This was good fun for the kids. The VR headsets are worth it but the "ride things" are not. You can see how much lower quality the rides are and cause motion sickness. We have been back for a second time and skipped the rides.

I have taken both my kids here, and they loved it. I even got in on it this time, and really enjoyed myself. My only downside, is that it's very warm in there making it uncomfortable after a while, and that I didn't really get any run down. Other than that, its fantastic

Me and my son came here and each did a 30 minute session on their VR station - despite some minor technical difficulties with my headset we had an absolute blast. Would absolutely do it again - the gentleman who helped us was courteous and very knowledgeable. My son (8 years old) had an amazing time - finally able to try the VR games he's watched his idols on YouTube play. Can't recommend highly enough.

Dont waste your money, software lacking bigtime, cheap thrill for a todler that's never seen it is about all its good for. Older kids and adults will be bored, headsets were dirty and very blurry

Amazing! Came in with the family! We loved it will definately suggest it for any and everyone of all ages. They are very informative and patient with the little ones. Had a really good experience with the staff that was on when we went, very frindly and helpfull despite the fact that it was busy. Spend the extra bit if you are an adult and play the head s3ts at the back. Thats where the interactive stuff is.

The only saving grace in this mall, thought I'd try to do something fun after having a bad experience at most of the stores in the mall. The staff were friendly and informative, but the game selection was just alright for the cost. Hopefully they update soon! Great stop for kids who are getting to rowdy in the mall for sure! :)

We had a great time at Virtual Sting. The staff was great and really gave my daughter a comfortable and fun experience when she was a little hesitant at first. Sweet magic card tricks while we waited too!

I have never been so disappointed, I went in with low expectations and somehow those couldn't even be met. I could put you in a chair and shake it and you would have a better experience and still have ten dollars to your name. All the games play themselves and frankly the term, "VR" is GROSSLY misused. If you're looking for a movement simulation that doesn't require you to do anything besides make you want to puke, by all means come here. Otherwise save your money.

They need more staff, my son was having issues with the VR glasses, and the one staff member helped for a second then had to run off to help someone else. Most of the half hour I paid for was wasted.

An awesome experience and very friend knowledgeable staff. Tried the 10 minutes game and was really a very pleasant experience. The Roller Coaster was pretty real and the Star Wars battle was as real as they get. The moving pods make it so real do not try after eating. Overall a five star rating for ingenuity and friendly staff.

Good service but over all over hyped and boring experience, The headsets were uncomfortable and left marks on your face. The chairs are essentialy usless as they didnt move with the game/experience just moved in a circular motion every three seconds regardless to what was going on in the game. The audio was very quite and didnt cover up any background noise so it ruined the overall experience. Would not recomend and would never go back

We walked in here in one of the worst days of our lives and Shelby just made my son's day. Compassionate and courteous he set us up for lots of fun. He was careful to assist my son in making appropriate selections, which I really appreciated. The facility is clean and well run. We ended up giving it a second try and we will be back....with friends!

The roller coaster VR was an amazing experience and that's not even mentioning affordable, it's no more than a coffee from Starbucks and I say it's absolutely worth it. I was skeptical at first but I genuinely felt like I was going to fall off at some points despite moving marginally. 10/10
