Two staff with long hair look like they do not want to be there, no smiles or facial expression whatsoever. Service is horrible, staff are not friendly at all. Came here to test out the place for my daughters birthday party, definitely crossed off my list.

Pretty big bowling alley, also pretty old school. Never had any issues with lanes or anything. They have a bar area where they also serve food/snacks. Staff is friendly. There is a little arcade area, but be aware some of the machines will eat your money and the staff can't refund you for it. They also have 2 or 3 party rooms for birthdays/events.

very authoritarian feeling at this establishment. checking in is more intense than airport security. We were the only ones in the whole place and I wasn’t aloud to drink water because i’d have to take my mask down to have a sip. Workers seem to love the covid rules so they can flex their power on you. If you are looking for a night out…. try something else

Sorry. These thick-skinned, overdone spring rolls are by no means of authentic Vietnamese standard. At its best, its dishes are at food-court, fast-food level. Not a scam at CAD$10.5 a bowl but quite far from calling it a “pro”.

Very rude! I read it in other reviews that the staff is very rude but I thought everyone has a different experience and I thought I should take my kids and try it myself. The looks I was given by the man at the cash was enough to say I agree with the reviews on TripAdvisor. When I went to pay he said there's only 10 pins no 5 pins and they don't allow kids at 10 pins which is surprising since my friend called them before we went and they told her all ages are allowed. Nothing about 10 pins and 5 pins!! And the cashier man was very rude saying it like we are dumb people! Even the kids saw how rude he was and said they don't ever want to come here. The place was also very dirty, so we didn't really miss anything.

Had a lot of fun here with my parents and my son. The facility is older, and the concession stand is expensive, but the interface is new and everything was clean and in good repair. I hadn't bowled in years and it was a good way to spend an hour on a winter afternoon.

It's a very quiet place if you don't want to be bowling beside a lot of people around. I went on a sat afternoon and there was only 3-4 lanes being used so it was pretty empty. The lanes and seats looked clean And bowling was just like any other place nothing different about it. I can't really comment on their service because it was not busy but their staff are polite n helpful.

Very safe, right when you enter they take your temperature, name & phone number in case there is a covid outbreak. All the lanes are very clean and social distancing is abided by. There were less than 10 people when I went on Sunday afternoon. Bowling wise, the lane was not oiled. Very hard to get my ball down there without using more energy.

Everything is too used. I could hardly put on the gross shoes and the balls had the numbers rubbed off. They weren't organized and the staff wasn't really helpful. The scoring system worked and my family made it a fun time or else I would have given it a one star.

Very organize for league play. I like the fact at the front they have everything setup neatly. 1. Scan for QR for vaccine shot verification. 2. Temp scan 3. Hand sanitizer After pass all that they let you through. The lanes are very new with new screens it's been a while but nice overall

Nice bowling arena with a number of lines for adults and kids .. we were five including one kid .. we got the small line with five pins for one hour .. including shoes rental with taxes the total was around 63 .. it was clean .. person on the cash was pleasent but the staff near the lines were not so pleasent thats why I am rating them three stars .. I would have given them four stars if the staff near the lines wasnt rude .. we had fun other than a small encounter with one of the staff .. parking is huge as well .. a lot of families were in there on saturday night with a lot of kids .. washrooms were almost clean .. please like my review if it helped. Thanks

There are coin machines here which majority of them take your money and don’t work. When you ask the manager he says “ play at on risk” and does not return your money. It is a rip off, be careful with these people.

Lanes are decent but time appears to start immediately after paying. 5 pin lanes also don't start on a 5 pin game, but rather 1 ball per person. Wasted 10 minutes before the clerk told us what was going on.

I came with a group of friends, 7 to be exact and got kicked out because we asked for two lanes the manager lied and said “unless you are above 7 individuals then I can’t give you two lanes”. I asked for their policy and he said “I make the policies”Then we found their actual policy in the picture. We weren’t treated fairly and were discriminated for no reason. Won’t be visiting and I suggest you don’t either ????

We got their before 8:30, at which time the special would end. The person behind the counter was on her cell yelling out from the back office saying, it's regular price now, it's too late, the system says its 8:31. Meanwhile, there is a clock behind the counter facing us saying 8:25. We didn't even know there was a special, we were ready to pay regular price. At which time, we said, it's our first time here and their clock indicated 8:25. The person from the back room came out to say loudly "you can try somewhere else, I can't override the system." Our group was going to pay, up to the point she asked how many people are bowling. We asked "why?", and they said "we need to know how many people need to rent shoes". Everyone in our party have our own shoes, and she asked again. By that time, we had enough abuse, and we decided we would bring our business elsewhere. This establishment has been in for a long time, and I wanted to bring our weekly business here with my friends, but we were quite disappointed in their service. Too bad we never got to try the actual lanes.

I dont recommend this bowling place AT ALL! the staff including the owner were rude and not helpful. They seemed bothered every time one of us had a question or needed help with something. They didn't even have any food to order YET they have a rule that you are not allowed to bring any outside food. I even called ahead of time to make sure we can order food and was told yes. Doesn't seem very fair at all. I will not be going back to this place and would never recommend it to anyone i know. This place and the man running this facility is a JOKE!

This bowling alley is a bit old and small, but not too busy. However, it is at a convenient location along Yonge St with many parking spaces. I like to go there because the prices are moderate. I still recommend it.

So we entered the place with 2 kids on Thursday , went to a staff to pay, found him quite non- smiley . I thought it’s fine as I wouldn’t probably be very friendly to work indoor in such gorgeous weather too - so I moved on. My son insert a looney on an arcade machine there , and machine didn’t work...I asked the staff and he said yes , there is no power to any of the machines and none is working ...I said we didn’t see any sign and he said yeah , it’s obvious, they have no lights so it shows it’s not working ! I said how can a child possibly guess ?! And he totally ignored me and didn’t offer to give back the coin. Totally unfriendly and impatient for this customer oriented job ... I would go back to world of bowling ...also for the better atmosphere.

I Play there once a week in a 10 pin league. Overall a decent place to play. There are a few lanes(seems to be the outer lanes) that have issues once in a while. Staff is great in doing what they need to get keep things rolling...Lol. Foods not the greatest but if you are hungry it does the job. Lots of parking and decent prices.

The staff were not friendly this time. They charged me for 5 people including my 5 year old son. When i i told them why they told me that even a child should pay unless he does not touch the balls. My kid even cannot lift the ball. It is too heavy. And i i wi never go to this place again.

Facilities are a little bit dated. Staff are super friendly and went out of their way to answer our questions. Lanes are very well maintained and we had no issues with the bowling pick up equipment. We played 2 games of 10 pin bowling and would go back again. Would very highly recommend.

I was there with some friends and the staff were great and bowling experience was amazing. I will defiantly return to this bowling alley. I would recommend this place to everyone. Friday evening I went to Pro Bowl for the first time with my friends. What should have been a very pleasant/fun experience turned into a very disappointing experience. Understanding that it was a busy night, my friends and I patiently waited for a lane to become available. However, when I asked the staff at the front desk how much longer the wait would be (just to get an overall idea) the staff was unbelievably rude and told us that we should “just leave if we can’t wait”. He also stated in a harsh tone, “can’t you see that we are busy!” Since my friends and I were excited to bowl, I brushed it off and decided to get us food from the bar area. Thank gosh the staff at the bar was trained in customer service as he was helpful and very attentive towards our needs. I explained my frustration to him regarding the front desk staff and he apologized on their behalf. Despite being busy at the bar, he didn’t rush us as my friend was having a difficult time ordering. The food was delicious. After eating we decided do leave because I asked agin regarding the wait time which was followed by another rude response. To the owner of Pro Bowl, please train your front desk staff and promote your bar staff. I will give Pro Bowl another chance because it does look like a fun place when you get to bowl.

We had a great time here on family day weekend. The price point is very affordable, especially with their sunday special. Great for families. The snack bar offered typical fare. They did run out of cider, but had plenty of drink options. They seem like they aren't typically busy, but handled the crowd well. They have some neat trivia and memorabilia around from filming that took place there. Definitely the most affordable bowling in the toronto/vaughan/Richmond hill area. They do offer 5 & 10 pin, (ramps & bumpers available) and cosmic bowling at certain times. Will probably return soon!
