*** Not Recommended *** Equipment is pretty old. The lane is always stuck and the customer service is not good neither. With low quality equipment and poorly maintained facilities, the price is a bit too high.

I did my daughter birthday party there, first they said there is no minimum kids but when I brought 8 kids they charged me for 10 kids and then when I ordered juice instead of pop for the kids they charged me 30C extra, Im very disappointed, why I paid for 10 kids without noticing me, if they told me before then I would have to invite more kids, I will never go back there again, very bad when trick people

Great prices, fun night out with the kids. Be warned there are alot of leagues there so lanes are limited and we were only able to play one lane for and hour and then had to switch lanes. Not a huge deal but I would suggest maybe calling before hand or try to book a lane before you arrive. They have a little bar, snacks and food. Cute little place, still looks old school. Very nostalgic.

The place was clean and the staff were attentive. We had the 510 lane (not sure if this how it's called) and was okay. You need to be precise to hit more pins, otherwise the ball will pass through the space in between pins and you'll miss.

I do not recommend this place at all. The workers are very rude and impolite. My school payed for this trip and we got kicked out 1 hour early because another school came. So the teacher tried to talk to the manager but she didn't care at all. Horrible service

Made a reservation with my family, service over the phone was accommodating and kind. They allowed those who were vaccinated in. Didn’t have a problem with my mask exemption and asked no questions, but couldn’t allow me in because of my vaccine exemption for my pregnancy. When I asked for their manager’s or owners name and contact, they said they can’t give out someone’s private information. Then what is my health information? A conference meeting?

Cheap place to bowl compared to other places. I've only played 5 pin bowling here the last time I visited. I've played 10 pin in the past as well. They used to have glow bowl on weekends not sure if they still do.

The 10 pin bowling lane had a tendency to launch the bowling balls back at us down the middle of the lane rather than the gutter - actually seemed somewhat dangerous as we had to be paying attention so as to not break an ankle. The ball collector machine that gathers the balls for you was very loud, sounded like gears churning. They didn't have many lighter bowling balls. Our lane broke and they had to walk down and fix it. Most of the other 10 pin lanes were also out-of-order when we were there.

Had fun bowling there, managed to go on a night that there were no leagues bowling so easily got a lane. Downside, the little food/beverage place closed already so couldn't get anything to drink or eat. The other issue is that there is absolutely no cell service down there. Likely look for another place even if I need to drive a little longer.

One of the few alleys left in the city proper. Cute, mostly 5-pin, with some 10-pin lanes. Lots of league activity, so check before you go. Licensed, plus in a mall with lots of other shops.

Strike! We rolled in and we quickly got lane 8 for 5 pin. Yes. There were league games in 10 pin lanes. Very nice staff & atmosphere. Cost under $40 for 3 pairs shoes, 2 soft drinks and 2 games. Plus there's a McD's playland and a library in the Parkway Mall, very cheap day for us. Thank you. We'll strike back.

A remnant of a bygone era where bowling was a popular haunt. It still is for some regulars. It feels like a time warp back to the 80s. Primarily caters to 5 pin now instead of 10 but they can easily convert the lanes based on demand. Pricing is reasonable at about $6 per game per person. Another unique oldie but goodie is you can practice for a bit before starting the game so it's like getting a few extra frames for free. They will ping you though if you practice too long. Another old school but cool feature is that the pins have strings on them. Glad they're still around after all these years even in the newly renovated Parkway Mall.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was my daughter's first time bowling and she really enjoyed herself. All covid protocols were followed and hand sanitizer was available everywhere. Staff was seen disinfecting surfaces immediately when other patrons were done bowling. We will definitely go back soon.

A very old bowlarama place that hasn't had a facelift since the 90's. The food is mostly fried everything, however the fries are decent considering they're not really seasoned. It's just fried chicken wings, no sauces. Just Frank's Red Hot on the side. It's mostly 5 pin bowling, with only a couple lanes with 10 pin. That being said, bowling is bowling, and it was still a fun time.

Lady at the snack bar was great. However, the Asian guy with the green highlight in his hair was horrible. He treated us like he was doing us a favour and allowing us to bowl. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. After the first game, the kids were discouraged as they kept getting gutter balls. I asked him to put up the bumpers but he refused because it was not all kids. I pointed out to him that there were plenty of lanes with adults and kids with bumpers up and he ignored me. I didn't argue as I didn't want to cause a scene in front of my kids. A matter of fact, a group of 4 adults came and had the bumbers up. I will not be returning here.

Wish I could give it half a star. This place needs a lot of updating badly. You write the names on paper and the person at the counter enters it. No screen for you to do this. When was the last time you saw pins on strings??? Well this place still has it! We would have 2 pins left after the first bowl and after the strings does its thing, we ended up with 3. Don't waste your money here.

It’s not bad for a place to go bowling at. I personally think it’s a fun place but in some of the lanes there were issues with the pins going up. I like this place very much but it needs to have a little better machinery.

The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Went in with my husband and the staff were very kind. Every time we go in we have an amazing time. The scores didn’t update and they fixed it right away! Even now with the new regular in place due to Covid they have been polite with myself and with others that were in line before me. So glad we can continue to come in and enjoy some time on the weekend!

One of the few blowing allies left in Scarborough. Mainly 5 pin with 4 10 pin lanes. It's a great place to kill an afternoon. Snack bar is affordable and offers drink, food, beer etc. No pro shop. Lanes aren't in the best of shape if you bowl competitivly.

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I would rather travel an hour away to a farther bowling place, then to go here again. Instead of letting us freely bowl, they were talking about us in the corner. They even warned us that we only had a certain amount of time left, and told us we had to leave due to reservations, even though we made reservations ourselves.

We joined a weekly Srs 5 pin bowling league this year that plays at Parkway Bowl. The league is fun, the staff at Parkway take care of us well and know everybody as the league has played there for many yrs. A good experience.

Loads of wholesome family fun. Although, it is recommended to stretch and warm up prior to the bowling. You have to rent their shoes, and then you are good for the duration of the game. Decent crowd, mostly families while we were there.

We grab Marble Slab Ice cream before our game, and went down to register for our game. Old man at the desk chased us out because we brought ice cream in, the mall at no places to eat inside after 8:30. Didn’t think it would be a big deal, but he was rude. So we decided not to play. Reply: You didn’t even ask for vaccine passport, we all had it. You just didn’t ask and lost business.

The staff was extremely rude to us and kept pointing and staring at us as if we were putting on a show. It felt as if we were breaking the law. Even though we had made a reservation, they asked us to get out because they had other reservations waiting even though we were the only ones there, and that too with a reservation. In addition, they charged us extra for the second game because we were messing around, according to them which was completely outrageous. Not only was the staff extremely rude, but the entire place was completely unsanitary!

Very disappointing. Tried going twice during the posted hours of operation only to be told on both occasions that bowling leagues were currently in session and to come back later in the afternoon when the leagues were done. One day we came right for when they were opening only to be told the same thing. It's ridiculous. Their website and hours of operation should be updated to reflect when bowling isn't available to the public and only to leagues. We went elsewhere and had fabulous service. All Star Bowl on McCowan and Eglinton is fab!

This place has been around since I was a young kid, and probably long before then too. It has always been a 5-pin bowling alley first, although they have added six lanes that can be used for 10-pin. I enjoy 5-pin so it suits me well. Prices are decent at $3 for rentals and $5/game (a little extra for 10-pin). Criticisms about things being outdated are probably fair, but it has all the necessities I require and I've found the customer service to be good. My one major complaint is that they do not offer any specials, or promote leagues/events. I tend to go outside of peak hours, and the place is always empty. I really wish they would promote themselves better and entice people to come try some 5-pin because while I enjoy playing regardless, the ambience is pretty depressing. They also do not maintain their website, which should be one of the main ways to attract new bowlers looking for more information about the place.

Uhh to start with... I went there for a couple of 10 ping bowling. It was an ok experience because the staffs there are friendly and welcoming. However, the 10 pin lane I was bowling on had the left side blocked by a wall ( so it didn't let me go more further to the left, and it makes the second issue more worst ), the lane was OIL-LESS ( like legit no oil at all, so the ball hooks in the beginning ), and the pins were "tangling" because they were held by strings, it happened 4 times... So in conclusion, I would go there for 5 pin bowling, but not 10 pin, I think there's only that one lane for 10 pin bowling lol.

Hours on the door are incorrect. They do not open at 6am as advertised.(Thought that was bit weird. Might want to fix that.) Took the kids there for a treat on the first day of summer vacation. Apparently Parkway was not operating on Friday the 28th of June and for the following long weekend. However, we did not know this. There was no sign on the unlocked door saying they were closed so quite innocently we walked in and wandered about looking for an attendant. There was no one there so we phoned and got a recording saying that they were closed for the long weekend. We left.

Not a bad place. Mostly 5 pin, loaded with kids and parties on weekends. Very loud and hectic. We booked two games, wanted a third, were told to switch to a new lane, which was already in use. No 10 pin was available until after 7pm. Bit dated decor, but the staff (mostly teenagers) were nice and friendly. The little bar and food service was a nice touch, cheap too. All in all a fun place, but geared mostly towards kids during the day. I'll try a night visit next time.
