, but you will enjoy every bite. Staff is very good ????... See you soon guys
Very nice place, simple elegance, helpful and patient staff.
We had breakfast here and the food was very good! Service was good. The view of the water was great! We would come back again.
I've been here a few times when starting in Prince Rupert for business and I've already had yummy food, good service and reasonable prices. The views from the restaurant are very beautiful overlooking Prince Rupert harbor.
Was great had a nice anniversary dinner with my wife
It was ok. Views make it worth it, but the breakfast missed the mark. This $14+ frittata was meh, and tasted like a pesto omelette with arugula (if it was marketed as such, great). Nice decor, clean. Patio doesn't open until 1130am.
Super food. Super view. Great service. We will eat there again!
Clean and spacious environment. Staff are polite and attentive. Food portions fair and flavourful with pleasing presentation. An excellent place to bring family for lunch.
Had two meals here so far and enjoyed both. The backyard burger was a tasty meal and the chocolate lava cake was delicious. Dining was pretty nice, though the dress code was relaxed (ie jeans are okay). If you get a seat overlooking the water the views are very nice. Over all good experience and service. Higher price points though.
Great harbour view. I would like to see other things on the menu at a more reasonable price
Down to the drinks this place was outstanding! Why is there no option for 10 stars? This place deserves it. Our meals were amazing! I got the long braised beef short ribs which was phenomenal, I brought my left overs home and made a soup that compares to nothing I've ever tasted before! He had the earth and surf which he said was amazing. The meats were cooked to PERFECTION, the service was amazing, and the drinks were delicious! Thank you for the amazing service, can't wait to come again!
Oh my, such good food. Try the artisan bread
Stars only for beautiful view and service good ... Only breakfast , truffle fires, and watermelon salad are super good Only name sounds good and fancy in menu.. Steak salad medium steak burned one side, lobster mac & cheese very very dry ... and peppercorn sauce just a regular gravy with crushed black pepper on top so funny...
5 stars for exceptional food and service! I had the Fisherman's Pasta which was cooked perfectly, tasty and well proportioned. The restaurant also boasts a great view of the ocean. Can't wait to come again during my next visit to Prince Rupert.
Great food, great staff, love the atmosphere. It's pretty much the most upscale place to dine in town!
You'll never forget this place, it has to be my favorite restaurant in North America. Walk in and you're greeted by the most spectacular view, overlooking a sound with mountains on the other side that the sun sets over. You can experience this indoors looking out across two continuous walls of 12-ft walls of glass, or you can dine outside on the top of a cliff. I digress; back to restaurant. Cuisine: Freshest North-Pacific seafood I've had, and I'm convinced the halibut is the best in the world (great in all forms, but with it they've perfected fish & chips). Appetizers are unique & delightful across the board. Remember: this is a restaurant that hangs over the ocean, near the top of the world, so you come here for the seafood, not the steaks. If you -do- order the steaks, then you're the equivalent of a tourist asking a Patagonian steakhouse for a Happy Meal--I don't consider the kid's menu in this ranking, and again, you're an idiot if you don't get the seafood. (6/5) Atmosphere: 6/5 (check out the pictures, and then realize they can't capture a sunset over the mountains, or the truly international character of the patronage. Staff: Very good at what they do, yet without the stuffy 5-star etiquette. (4.75/5) Beer, Sprits, & Wine: Roughly 25 taps of great beer, damn fine wine selection, and the listed cocktails seem solid though I'm not a fan of liquor and as such can't speak to the bartenders' skills. (5/5) Underview: If you can, go. Unforgettable.
best food in town if you want something extremely tasteful ???? well worth .
Awsome service and food was excellent
Best view in town.
Beautiful views, great food
Great service, incredible food, I had the Korean rice bowl with Ginger beef. The dessert Sticky Toffee Cake was beyond delicious!!! Highly recommend when going to Prince Rupert!
Numerous breakfast offerings made with quality ingredients. The view is top notch throughout most of the restaurant. The prices are a touch high but considering the location, not surprising. The wait staff are attentive and courteous.
Beautiful view with a great quality food.
The best view, delicious food and lovely employees!
Delicious
Great food and a fantastic view. It is a little expensive
Went in for Happy hour 3-6. Had a couple delicious appys and a couple glasses of wine while watching the sun dance in the harbour. Great service and good.
Great view, delicious food. Had the fish and chips for the first time and I'll be back! It was so good
Sevice was well Food Taste so good Excellence achieved
Great food, amazing view but crazy expensive lately.
Absolutely amazing. My wife and I enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything we had was wonderful. The gorgeous ocean view is amazing we absolutely loved watching the sunset with dinner. Best dining experience we have had on our honeymoon so far!
Loved the view and great chowder
Our waitnes didn't get my order right the first time
Beautiful place to stay when in Prince Rupert just get there before 4 to get a great parking rooms are huge, meals are great here, and service is great here
Great Food, servers and bartenders were top notch and great to talk to.
Great experience.
During our time in this area, we came here once for lunch and once for dinner. Both experiences very different but very good. Daytime, we requested and were blessed to have a waterfront table. Spectacular if you can get it.
Fantastic! Amazing view, great service, price on par with other breakfast places. Great keto breakfast...salmon, hollandaise and cauliflower hash patties!!!
Have gone for breakfast and dinner. Has great views. Loved the chai long island tea cocktail and salmon dinner!
Excellent food
Great as always..
Calamari, very good! Artisan Bread, great! Chicken Tenders, EPIC FAIL! Tenders were nothing but the cheapest of "No Name" frozen, processed tenders from a discount grocery store. Not satisfactory for the price I paid! In hindsight, I should have mentioned something to the waitress at the time and I'm sure the restaurant would have done something satisfactory to fix it.
Lovely views; delicious food. Would gladly visit again.
Very good pancakes, nice plate. Maybe a bit more spice on the hash browns, but everything was competently done and well served. Not sure about the tea pot. They look nice, but the wide cup isn't the easiest to actually use.
We were here for a few days and generally the food was decent. The view is great and the seafood potage was a great dish as was the butter chicken. However, the steak was poorly cooked, asked for rare and received medium/well (barely pink in the middle); burgers and sandwiches were quite average. Where the restaurant completely failed was with service. Understandably, the pace in Prince Rupert is expected to be slower, but lunch service took nearly 45 minutes for a simple burger. Dinner service, we were abandoned by the waitstaff part way through the meal and while we wanted to order more food and drinks, it was over an hour before they even bothered to attend to the table.
Beautiful view great food
We always come here when we visit Rupert. It's a great spot with a nice view and tasty food.
Food was great and so were the views, but service was incredibly slow. We waited over 45 minutes for our entre of a burger and a beef dip. They forgot our drinks once and we had to flag a waitress down to remind them.
Food was a bit over priced but well cooked and the service was good.
Good food and drinks but not cheap.
Everything is outstanding! The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and is catering to your needs.
The food here is absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed it so much we ate there both nights that we stayed at the hotel. The service is very professional, everything came out at a nice pace and you can't beat the views!
Great breakfast, great dinner - out party was grateful for the large breakfast portions and I heard many great things about their curry during and after dinner.
Worst service worst food -they got our order wrong - food was over cooked just terrible which is too bad because the restaurant is in such a nice spot
Amazing food but the staff kept me waiting 20 min extra on a pickup order
Good atmosphere, very well kept restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got the peppercorn steak with king crab and it was cooked to perfection a little pricey but worth it
It's always very nice to eat here especially overlooking the harbor.
Good food, great service and views
Great food and always busy.
Great food
Food is great service is iffy
Delicious every time!
Nice to sit and visit with friends over a great meal. Laura is a fabulous server!
Best food in rupert. Beautifully decorated and a very cozy atmosphere. Menu has a lot of great seafood item, steak and lobster entrees are grest. Highly recommended
For a place that has such high prices you would expect the food and especially the service to be top notch. Not the case for the Waterfront Resturant. Food was mediocre at best. Service was what I would expect from Dennys. Black pants and t-shirts on the servers does not say "Fine dining." Teach your servers to: 1- Take your drink order before asking "Whatcha like ta eat?" 2- Comeback and ask how everything is. 3- Ask if your finished your meal before taking the plate away. With this said, I will not recommended the Waterfront to dine at. I will recommend the casino next door or one of the cheesy tourist places on Cow Bay.
We went there last night and it was full. The lady said come back later. So we went to Rhodos and really enjoyed there food. ????
Best seafood chowder in town. Everyone is so nice. Gotta love those automatic bathrooms. Thanks you all!
A nice restaurant with a beautiful view good food and beverage and a excellent service.
Good atmosphere, food ok. Service was great. Steak salad was awesome. Had to wait over a hour for the food but it was extremely busy.
nice people, great view
Our favorite restaurant in Prince Rupert. Great food and views.
(Translated) Excellent location and beautiful view over the harbor of Prince Rupert. excellent food. Friendly service. (Original) Uitstekende ligging en mooi uitzicht over het haventje van Prince Rupert. uitstekend gegeten. Vriendelijke bediening.
Great food
Was here for dinner last week it took them 20 minutes to finally come to our table and take our drink orders, another 15 minutes for the drinks to come (we all ordered water) and then another 20 to take our food orders. After waiting an hour for our food we were just about to leave when finally it came out, cold. It did not make sense to us that it took so long for our meals to come seeing as 3 tables who arrived after us and ordered practically the same meals got theirs before we did. We asked our waitress why it took so long and she could not give us an honest excuse, stating that the kitchen serves the restaurant and the bar and so it is very busy...? When the waitress came to clear our table she dropped my dirty cutlery into my lap and when I asked her to bring me a napkin she instead went inside and did not come back out to the patio where we were for the rest of our meal, avoiding our table. It was only after I went inside and followed her to the bar when we were leaving and reminded her that she was supposed to get me a napkin that she acknowledged me AND SHE STILL DIDN'T GET ME THE DAMN NAPKIN. The view and patio are truly stunning and the food was alright even though it was cold but the service was really awful and we will not be visiting again. If you want a great, affordable restaurant in Prince Rupert go to Opa Sushi at 34 Cow Bay, hands down the best food we had during our stay.

Nobody can compete with crest food and service. Always great
Usually a very nice experience. This time...our server forgot an appetizer. Didn't order the dinner correctly. So our fish was soggy by the time our proper side arrived. We ll try again another time.
Awesome food! Great atmosphere and service! Amazing view!
The food as always is delicious. My favorite, Cowgirl salad with shrimp. Makes my mouth water just to think of it. Service (Jenelle) was good. Could have asked if we wanted coffee/tea after meals.
The best restaurant in Prince Rupert period
Good until waitresse asking for tip before we left
Food is great. The spring rolls are a must try. Not the biggest menu choices. They have a small bar. It overlooks the port. Staff is friendly. It's tucked against the water so it's kind of like a little secret spot. Wasn't busy when I went but filled up quick.
Fabulous as usual!
Great service and food.
Great food and great service.
Amazing food, view and service. Love the pub side but the restaurant is nice too. Will always be a go to favorite of mine.
Delicious! Such a beautiful restaurant with an amazing view. I love going for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and sometimes even just for dessert! There’s always something tasty to choose from and the service is fantastic
Really wish I could give this place a better rating! The view is amazing, the food is amazing, however the service for the price is sub par and ruined the experience. Waited 15 min for drinks, another 20 min for appies (despite ordering at the same time) and even longer for entres which arrived cold. Our plates and empty glasses sat in front of us for almost half an hour with no server in sight before giving up on the idea of dessert and apretif and just went to the front to pay. We will be back because of the food and view but will definitely plan for at least a 2-2.5 hr long ordeal.
