Even during COVID-19 the experience at the sports centre was beyond fantastic. Clear, friendly, attentive folks are putting their lives on the line so that we can exercise. Remember to book your time online. When you arrive, arrows direct you to the workout area. Lockers are available (bring your own lock if you have trust issues), then check in at the fitness centre. You'll get your own personal cleaning spray bottle (tip: spray the cloth, not the equipment when you clean). There are personal workout areas where you can bring in free weights, and each have different support equipment. There's a cardio section, with a machine between people, and two circuit sections, one standard circuit, one more advanced multi use equipment circuit (not sure I'd call it circuit but... Yknow) Sadly, the pool is empty so there's not much to look at... Hahahahaha... There's a timer on the wall where you check in so you know when your hour is up. Sometimes you can check to see if there's an extra spot available in the coming hour and stay a bit longer, but there's no guarantee. There are no showers available, but bathrooms are in case you need to change. I'd recommend coming in with what you need to workout, and maybe something to change into if you aren't comfortable being wet after your workout. All in all, I would recommend the experience to anyone looking to get some exercise. Thanks for your work at getting this going!!

THE POOL IS DISGUSTING. I don’t know what how and when but this place is due for renovations. Pool tiles have stains everywhere. The ladies locker room is field with all sort of slimy and disgusting bacteria’s. The staff is amazing but the entire building needs to be torn down.
