Really cheep prices. $18 for 4 games of 10 rounds. Lasted a very long time. But the Score counter did not work some of the times. But the staff was really friendly and was willing to help. It was really irritating because me and my friends kepf getting high scores. Would highly recomend nice music for background.

My fiancé and I brought our 3 small children and a friend there last Sunday, we are both double vaccinated. The lady behind the plexiglass refused to take our papers and said we had to get the QR code and was extremely rude about it. She even gestured at my fiancé to pull his mask up higher because apparently his germs can seep through the glass. Our kids were so upset because they were excited to go bowling for the first time. They wore light coloured clothes so they could glow (they had cosmic bowling). We took our business to another place, one that doesn’t ask for this personal information and spent double the amount we had originally intended on spending and had a lot more fun (the place was packed). Will not be going back to this place again.

As per my knowledge this place has the highest number of lanes its really nice place for bowling but the food staff are very lazy i had to wait over an hour there every times i went Moreover I would suggest to go there by 8.30 to 11pm the lightning effects make it more special

It's been nearly 20 years since I've bowled at Rose Bowl. The technology has improved in some ways but not everything is better. Scoring machines had built in limits for playing time - not what I needed when I had intended a leisurely pace. Was rushed near the end and lanes were turned off before our group finished.

I like the Rose Bowl. We like the Rose Bowl. Very clean and friendly and great atmosphere. The restaurant makes a great deep fried pickle. They also make a massive awesome large french fry. Games are pretty cheap. There's usually plenty of room to play. There isnt a large crowd unless it's a league night. It's always fun to throw around a few balls and see how you do. Alex and I had a lot of fun and it's always a great time when you just want to sit back and watch. We highly recommend the Rose Bowl for just a few games or birthday party for young kids. Nice for a little bit exercise and to get out and have fun.

Took three children to bowl. They enjoyed very much. We ordered the bowling package that offered chicken and pizza with additional salads and fries. The chicken was extremely greasy with the batter being thin and a bit overdone. The inner chicken tasted ok but with each bite you had to wipe dripping grease from your face and hands. Pizza was ok. It had a lot of cheese with minimal sauce. Pepperoni was fine. Pizza was not a favorite but was edible. Fries were very good as well as the coleslaw. The salad didnt appear fresh. The children enjoyed a pitcher of lemonade. Bowling itself went well. Three games in 90 minutes. They do offer bumper rails for children and an assist mechanism for them to place ball on and it rolls off down the lane. Ideal for beginner. The balls were in good shape and there were 6 and 7 pound balls that enabled the children to bowl. Overall, it was a pleasant afternoon but I would not purchase the package again as it was about 70 plus tax not including the coffee/tea for the adults. I would return for the bowling but eat elsewhere.

Decent place to hang out. We went on a Sunday night, took a package of $65. That included 1.5 hr of game plus 1 pizza, 1 chips, 1 fried Chicken, and a juice (pitcher). You can even order beers or additional food if you want to. This place can host upto 50 groups at a time. If you don't want to eat, you can just pay $11 each and play 4 games. --I would give 4 star if the food was better and the bowling pins kept hanging and we had to call customer service and reset it again and again.

It's pretty much the only bowling alley in Central/West Windsor. Don't let the traffic of people fool you into believing that the bowling allies work regularly. Overpriced, poorly serviced machinery, subpar food, and watered down drinks. Enjoy.

I brought my daughter here for the first time, and we were greeted with a group of smokers that were standing right by the entrance. Once inside, the cashier bluntly asked me my name. I explained it was our first time, and she glumly went about getting our footwear. The scoreboard at our lane was ancient. It was an old cathode-ray tube T.V. and was distorted and discolored. I had to ask the gentleman beside us how the tabletop point board worked, as there were no instructions and any writing on the controller had long since been worn off. From a customer standpoint, the experience for new people was off-putting, but that didn't stop my daughter and I from having a great time. I'm thinking 2.5 stars.

The place is worn down, could buy better shoes for $3 from Walmart than the ones they give you. Shoe sizing is horribly off, and it often takes 5+ minutes just to find a decently fitting shoe. Lanes break, and having to share a bowling ball return with another lane makes it feel crowded. Bowling balls have probably never been cleaned. Ever. Food is good, service is okay, and the arcade is overpriced and just sad. Only reason I go to it is because it's really the only bowling alley in the city.

The service at the desk was horribly slow when they finally did arrive to serve us. Then once bowling, we experienced problems with the pin counts picked up by the computer, on top of the fact the lanes were oiled enough for a month worth of bowling. Worst experience I've ever had at a bowling alley. Too bad I couldn't give zero stars.

For a CTF bowler like myself, i would not recommend going here, every time i come here for tournaments, the oil is all over the approach, is a pain in the butt... and then once you finally get someone it takes forever for them to go and fix the problem.

Standard bowling alley. Price ok- 2 games, 1 adult & 2 kids plus shoes= $34. Found we had to press reset alot after taking our turn bowling which was a little annoying. Shared a nacho platter at Logan's afterward and it was ok. If they had real cheese instead of cheese sauce, green onions instead of a chopped white onion and jalapenos on them ot would have been much better in my opinion.

Service was terrible. Lane kept freezing and resetting itself. Balls were damaged. They don't let you finish out the game Once time is up that's it... which most of the time you're waiting for staff to help fetch your ball cause it didn't return or having them reset your lane cause it's frozen and the machines take your pins. The food is very good and the environment is ok. Needs some TLC and upgrading. Their prices are the best in town but would rather pay a little more for better service

HUGE lack of COVID safety protocols. I felt safer at my gym than this place. No staff enforcing social distancing. People vaping indoors. And my group was asked to move and share a lane with strangers to accomodate another group. We left early because the place was overcrowded.

If you are Indian and want to have fun and have a few drinks, don't go to this place. I did not feel comfortable there at all. They cut off my boyfriend from drinking after him and his friend's had one pitcher. They said they were 'falling down drunk' ! Yes they had had a few before getting to the rose bowl not that much. Apparently the lady next to complained because we were going into their lane. When we realized we were, we allowed her and her friend's to throw before us so we wouldn't get in their way. Yet they decided to cut them off from drinking?!! Strange. Two of us were not even drinking and everything was fine. I felt like they were being racist.

Went Sunday Night, Cosmic Bowling Which Was Cool. I Am Not By Any Means A Professional Bowler But I've Got More Than Enough Experience To Know That This Alley Was Absolutely Given Up On. Talked The Wife And I Into Four Games Each As A *Packaged Deal*** Even Though I Had My Own Shoes, Own Balls, Price Was Set And To Make Matters Worse We Were Maybe Three Frames In Before We Noticed They Had No A.C. Which Completely Killed Our Games. After Two Games My Wife Had Enough. Between The Two Of Us We Were Two Pitchers Of Water Deep, No Food And Still Sweating At The Time. Not Entirely Sure I Will Be Returning To This Alley. Maybe Treat Your Customers Better Or Give Them A Better Incentive. If I Want A Sweat Like That I Can Get It At The Gym In The Sauna. Couldn't Even Achieve That Sweat Level At The Gym Just Now... Idk Maybe Just Me... Willing To Bowl The Owner Under Those Same Conditions Because I Know Your Employees Were Bitching ;)

Machines are extremely finicky to a very frustrating degree, in our third game at least ten throws didn't even register despite it showing it's the next throw, or resetting the pins on the same person's turn with no user input. Had to get staff to manually change the frames and player on four occasions. Environment isn't too bad, service is really slow, especially for food. Constant music videos are distracting and rarely appropriate despite there being quite a few children present.

Sunday January 22, 2017. Found a baby sister so me and my hubby can have a nice night out. We arrived to Rose Bowl lanes at 9:00 pm to find the line out the door. We waited for 55 minutes to only walk to the register and be told no more lanes open and wait time is at least an hour. They ended up turning away all 30+ people that where waiting in line with us. It would have been nice of them to have the courtesy to tell everyone waiting in line that no more lanes where open so people didn't waste there time. They asked us to leave our name and will be called when a lane is available. I waisted money for the baby sister waiting in line. After we agreed to wait for an hour my hubby asked the gentleman how much longer to only be told 7 more groups ahead of us with each group taking at least an hour to bowl. We left upset! Very unprofessional very disappointed ruined our only non working night out. It's too bad we've been regulars for many years, Not any more!! Time to find a new bowling alley to benefit with our hard earned money. Plus the lanes don't cycle auromaticly all the time and not properly waxed. A few good staff.

Becareful with this place. Call before going to ensure no events are going on. Often times leagues will buy out the entire alley and you will not be able to play. If you go before 5 there is minimal music (very quiet). Evenings are always best to go. Disco lights and good selection of music.

The prices were fantastic ( $12 a person for 3 games and shoes), and the food was good, but they put all the people on lanes next to each other when there was space to spread them out a bit, and the mask requirements and covid protocols …

Nice bowling facility in the city of Windsor and surrounding. Family and kids friendly, helpful staff, reasonable price, good deals. Parking lot needs an upgrade. Kids love bowling and I couldn’t find a better bowling alley in Windsor, unless you drive across the river and off course there are better options in Suburban Detroit

I used to come bowling here all the time, but since they want to discriminate against our civil rights and listen to what our flawed/screwed up government mandates, I will never be returning to this bowling alley again. I will also make sure to inform anyone of my family and friends to spread the word and we will instead take our business else where.
